Eternal Wood

Edit: maceration after 2 months and its phenomenal! The medicinal smell is smoothed out and nearly gone which I didnt have issue with. Its much richer and elegant. A cool smoky wood vibe going on. This went from like to LOVE! This is a unique one for me and one for authentic oud lovers. The opening has a strong sweet and oud scent. However, This is NOT smoky oud like Indian Assam or some Indonesian variants. Laotian, like Cambodian oud, has a very pungent fecal barnyard smell. The opening becomes this stale animalic oud with a slight sweet undertone from the saffron. Drydown captures the resinous warmth with a woody musk accord. The oud calms down but still carries the animalic quality, shifting to almost a medicinal quality (*Maceration really allows the medicinal quality to fade away and becomes very well blended) A couple hours in, it changes to a prominent sweet ambery note thst is rich and earthy. The toffee is somehow there despite the strength of the oud and davana Neither the guaic wood nor the tonka is prominent to my nose, the Oud really kind of keeps everything else as a secondary player. If you are an actual oud enthusiast (as in real oud attars from southeast asia and the middle east), you will enjoy this one. If you are more into the fake soft "western ouds" like Tom Ford and such, you will hate it. This is authentic barnyard, animalic oud that hits a medicinal "stale" quality. The sillage is good, longevity is excellent. This one is gonna take time to grow on me. Its different then what i expected (should have checked what KIND of oud before purchasing). This is truly for evenings and cooler weather. You would be insane to spray this in spring or summer. I own different kinds of authentic oud and immediately knew it was laotian or cambodian within a couple minutes. I was expecting more smoky oud like Indian Assam or something sweeter like Sumbawa Oud. I am not disappointed, just not what I was expecting. My statement is very typical of Mancera, they are able to craft scents that change, coalesce, morph into something unexpected. They're my favorite house. So for the real oud collectors, this is a good one to have in spray form with a western tinge to it.

After recently receiving samples of Oud for Greatness and Haltane, I have been addicted to this scent profile. For me, it's splitting hairs between the two, but I may prefer OFG's a bit more spicy drydown. It is so close that if you ask me on a different day, I may like Haltane more. So, with that said... with trying to keep my budget more modest, I was looking at either purchasing Oud Oud for Glory or Haramain Detour Eco. After being impressed with a couple of the Mancera samples that I had, and reading a few reviews on Eternal Wood, I figure that it would be a better blind buy option. I am pleased to say that I am happy with my choice. For me, Eternal Wood fits somewhat into that space. I find that it opens slightly more funky/oudy but then dries down with a bit more dark woodiness. It took me a bit to realize that there is also a dark sweetness (if that makes any sense) developing in the drydown. I do not like overly sweet scents, this sweetness balances the underlying balsamic warm spices. I would appreciate it more if it was a a bit less sweet though. In the end, I get a bit darker, somewhat resinous, woody scent, with some spices and sweetness. This is not a light scent (one spray is good) and I don't know where I would wear this (other than at home) but I think that, for the price, Eternal Wood's quality is an absolute bargain. At the end of the day, I still prefer OFG for its spice and lack of sweetness.

First of all, this fragrance is very powerful. From the very first spray, it projects in an extremely aggressive way. It’s warm, spicy, woody, with just a touch of sweetness. I wouldn’t recommend smelling it during the first 20 seconds, as the opening hits quite hard. The oud and saffron immediately make themselves known in a very beautiful way. There’s also a subtle toffee-like sweetness coming from the base, but make no mistake—this is by no means a sweet fragrance. On the contrary, it’s strong and woody. At this point, the masculine character of the fragrance is instantly noticeable. It carries a serious, confident, and striking presence. I believe it pairs especially well with fall and winter, worn with heavier clothing. For summer, however, it might feel a little overwhelming. After about 3–4 hours, the initial chaos settles down and gives way to smoother woody notes. This transition makes the fragrance feel more refined. Longevity is impressive—it’s still noticeable on the skin by the end of the day. Projection, on the other hand, is extremely aggressive and strong. Just two sprays are enough to fill an entire room, so be careful with the dosage. Eternal Wood is not really meant for daily casual use; it’s better suited for special occasions, evening events, or those moments when you want to feel powerful and leave a lasting impression. OMG! This is a good one. It is strong for sure and not for hot days, but it's not as heavy as other Mancera fragrances so it's more wearable. It has smoky, dry woods without the cloying sweetness I was afraid of, yet it’s still modern, masculine, and the quality is definitely there. It doesn't have that signature designer feel of TF Oud Wood, but the oud here is 'super safe.' I think the most daring part is the smokiness and the 'pencil shaving' note in the dry down. Actually, the mid reminds me a bit of Gucci Guilty Absolute because of how dry it is. I have to disagree with the comparisons to Oud for Greatness because it’s much more about the woods than the resins, which makes it feel less Middle Eastern. It really leans into a rugged, lumberjack vibe; not because of leather, but just because it's a very serious, masculine wood scent. The way the smoky guaiac fights with the aromatic Palo Santo is the best part. It keeps the toffee base from taking over and maintains that rugged lumberjack complexity. Definitely a winner if you want dry woods over sticky resins. If you enjoy that profile, I can say it's really beautiful.

