Destin des Anges

This fragrance is so beautiful smells like those Terri chocolate oranges you buy at Christmas time. To me this is a Christmas scent because of that. This scent is so well crafted it super airy and high end smelling!! It sweet gourmondy but also is perfumey too. Listen when I first bought my bottle Like two years ago maybe longer it was new release when I got it..it was super light. Imean it smell absolutely incredible so I kept it regardless of how light it was btw this thing light or not lasts FOREVER ON CLOTHES!! But this fragrance was light reminded me of orchidee Vanille van cleef & arpels with how light it was...after 2 or so years my 40ml left because only wear it around December time is now mancerate and the juice is dark dark! Now this this thing is basically beast mode!! So if you buy it and it's not a strong smell let it sit and mancerate she will be I promise!! It never lost its airyness either 🥰

I heard about this perfume for the first time over a year ago. It was described as an ultra gourmand scent that's resembling the aroma of a chocolate orange cake with caramel drizzle on top. I knew I had to have it in my collection! And finally, I got it during the last Black Friday sale. Was it love at first sniff? No, it wasn't... I was expecting a delectable chocolate orange cake from this perfume, but to me this is rather an interpretation of a fancy dessert. I pick up all the delicious notes in here: orange (the whole fruit with the bitterish peel), dark chocolate (with its dusty, powdery quality), gooey caramel & creamy vanilla. However, there are also the notes of patchouli & tonka bean that help to balance out the 'edible' sweetness and give depth to the fragrance. And the ambroxan at the base adds some warmth & airiness to it. I would describe Destin des Anges as a sophisticated, airy, sweet, semi-gourmand perfume that doesn't smell like a literal food. It reminds me a bit of Gentle Fluidity Gold, just with the addition of orange (and this note is present throughout the whole wear). This fragrance has moderate longevity & projection on my skin and it creates a nice scent bubble around me. Although I'm not completely in love with this perfume, I truly enjoy wearing it. Maybe I don't smell like a 'walking snack', but it makes me smell classy and delish.

Wearing this today ... reminds me of confetto and pink sugar. Not strong projection. You smell the orange in the opening and then it dries down to a skin scent that is reminiscent of pink sugar or confetto but with more citrus so a little more fresh. Not full bottle worthy for me

Got a travel size of this, not sure if they put the wrong juice inside but I smell none of the notes it lists. It has a very strong , sweaty B.O. scent that doesn't go away on skin, then it slightly dries down to a floral. I do not smell chocolate, oranges, or vanilla. I feel like it makes me smell like I have been out sweating or running on a hot day and badly need a shower.

This is in the angels share family for me, but not a 1:1 comparison. A delightful scent, the vanilla, orange and chocolate really come through.
