Musc Panache

After testing this in the store millions of times, I finally purchased this and I'm absolutely loving it! I've read the comments specially that Farsi comment which called it "a low quality Dior Homme" and I have to say it really reminds me of DH but its a very soft and rounded scent. These two should not be compared in my opinion because this one is a citrusy cool fragrance that should be worn in spring and summer but DH is warm. Musc Panache is a pillowy soft fragrance and very "clean" smelling because of the musk. Its not a punch in your face citrus but its fresh and clean smelling one. I don't really understand the hate on the Brand's Origin. They have to start at some point, Right? The price is kinda interesting in sales and its OK in normal. It starts with citrus and after a few minutes the cardamom shows up which I love and then the iris and honeysuckle. After an hour it gets more woody. Projection is OK not strong and longevity is about 6 hours on my skin. I will rate it a 7/10. If your signature scent is Dior Homme or Valentino Uomo, this one is a good summer lookalike. It seems this scent was advertised for men which leaves me a bit baffled because pretty much every single time a scent is called unisex If find it clearly masculine or feminine. Here now, it is mostly branded mascuine and I do think for a change this is - at least - unisex, with even slightly tending to feminine - it at all. The citruses in the beginning are really crisp, fresh and dry, and are followed by a beautiful mixture of cardamom and iris. This combination of cardamom and citrus notes remindes me a lot if 'Voyage d'Hermès' which I like exactly for these two notes, and which is a unisex scent as well. 'Musc Panache' then makes a beautiful little turn with supersoft, fluffy white musc, the iris and cardamom nicely lingering in the background. I really like how this scent is made, the notes are very well blended together and into each other. This gives you a fresh, clean, positive feeling and a flffy clean musk hug at the same time. I really like it and despite the high price tag think of getting a full bottle for the summer.

Musc Panache is a beautiful pillowy soft cardamom and musk bursting with bitter citruses and the sweetness from honeysuckle. This sits close to the skin as most musk and citrus perfumes do but it would be a gorgeous office wear for the warmer months. This is comparable to Parisian Musc by Matiere Premiere, but lighter still and more Spring/Summer appropriate.

When DH 2005 existed, perhaps this was unnecessary, but this is a very good substitute for what was an excellent cologne. With the end of that cologne, this is a solid 8/10 for me.

My first wearing from my Maison Rebatchi discovery set. I suspected this house would be another ho-hum, nouveau-niche brand; but Musc Panache gets an "exceeds expectations" from me - even though it's not something I'd wear. Maurice Roucel says the brief for Musc Panache was a "masculine musk." Indeed, it has a beautiful opening that leans decidedly masculine, with crisp, bitter citruses, cardamom, and hints of the iris to come. At this stage, it smells like a much more natural and suave take on a familiar designer fragrance profile (YSL or Prada come to mind.) It took me a while to figure this perfume out. After wearing it all afternoon, and then reapplying for the evening, I finally figured it out: Musc Panache shares a DNA with Dior Homme. Dior Homme, but ALSO: Belle Âme by Les Abstraits, Uncut Gem by Frederic Malle, Bois D'Ambrette by Atelier Materi, and Mx. by Eris Parfums. Like all of these fragrances, Musc Panache has a sleek, rich profile with notes of iris, ginger, vetiver/woods, cardamom, sweetness, cocoa, and white musk. It is sweet, clean, cozy, and borders on gourmand. Truth be told, I don't love wearing any of those fragrances. Nevertheless, Musc Panache is an attractive, if not original, perfume. Great performance.

This is a very interesting creation by Roucel. It took me a month or so of periodic wearing to kinda wrap my head around it and write a review. It's the antithesis of Musc Ravageur. Musc Ravageur is warm and I find this cold. It's not aloof, you can tell it's finely crafted and executed. It feels very astute and professional. In the opening it's a fizzy citrus tamarind and iris which I love, followed up by a touch of honeysuckle. There's a sprinkle of patchouli and atlas cedar. But the all star players in my opinion are the iris, vetiver and musk. It's very clean and smooth. Feels real well made and thought out and the whole thing is ultra refined. There's a passing resemblance to DH but Parisian Musk and Lumiere are very different IMO. There's no creaminess here, but there's some waxiness from the iris and a little earthiness from vetiver. The Blue color of the juice is very fitting to the vibe this gives me. 💠🧊 If you're looking for a "cold" musk, that can be worn in the scorching heat, cold, office, or pretty much anywhere, this is it.

