Musc Kalirii

very sweet to my nose, a strong fruity candy smell reminiscent of skittles- not offputting, but different. may scan as immature to some. nice floral notes underneath. not at all an unpleasant scent and one i very much like, but i would disagree with maison incens' categorization of this scent as "unisex". if you're shooting for an average, the average male is likely to clock this as a feminine scent immediately. my definition of unisex is generally pretty broad but this leans much too feminine for me. it's very nice! if you are a woman or your gender presentation skews more femme, i think you are much more likely to appreciate this scent properly.

I feel white flowers and musk, very heavy white floral, very strong, for me it is more of an evening fragrance, you just need a tiny bit. Perfect for going to the theatre and any other elegant events. For elegant, sophisticated, feminine lady, little bit mature scent but in a good way when you want to smell like a grown woman. It is literally bathing in flowers..

This has taken me back to the time when I used to be transported through scent, which hasn't happened again until today after many years. I won't be able to describe it the way I used to be able to when I used to be in a forever fragrant stupor. But Kalirii is making me want to write something, which is something. I am getting an emrald sharp glass herbal candy imagery. This candy is made of wild lavender and a marmalade orange with an sharp oakmoss acridity. It's not sweet. It has some kind of heaviness of gooseberry soap but later fades into a pleasant floral candy. There used to be a herbal hair product called Dabur Vatika Amla shampoo and it somehow smells like Kalirii so that's my association which doesn't make any sense, neither do the above notes correspond to the notes mentioned here. The beginning is kinda tough, sharp, not bitter, acrid yes but not awful. I haven't come across a fragrance such as this in a long time and I am enjoying it. It might be a hard like for some, not exactly an acquired taste but it has something about it which I am trying to figure out. The whiffs off this are reassuring, upclose not so much. Further testing is needed but I must say that I am liking it, a lot. It lasts a good while too.

I wonder if I am smelling the same scent. I have a nose. I have the factory sample. It goes on a sweet lovely incense like Cardinal or Avignon. Then it quickly gets the myrrh cola scent. Then it rapidly dries down to a dry leather and sandalwood.

Reminds me of Karma from Lush. I like Karma more for it has the sour note I adore. This is similar but instead of that sour note I feel a bit stuffy. Overall - definitely interesting, but I would not buy it because the bottle lid scares me.

I’d love to understand where this highly praised orange blossom is hiding... All I can smell is an annoying sweet base of musk and sandalwood, with a generous dose of vanilla. Oppressive and rather banal. Thumbs down.

Neroli, vanilla, and sandalwood, it's that simple. Again, it smells like a chewing gum, but this one with orange flavor and hint of mint, and i can't sense any musc in here at all. Fair.
