Moonwake Tuberose

Elegantly composed. Luscious tuberose and creamy ylang ylang dancing alongside streams of milky vanilla. I absolutely love the freshness of the tuberose note in this composition because it really brings a breeziness and a lightness that gently minimizes some of the ylang ylang's natural "sunscreeny-ness." An instant classic and pleasant, easy reach for any fan of white florals.

I just ran into the founder of this brand at a local perfume shop while he was educating the staff of the perfumes. I spoke to him for a bit and walked away with this. This is a beautiful creamy tuberose, everything that amouge love tuberose is at half the price. It opens similarly to other tuberoses in the market but dries down into a lovely creamy vanilla tuberose.

This was a blind buy after searching for a new tuberose fragrance. I believe this fragrance is quite recent and it gives me right away a vibe of Carnal Flower but not as overpowering and strong. More subtle. Modern. Definitely a safe blind buy.

This is very similar to Love Tuberose. It gives me the same cozy, creamy, somewhat powdery, sweet tuberose vibes. So far, I feel like it needs to be sprayed on clothes for any longevity.

I got a sample of this today. It is a milky tuberose scent. At first spray I loved it. It is creamy, floral, with a bit of spice in the dry down. I almost bought it but found it a bit too cloying for my taste after wearing it for a few hours. Has good longevity.

So far I've only tried this in cold months. I straight up only smell the ylang ylang. Smells like a ylang ylang essential oil I had. I'll try again in warm months but not my favorite.

There is no such thing as a safe blind buy, but this is pretty easy to like if you know already that you like white florals. It’s not unique and it fades pretty quickly, but I like it overall. 7/10
