If you enjoy Glossier You, Juliette Has a Gun Not a Perfume, or Maison Margiela’s Bubble Bath, but want something with a touch more creamy sweetness and musk, Marshmallow Musk will likely feel like home. This fragrance is just perfect. It’s soft, floral, sweet and vanilla esque with a hint of tea that makes it so comforting and almost exotic. It kind of reminds me a modern, younger take on something your grandmother would wear, like a Chanel no 5 with less florals/wood and more vanilla. I can still smell this on my clothes after hours and hours, it just sits with you all day. The notes are a pretty perfect description of what it smells like. Personally I get mostly marshmallow, earl gray tea, iris and powder. It’s perfect as a standalone but I imagine it would be great for layering as well with how gentle it is. The price is outrageous but this is my new signature.

If you adore musk but not the heavy, animalic kind this is an absolute must have. Marshmallow Musk feels like a whimsical fairy twirling through a cloud of candied lavender and the most aromatic Earl Grey tea, crowned with a light, fluffy vanilla foam. It’s airy yet addictive, soft yet radiant, a true olfactory enchantment. This fragrance isn’t just beautiful; it’s a compliment magnet. Every time I wear it I always get tons of compliments. The best part, I catch delightful wafts of its magic throughout the day, making me fall in love with it over and over again. Pure bliss in a bottle! So glad that Fragrantica finally decided to add this Gem to their inventory.

this is a love at first sniff - it literally makes my eyes roll back in my head. this scent profile and these notes could not be further up my alley. my favourite notes are currently tea and iris, so this is a dream. if you favour a more cozy, lotion-y, musky, lightly floral, creamy, sweet fragrance - get your nose on this! the price is egregious ($400 CAD/50ml), but what else is new these days?

I got this from scent bird and absolutely fell in love. This is such a sweet, feminine and clean scent. It smells more like more sophisticated drier sheets or fabric softener, I don't smell the marshmallow. It is so cozy and comforting and such an easy reach. It is perfect for any season and I would describe it as more of a casual scent. I am gonna save to buy a full bottle

For me the combo of earl grey tea and magnolia comes off citrusy and fresh. The jasmine adds a gentle floral touch that doesn’t become cloying, and the marshmallow is so fluffy & not sweet at all. Then there’s the powdery touch from the iris and musk. This is so good. This isn’t beast mode. It’s quite intimate with a delicate sillage. It’s perfect for everyday wear.

It is a sweet musky fragrance that is not only comforting, but fluffy and delicate. Only negative is that it's a fairly light scent with moderate projection and longevity, specially for the price. If the price was not so steep, i would buy this in a heartbeat.

I absolutely love this one!! Comparable to Kilian's Love Don't Be Shy but more musk added to add more sexy to it! I love it. I am ad avid Amber Oriental (Vanilla)/Gourmand girl and this Floral Woody is a must have for me now!

It seems this perfume is a Love it or hate it situation. I'm in the 'love it' camp. I struggle with finding musks that don't go too animalic on my skin, but this one is perfect. IMO it's another hit created by Alexis Grugeon. Both my partner and I seem to love his work. It's a little sweet, a little musky, and has this fluffy powderiness to it. It also has amazing lasting power. I sprayed it on my hand when my sample arrived yesterday and I could still smell it after numerous hand washes. I did a full wear test today, and I'm smitten. I'll see how I do with the 9mL of samples I ordered, but I suspect I'll be putting a full bottle on my Wishlist. If I had one complaint, it's the price. $285 is pretty steep for a 50mL, but since I like it so much and I haven't smelled anything similar I like as much, I'll just have to save up.

Save yourself $200 and buy VS Heavenly. Similar DNA. If I had to lock down a difference, I'd say this has a slightly less soapy note, is lighter and sweeter. However, both are clean, powder heavy, floral fragrances. To say there is a marshmallow note in this perfume is absolutely misleading. It does read ethereal and feminine, like maybe if marshmallow was described as a feeling and not a scent? But to be named marshmallow is just downright irresponsible. Please make no mistake, this is not marshmallow and not a gourmand scent. This is a lovely clean fragrance with lots of magnolia and baby powder.

This perfume smells very soft floral, calm and little bit of milky powdery. It's not annoying powdery like old smell. It smells so soft and comforting. I layer this perfume with lavender milk tea from Elysian and my god smells great together. This perfume smells excellent when layering with vanilla like perfumes.

I have sampled this, and find it very pretty, but unremarkable. I have a Marshmallow Musk body spray that is almost equivalent, at a third the price. Also, it had no longevity on my skin. I was ready to upgrade to a bottle, but decided against. I hope that it works for others; it was not for me.

Smells beautiful, sweet but not cloyingly so, powdery soft, very marshmallowy and not at all synthetic smelling. But way too weak for such a high price point! Even with 5 sprays it sits very close to the skin and fades fast. Not the kind of performance I can justify dropping almost $300 on.

This is nice if you like a close to your skin marshmallow. Reminds me a bit of Sweet Tooth by Sabrina Carpenter. For me, I prefer something a little more substantial like Oriana by PDM or I Don't Need A Prince... by Kilian.

The price point is horrible for the quality of the fragrance. It’s not worth 300 dollars. It has no lasting power and the notes are deceptive. There is no marshmallow in this fragrance. It smells like laundry soap.

I agree with other reviews, definitely not worth full price. It is a nice clean, mildly sweet fragrance. I am searching for the perfect marshmallow scent but this sadly was not it.

i tend to drift towards more feminine scents, and this is a good one. powdery, soft, lasts a while. i like it. got a sample of it and it is nice.

