No.14 Icila

Was so happy to find this fragrance in my search for a new signature! Obviously everyone’s tastes are different, but to me this fragrance is far from ‘boring’. It’s a beautifuly balanced culmination of many nostalgic 2000’s notes, but manages to be uniquley itself. Think COCO Mademoiselle, Flowerbomb, and B&B Works’ Japanese Cherry Blossum, but with a more natural, and subtle twist! The deep citrus of the pamplemousse opens up with some zest, but quickly dries down with the plum to a warm, floral blend that feels sensual and deeply fruity. It feels playfully light, while still remaining sophisticated. To me this is an amazing everyday fragrance for those who also favor warm (more fall and winter) scents, but need something a little lighter for spring and summer. Icila feels fun, but still refined. It’s like sipping on an italian soda/sangria in the garden at sundown.

very feminine, creamy, soft, sexy, woody rose :) im not a rose fan but this is really pretty, very smooth. love the way it sits on skin. if ur looking for a sort of coquettish fragrance, this is a lovely one that stays away from being too grandma-y. i don't wear fem fragrances but got this as a sample. would definitely recommend. honestly, i feel like this is a little genderfluid, like leaning fem but if ur a cool guy u could totally pull this off. like if i smelled this on a man/woman i'd want them.

This smells just like the original Chance Chanel Eau de toilette from 2003. It’s a beautiful scent! It reminds me more of Chance than Coco Mademoiselle, but I also can smell the similarities with that perfume as well. I bought a discovery set and even though I like it I don’t think I’ll buy a full size because I wore Chance *and* Mademoiselle so much in the aughts that I got olfactory fatigue so I can’t wear anything that smells like this anymore, sadly. But this is quite the beautiful scent!

Was given a bag of decants of modern fragrances and No. 14 Icilia was in there with a bunch of snoozy sniffers. I was nearing the end of the bag but was suddenly besotted by this dark syrupy contradiction of a unisex scent. She's all woman to me! She gives gothic dim lit forest full of mystery. Her scent is totally in contrast to her simple and lackluster bottle. I'm buying a full size and rebottling it into one of my vintage Lalique bottles.

If Coco Mademoiselle and Chanel Chance Eau Tendre had a child it would be this. Absolutely a great dupe for either, but I do find it to be different enough that I don't feel like I'm wearing a dated Chanel fragrance. Its pretty strong so I enjoy just a light spritz on the back of the neck and then pairing it with Autumn Leaves from Replica and Dans Les Bois from Dime...freaking stellar trio.