I've tried Oud For Greatness, and it wasn't bad, but it never really lived up to the hype back when people were going crazy for it years ago. I wanted to give this a try because I found the note breakdown interesting. The opening can be a little much, but 5-10 minutes in, it's great. The toffee really takes the earthiness and turns it into something that's kind of addicting. I've slept on this house for a long time, but after amberful and this fragrance I’ve taken notice. I would say above-average performance for my first wears. I will come back after I've done further testing, but this gets a 8/10. When you factor in price and the awesome name, this is a no-brainer if you want an oud for greatness with some addictive sweetness for dirt cheap. Doesn’t smell like a cheap clone but the testers are priced almost as cheap as the clones. It really does smell like a mash up of The most wanted and Oud for greatness, fire.🔥

Similiar to Haltane and Oud For Greatness in the opening, minus the Bergamot in the former, the funkiness in the latter, and the Lavender, Musk and Patchouli notes in both. I do get some Licorice and herbal nuances, probably coming from the Davana accord, so, imo, this EDP also has some similarity to Oud For Happiness. Less sweet than I expected it to be, but that's a plus for me, and certainly not all over the place like the note pyramid might lead you to believe. The Toffee and Tonka Bean notes keep this fragrance spicy until the end (a problem I have with OFG is that it starts wirh a big bang, and dries down into a not so remarkable Musk and Patchouli mélange). It performs very well in terms of longevity and projection, and it's a smokier, less musky, and more resinous take on this scent profile. So many ways to smell similar!.

Long time user, first time comment. Very good smell, dark, little sweet, warm, mysterious...many facets. Used it first time today. NYC summer but rainy cold day; walking out of subway, a young black girl who was sitting beside me on the subway, complemented me on her way out, "Your cologne smells gooood!!". Her words. I was not even smelling it myself. May be olfactory fatigue. Well, this experience led me here to post a review. I do have some Montales and Manceras, Red Tobacco and Woods & Spices are my favorite from my collection. I never tried Eternal Wood before, blind bought it from Jomashop when it was on sale(cheap tester). So far very satisfied with it. My wife approves of it. My 2 cents..

Yes it has it's differences but, in a nutshell, it's Oud For Greatness for the first hour or so, then it gets slightly woody, and then sweeter with the amber and toffee notes, but it remains in the Oud For Greatness space right the way through the journey. Frag heads will notice differences but, if you haven't tried this yet, think 80% OFG DNA, but slightly more woody and sweet from the mid onwards. Beautiful fragrance. Great longevity as you would expect and, surprisingly, ok for most seasons apart from high heat.

Eternal wood. What a nice fragrance! As a woman, yes. You can wear it as a woman. It is very sweet on me as it dries down. I can smell the woodiness too, but over all the sweetness from tonkabeans and toffees. That makes it unisex I think. On me it has a longevity for about 8 hours, and not much fragrances do reach this amount of hours on my skin. I don't spray a lot on me, only 2 sprays, I wear this for myself and not for others, I am aware that this fragrance projects. I am careful with that.

Eternal Wood is a great fragrance. Basically it's Oud for Greatness with very slight differences. To my recollection Oud for Greatness is dryer than Eternal Wood. For that reason Eternal Wood is smoother by comparison. I was worried the presence of Toffee meant it was going to be super sweet like Amore Cafe but it's not. It adds just a gentle touch of sweet to the scent profile which is probably why it comes off as smooth rather than dry. It's a good one.

Bought as a travel size for my husband to try something different and ended up loving this. This fragrance and my husbands chemistry smell so good together and this stuff lasts like nothing else. When I wash my hubbys teeshirts, I know which ones have had this sprayed on them. I love this scent on my husband and he is pretty picky about fragrance. His signature scent is LeLabo Tonka25. If you have wanted to try Eternal Wood, do it!

This is not exact OFG or Haltane. Close smell however it's a bit different and sweetier version compared to these fragrances. I think this is safer and younger option. If you like this kind of oud fragrances at the young age like me you might give an eye to this. Lastly I can say that it's sweeter and more smoky version of ofg and smells like inside of the Dubai Mall. Good longevity and sillage worth the price take a look on this.

I'll never understand why trolls attack mancera fragrances. This has a 3.71. Why? This is fantastic and in my opinion better than oud for greatness. The toffee in this really makes the difference plus it's a beast. 10/10. I have a 10ml but I'm dying to get a 120ml.