Clean, light and green, and slightly citrusy with something so green that it almost turns bitter (is that the bitter orange?) and something earthy. The musk is nice and mellow, and the powdery iris against the vibrating vetiver are giving a clean edge to the neutral cedar and slightly sweet patchouli. It dries down very soft and sweet on my skin, and the iris and citrus are tucked under a white fuzzy blanket of musk and tonka. Initially I thought it was unisex masculine leaning, but in the drydown it is very neutral. As I said, a sweet, clean, versatile and very inoffensive perfume in the best of ways. For this price I think it is very much worth it, and it would make a great gift to both give and receive!

Soft citrus musk with a dry fruity, almost nutty, nuance to it. Once the opening settles it becomes heart note dominant with a light powdery, floral iris smoothing everything out and flavored by honeysuckle. Grounded by a woody amber base. Fresh and clean, but only vaguely soapy. Pleasant iris musk drydown. Soft projection for 3-4hr, longevity 8-10hr. Not too dissimilar from the typical soft fruity musk, but the nutty tamarind does add a bit of a unique twist. Tamarind is botanically a legume, not a nut, but so are peanuts!

This is a really nice fragrance, but not something I love. It is light and airy, with a short projection and longevity. The opening is a sweet citrus and tamarind blend, akin to Flor de Madera or even Fico di Amalfi, that lasts for about 2-3 hours. Once the citrus fades your left with a soft and ambery vetiver/tonka bean note that lasts for another 2-3 hours. The fragrance is undeniably beautiful and fresh, but with the limited longevity on my skin, I wouldn't go for a full bottle.

Musc panache— very soft and tranquil. Casual and unassuming but also widely appropriate. I don’t get much citrus at all. It’s more musk, faint floral and a bit of woods for me. Lately I’ve been hitting the spicy and or sweet scents mostly, and this is a nice break from from the categories I use most. I won’t buy a full bottle but totally respect the composition.

I’m surprised people are associating it with l’Orpheline, but don’t want to downvote because I like both and want others to discover. Love how this evolves. Stays relatively close after the first couple hours, but the drydown is the best part and lasts into the next day. Crazy versatile - I share this with my 13yo daughter 🤣

I just love this one sooo much!! I am generally not a musk person, but this one has such a complexity and brightness to it it just puts me in such a good mood every time!!! I will say that on my skin it can veer a bit soapy at first but that does fade, and it sits so beautifully on my clothes.

very classy unisex scent. Like a classic Italian cologne with a modern twist coming from the lovely sheer musks. I'd say this is ideal for warmer months as it has quite a refreshing quality coming from the citrus (predominantly orange) and can really be worn by anyone.

A clean and soft musk fragrance. 100% unisex, it is a versatile scent, perfect for office. Easy to wear for all seasons. It is more a musk perfume than a citrous perfume, just to clarify.

Smells like the Gloom card game

A smooth, musky, citrusy scent, that feels very rounded, clean, calm, enveloping. It is nothing mind blowing but has a lot of charm, a multitude of different soft spices and citruses blended flawlessly with a powdered iris and a vibrant, heady honeysuckle. The sweet tonka beans and a soft, fluffy white musk create a subtle, nicely balanced base for the citrus, cardamom, tamarind and the floral notes. I honestly can’t detect any patchouli or woods in Musc Panache, there’s nothing earthy, fresh or green leaning here! This is all about clean musk, sweet, nectarous, honeysuckle and powdery iris! It’s unlike anything from my collection but it’s not a scent I would consider adding to my collection because it doesn’t really suit my personal taste. I’d say it’s quite feminine leaning and more of a casual, everyday occasions type of scent. It’s not particularly elegant or formal but it doesn’t smell cheap, young or scratchy! It’s just an ok scent for me.

A well done musky-cologne, too light and inconsistent

This is bitter, crisp, sterile, sharp. Like you’ve sprayed a fresh layer of starch on a white T-Shirt that you’re still in the process of ironing and the starch hasn’t yet dried. It’s screechy like insect repellant. Too masculine leaning for my tastes. This and Initio’s Musk Therapy remind me of each other in the way that both have fooled me into thinking they might be soft and inviting, but alas. It’s a scrubber. 0/10

I get something almost menthol-y from this. I don't find it soft and comforting but rather abrasive and astringent. not a fan at all and the hunt for a perfect daily musky perfume continues.

