Cotton Malaki

I have had this fragrance for over 4 months, I sprayed it when I first got it, thought it was just okay but don't even remember what it smelled like to me then, and then it fell off my fragrance tray into the abyss of my closet floor to never see the light of day again. But a miracle occurred and I cleaned off my closet floor yesterday and out pops a bottle of perfume! And this friggen scent is fantastic and smells SUPER similar to DBIR Extradose. No really. I was shocked too! I get no citrus or peach in the opening. I get a hint of mango but it's all that zippy black currant mixed with cashmere and vanilla and orange blossom. It's ultra feminine and sexy and smells rich as hell! The drydown differs from Extradose with those powdery white flowers giving this a cleaner drydown. But if you love Extradose, this almost feels like it could be a flanker of it and you will love this! It's heavenly!

I LOVEEEE this fragrance! I’m already on my second bottle, its fruity you can definitely smells the mango, peach and black current but its not juvenile at all. It’s a fruity clean and a bit powdery kind of scent. Very nice for its price

This perfume is VERY misleading! Initially on first spray on my skin I get those juicy tropical fruits and it’s amazing. Very quickly that floral heart comes in and destroys the goodness 😔 it’s so heady, powdery, & VERY MATURE. I can’t even let it sit on my skin long enough to see if the base notes come in and save it because I can’t get over the harsh florals in it. I tried to give this to my 54 year old mother and she couldn’t stomach it and even my 79 year old grandma didn’t like how old it smelled LOL. I love the other fragrances in this line but this is an absolute NO for me.

I bought *COTTON MALAKI* (and about fifty other perfumes) to gift to healthcare and service support persons. None were meant to be heavy or intense...by design. Many share similar (not identical) DNA....Tuberose, Jasmine, White Flowers, Mango, Orange Blossom, Vanilla, a little Ylang here....a little Ylang there. Which means...a lot of them smell (to trained and untrained noses alike) "the same"....they're in the scentsory ballpark with Valentinos Born in Roma (and elsewhere) regular and Intense, Prada Paradox, Armani My Way and Malachites, Givenchy L'Interdits of all colors and sizes plus, not to mention (but I will) literally dozens (hundreds?) of dupes and schmoops populating the landscape. That's where *COTTON MALAKI* sits, proudly, and....for +/- $30....she's pretty good-looking.