On my skin, this has zero marshmallow. I mean, it's a decently nice musk but not for the price. Glad I went with a small decant first. This is a clean musk, but it is a bit heavy and grounded, it's not a light or fluffy musk scent, this is more of a strong intimate skin scent (if that makes any sense) for the first hour or two. The scent dies down pretty quickly after, leaving traces of a much lighter musk and vanilla. Since I have a decant, I'll try layering with Delizia and see if I can achieve the marshmallowy musk I was after. Oh, and "musky marshmallow" by dua is the exact same scent as this fragrance, just longer lasting. I found dua's first and didn't connect the two until I smelled Irfe's Marshmallow Musk. So if anyone else feels personally victimized by the price, feel free to give dua's a try.

I wanted to love this scent based on my notes, as it seemed like it would be the perfect comforting fragrance for me. It's such a beautiful bottle, and I had high hopes. However, I have to admit that it didn't quite meet my expectations. It feels like a bland citrus musk with very little marshmallow, which was disappointing.

I don't smell anything sweet or marshmallow. This is powdery Floral and reminds me of the vintage powder my grandma used to wear. There's no wood, it's a powder jasmine bomb. It's pretty but not really my thing.

I wish the Earl Grey stood out, but for me this is just a very familiar sweet/floral/vanilla DNA that’s ubiquitous right now, and I’m not excited by it. No full bottle.

Sorry: this is an overpriced dud. The first spray I'm overwhelmed with hairspray scent, precious little marshmallow, no hint of Earl Grey Tea, nor Iris, which I love. The white flowers are blended so that no individual note triumphs, the scent is a skin scent with poor sillage, & it's old-fashioned in a way that is just lacking anything to commend it. Very disappointing.

Oh my, noooo. This is nice, but there’s too huge a disparity between the screaming high price and the truly abysmal performance. I’m glad I sampled first! Hey, look— if you have tons of disposable income, go ahead and knock yourself out having to buy multiple bottles of this a month due to how much you’ll have to reapply this stuff. If you’re a member of the other 99% of humanity, I strongly advise you to put your coin towards literally —*LITERALLY!*— ANY other marshmallowy/vanilla musk out there, there are tons and many perform so much better than this. My longtime most favorite fluffy marshmallowy-smelling vanilla musk?— Nemat Vanilla Musk, $20 for a pretty minaret bottle. It’s a deliciously scented fragrance oil and lasts for HOURS. This? It’s pretty, but lasts about as long as a fart in a high wind.

Headache-inducing musk (and that’s a first for me). Longevity on clothes was solid, and the sillage hovered just under my nose. But honestly, labeling this as “marshmallow musk” made me seriously reconsider what I think marshmallows are supposed to smell like. Aside from the name, there’s nothing about this that remotely screams marshmallow. That said, it’s a pretty inoffensive, powdery, floral musk. Think of it like the BIC pen of fragrances: basic and reliable, but who doesn’t have one? It’s only worth the cash if you’d actually fork out $20 for a single rollerball BIC pen.

Marshmallow Musk is very similar to PDM Oriana on me. MM is sweeter and less powdery. Me and orange blossom don't mix well so Oriana was a no for me but I find MM much more tolerable. It's a playful and youthful fragrance for sure. Be aware, it has the potential to be headache inducing. I think it could be fine if it mixes well with your body chemistry and you don't over spray too much. I wouldn't suggest it if you work in healthcare or anything like that but maybe for a night out. I could see this being a signature scent for girls in high school or college.

A powdered marshmallow with lavender is what I smell on my skin. I don’t pick up any of the tea - but otherwise the notes are a good representation of this smell. It’s a nice comforting scent, not a loud projection but a lovely silage. I think this leans feminine, with the powdered sweetness. Could be a good signature scent, not so sweet that I think it would be cloying in hotter weather. Not identical but the scent profile reminds me of a couple things: mind games queening, boadecia heroine, and margiela coffee break.

I had a decant of this and instantly fell in love. Finally bought the full bottle and, as much as I would love to bathe in this, sadly, it just doesn't last on skin, no matter how many sprays i use. A bit better on clothing. For the price point, it'd be nice if it lasted a few hours and projected a bit. Regardless, I still adore it. I may just save it for my sleeping perfume. So cozy and soft. Like a fluffy cloud.

Pretty, but one dimmensional. I got bored of it in only a few minutes. Would maybe be good for a young woman whose goal is to smell pretty, except the musk accord (which is quite strong) could potentially be a little old-fashioned for that demographic. Couldn't detect any "marshmallow" but I did catch a whiff of tonka bean before it was quickly dominated by fantasy florals and cheap musk.

I mostly get a light sweet powdery floral musk. There's no tea and it dries to a warm, clean skin-musk, which is pleasant. But in the end, it's too much powdery floral and not enough skin musk for me. It's like a gardenia-scented powder. Not my thing.

Clean soapy musk. A little bit like talcum powder mixed with laundry softener scent...I do not get any marshmallow notes here... It is not what I expected. A sample is more than enough for me. And that price? what are they smoking?

Marshmallow Musk is mostly a fluffy, boring citrus musk with very little, if any, marshmallow. It smells like cotton balls and floral-scented water rather than marshmallows. It isn't horrendous but it missed the mark for me.

Pretty basic marshmallow scent. Has an airiness to it. It’s a skin scent though, no projection after the first 15 mins and the projection in the beginning is very faint but it’s nice. Not fbw.

This is not a sweet fluffy gourmand marshmallow scent; it is dark and rich marshmallow. Soft powdery animalic. Unisex and extremely long lasting.