تقریبا یک سال پیش سر و کله ی برند جدید عطری پیدا شد برای من خیلی عجیب بود و خیلی راحت میشد بدبین بود به این عطر تو هر پیجی وارد میشدی از یوتوبرها و اینفلوئنسر ها از فیسبوک بگیر تا اینستاگرام و یوتوب حرف از این برند بود . من راستش از این حجم تبلیغ خوشم نمیومد تا اینکه بالاخره چند ماهی میشه سرو کله این برند به ایران هم باز شده . شیشه های نچندان زیبا و رنگهای فانتزی و بهره از پرفیومرهای نامی که دوران شکوه و خلاقیتشون تموم شده و اکثرا بازنشسته هستند و آزاد کار میکنند هنوز . محور و قدرت مانور تبلیغاتی این برند روی پرفیومر هایی هست که باهاشون همکاری داشته . اون کانسپتی که فردریک مال 20 سال پیش با بهره از درجه یک ترین پرفیورمر ها و ناب ترین متریال . بدون محدودیت مالی عطرهایی رو معرفی کرد که تا امروز نامی باقی موندند . هر عطر یک پرفیومر یک لیبل . یک پرفیومر . می‌خوام از برند تازه تاسیس مزون ربچی بگم . این برند از کجا اومده و موسسش کیه ؟ ی پسر ۲۷ ساله الجزایری بنام محمد رباطچی بدون هیچ زمینه و سابقه ای تو این کار برند رو تاسیس می‌کنه فرمول‌ها رو از دهن پر کن ترین پرفیومرها میخره تا بشه تبلیغی برای برندش عطرها بسرعت میرسه دست ریویو ورهای اینستاگرام و یوتوب و طی یک سال با تیراژ تجاری مانند همه جا پخش میشه . تخفیفات دوره ای عجیب . تبلیغات زیاد . تیراژ تولید بالا .کیفییت نچندان بالا همه نشان از انگیزه و هدف مالی و بیزینس محمد رباطچی هست . این برند برای صاحبین کار ی هدف پولسازیه نه صرفا ارائه اثار هنری . سیاستهای مالی برند طوری طراحی شده هرکجای دنیا این برند مستقل قیمت گزاری بشه . لندن . پاریس . نیویورک . میلان . دوبی . تهران و ... هر کجا ی قیمت . البته که قیمت عطرهای سایز 100 میل عطر 160 یورو هست . یعنی حدودا 10 ملییون به قیمت امروز یورو . ولی من میتونم همین امروز با اینکه هنوز هم خیلی پخش نشدند تو ایران با قیمت 4 ملییون بخرم . جالبه . نه ؟؟؟ تو ایران هم هرکسی ی قیمت . قیمت پایه این برند بالا نیست و با ادعای نیش بودن و اسم های دهن پر کن قیمت فروش بالایی در نظر گرفتن تا هم حاشییه سود بالایی داشته باشه هم قدرت مانور برای دیسکانت و آف های دوره ای ... از همه این حرفها که بگذریم میرسیم به معرفی عطرها موسک پاناش یکی از پرفروش ترینها و محبوب ترینهای این برند شده .. از حق هم نگذریم کار جذاب و خوش ساخت و بسیار عامه پسندیه . موسک پاناش فرمول نابغه عطرسازی موریس روسل هست . استارت اولیه این عطر انفجاری فرار از بوی لیمو و لاوندر و موسک سفید و زنبقه که بشدت یاد آور فضای دیور اوم هست ولی اگر فکر کردید خبری از بوی نفیس زنبق و حس چرب ریشه زنبق هست سخت در اشتباهید بزارید بگم این عطر در شروع بیشتر شبیه ولنتیو اومو هست . شروعی جذاب و تمیز و شارپ که موسک سفید با اور دوز حس مواد شوینده و سنتتیکی ایجاد می‌کنه تو همون دقایق اول سرخوش از استارت زیبای عطر میرسم به قلب عطر بوی پودری و پنکیک طور و بوی ی لیوان چای سرد شده با عطر هل بوی هل خیلی زیباست اینجا انگار وویاژ هرمس رو با زنبق قاطی کرده باشید طول عمر عطر تو یکساعت اول همینطور طی میشه پودری . موسکی . بن بن لیمویی که عطر هل احاطه کرده این فضا رو هرچی به درای دوان عطر نزدیکتر میشیم آکورد چوبی با غلبه نت وتیور وضوح بیشتری پیدا می‌کنه که زیباست . کلاس بویایی موسک پاناش وودی موسکیه با ماهیتی سنتتیک ولی دوست داشتنی بلندینگ عطر و بازی نت ها زیباست . بسیار عامه پسنده . کیفییت عطر خیلی خوبه . پخش بوی خیلی خوبی تو شروع داره و موندگاریش روی پوست 4-6 ساعت رو پوشش میده به لطف نت سنتتیک موسک این عطر خط بوی نافذی هم ایجاد می‌کنه و پراکنش محیطی خیلی بالایی داره اگه به فضای چوبی و موسکی و آرایشی علاقه دارید و از ادکلنهای لاین دیور اوم و اومو ولنتیو و وویاژ هرمس و گری وتیور تام فورد لذت میبرید موسک پاناش یک گزینه خوش ساخت و بسیار عامه پسند و امروزی هست برای مصرف چهار فصل سال که هرجا و با هر تیپی راحت میشه پوشیدش .

I absolutely love this one! So versatile I might just have to put this on my buy list. Starts of super citrussy it can easily be a summer scent. As someone pointed out well earlier the musk acts as a soft cloud holding all the other notes in but a lot more loosly than a spicy floral would. The tamarind and cardamom add a very fragrant element to it, I really like a touch of cardamom in citruses - I also love it in larger doses in chai / warm spicies but in these kind of perfumes it has a different role, just to add a bit of drama into an otherwise soft and cloudy mist. The honeysuckle also add a springiness to it - easy spring wear. Musk of course all year around. I think this is a great one for those occasions (any season) when you want to smell great but don't want a bomb that will last all day, in spring and summer especially these types can get so overwhelming. Really nice one, of couse - as always with musks and lighter perfumes - by the end of the drydown I'm questioning the longevity but, definitely a joyous ride and I think when worn in warmer weather or in company it is the perfect intensity.

I was surprised by this one. I saw Roucel was the perfumer and so my interest was piqued. There is a video on Youtube were Roucel gives a short description of this scent. It's an excellent fresh citrusy musk scent, terrifically blended. Opening is citrusy but soon enough a powdery note emerges. Whether this is iris or not I'm not sure, but it smells very pleasant. There is a hefty dose of fixatives in the base and according to Roucel also some ambroxan. What you basically get is a very comforting mix of cirtuses, a powdery accord, some sweetness and synthetic musks which hold everything together. The base notes do linger on for some time which to me is a plus. It kind of reminds me of a more upscale version of Gai Mattiolo Uomo which is a rather obscure fresh musk scent. Very easy to wear, although more suitable for warmer weather. Easily unisex although I think it would appeal to men slightly more. Personally I think this is a winner from Roucel and even though it may not be groundbreaking, I love wearing this one. 9/10

Musc Panache opens zesty and spicy due to prominent combination of cardamom, bitter orange and bergamot. It almost feels fizzy and sparkly. Soon iris starts to reveal in the background with its dry and slightly powdery elements. With green and almost leathery feel of vetiver in the drydown, Musc Panache for a moment reminded me of a mens cologne/barber shop type of scent. In the drydown it becomes more earthy and warm, but this is mainly a crisp and transparent musky scent that in my opinion falls into a category of a unisex fragrance. It is clean, inofensive, but sensual. Easy going and perfect for a daytime wear. Great as a signature scent and it layers beautifuly with more heavy fragrances.

A constant oscillation between iris and bright citruses on a veil of transparent musk. As always, once I smell the cardamom, I can't unsmell it - but the point is, there's a hint of sweet spices and such, as if an oriental dessert waits for you somewhere in the long distance. Just a hint, really. Nice, although quite an evanescent fragrance, but I agree - if you focus solely on the iris notes, it might seem as a refined Dior Homme original.

A citrus woody musk which opens with lots of citruses a bit sour thanks to the tamarind, cardamom balances the sourness and gives it some depth, iris kicks in and gives it a masculine powdery vibe which stays through the evolution of the fragrance. As Musc Panche dries down I get more musc, and it complements the whole formula, I would say it leans more towards the masculine side but it can be worn by females too!

Help! I can't stop spraying. This one came to my desk and immediately turned into an obsession. Something warm, cozy, and uncertainly sexy with a blend of gauzy, effervescent citrus peel, fluffy iris, a touch of tonka beans, and a cocoon of musk. A real oomph! I don't give a sh%t if the longevity sucks. It's something I like to embroider my skin with. Enjoy!

This stood out to me after sampling roughly 20 fragrances. So much so, that I immediately purchased a bottle of it. Because this is so comforting, and evokes tranquility. Side note: This is very subtle, and wears rather light. But you as the wearer will definitely know it’s there. It will relax you and comfort you. It is simply beautiful.

Now this is very interesting. I've been looking for a musk based scent which has some strength and presence; which has staying power; which isn't too animalistic; and which celebrates musk rather than quickly disappearing top notes. I've ordered a full bottle, and hope this might become a mainstay of my favourites.

When I want a break from heavier scents, I reach for this. It is light wearing but has good performance. Not a skin scent but rather close to the skin. People will smell it if they are approaching you and you will smell musky, clean and fresh. Wears well in the heat, never is it too much and I over spray.

I am so in love with this. Airy, subtle, clean, addicting. My personal favorite of the bunch. This and Nasomatto's Silver Musk. Masterpiece by Mr. Roucel. Presentation is top notch as well. Blind buy worthy if you're into clean scents.

Transported me right to a seaside in summer. Really lovely and subtle, absolutely inoffensive, one could say boring though...can be worn to a funeral...