For the last couple of days I've been reviewing Mancera hype beasts. Today I'm going to take a look at one that doesn't get talked about very much: Eternal Wood. I enjoy woody fragrances, particularly sandalwood. After all, there's a reason LV Lovers is my signature scent. I can enjoy oud too, even natural oud as long as it's not crazy animalic. What does Eternal Wood have in store for me? Let's get into it and find out. Scent: The opening is woody, warm, and spicy. The primary notes I get are Laotian oud, saffron, davana, and palo santo. The strongest of the notes are the Laotian oud and saffron. The Laotian oud starts off the opening with a hefty dose of dark, deep woodiness. It does have the characteristically natural smell of Laotian Oud, but it doesn't have any of the animalic, "barnyard" funkiness that sometimes accompanies it. It's definitely a more nuanced flavor of wood than something like cedar, but it's not challenging. Behind the oud is the saffron with a familiar warm, earthy spiciness. It is very reminiscent of the type of saffron used in Baccarat 540, but thanks to the oud, it ends up smelling similar to Initio's Oud For Greatness. Up next is the davana and palo santo. The davana manifests as a uniquely sweet and herbaceous note, while the palo santo adds a bit more woodiness in the background with an almost minty undertone. The dry down is still woody, warm, and spicy. The primary notes I get are Laotian oud, saffron, palo santo, and guaiac wood. The strongest of the notes are still the Laotian oud and saffron. The Laotian oud still has the same dark woodiness from the opening at pretty much the same intensity; nothing has changed. Likewise, the saffron still has the same warm and spicy accord, but it has also taken on a bit of a leathery quality as well. This is followed by the palo santo and guaiac wood. The palo santo continues into the dry down with the same dry, woody accord underlined by a subtle minty quality. Lastly, the guaiac wood adds even more woodiness in the background with just a touch of tar and smoke. The dry down smells even more similar to Oud For Greatness, or perhaps Parfum De Marly's Haltane. Performance: Initial projection is very strong and can fill a room. Sillage matches that intensity with a dense scent trail. After about 3-4 hours the performance was basically the same. At the 7-8 hour mark the projection was still about 5-6 feet and the scent trail was lighter but still noticeable. The fragrance lasted about 11-12 hours before fading away into a skin scent. When to wear: Eternal Wood is a fall/winter fragrance that can be worn during the daytime or evening. This isn't what I would consider to be a casual wearing scent, and fits special or formal occasions better. Date nights, weddings, anniversaries, or anything you'd wear a suit and tie to; that would be when you wear Eternal Wood. Blind buy: If you like super woody oud fragrances like Haltane or Oud For Greatness, Eternal Wood is a safe blind buy for you. Final verdict: To me, Eternal Wood is Mancera's take on the Oud For Greatness/Haltane scent profile, and I think they did a good job with it. I get the oud, I get the saffron, and I even get the palo santo and guaiac wood to help set it apart from being a direct clone. All the wood notes are accurately represented, giving credence to the name of Eternal Wood (unlike Cosmic Pepper, which didn't have any discernible pepper). Performance, in typical Mancera fashion, is very powerful. Monstrous projection and scent trails for at least the first 4 hours, and lasting around 12 altogether before fading away. When it comes to versatility, Eternal Wood isn't at the top of the list. It works well for formal or special occasions during the cooler months, but that's about it. Likewise, with mass appeal, Eternal Wood isn't going to be everyone's jam, especially with that natural oud note. However, some people are going to love it for that same reason. In conclusion, I think Eternal Wood is a great fragrance that deserves more attention than it gets. Admittedly, this type of DNA is not my favorite, so I'll be passing on a full bottle. However, if you like that Oud For Greatness-type profile, you should definitely check this one out. Scent: 8/10 Longevity: 8/10 Sillage: 10/10

A really solid, sweet, smoky wood fragrance. Personal: 7.5/10 – Dark, rich, resinous and oud forward fragrance. Very dark and dry. I don't tend to like fragrances woody and dry, but I appreciate just how dark it is. Almost intimidating. Mass appeal: 6/10 – Oud, amber, and smoke can be divisive. Some will find it powerful and classy, others harsh or overwhelming. I happen to land between the two. Performance: 8.5/10 – As with most Mancera offerings, this projects and lasts all day. Strong performance is guaranteed. Value: 8/10 – Mancera pricing is fair given the strength and quality. Even if you don’t love the DNA, you can’t deny it’s good bang for your buck. Uniqueness: 7.5/10 – Dark, resinous oud scents are plentiful, but this one has a distinctive smoky-leathery quality that sets it slightly apart. SCORE: 75/100 Full bottle buy? NO, it’s too heavy and smoky for my personal style. Blind buy? NO, oud and leather are far too polarizing to risk without sampling. Recommend? YES, for fans of smoky oud-amber fragrances at good prices. Date night? NO, it’s too heavy, smoky, and bold to feel romantic. More mysterious than sexy. Office safe? NO, far too strong and polarizing for professional wear. Pros: Rich resinous depth, strong performance, bold and memorable presence. Cons: Leans medicinal and harsh, too smoky and heavy for daily use. Not very versatile. Eternal Wood is Mancera doing what they do best. They take a heavy, dark DNA, make it a performance beast, put a very reasonable price tag on it, and let the fragrance do the talking for them. I really think this is a great bottle at a great price, if you like the darker, less sweet, more smoky and leathery wood fragrances. This isn't necessarily oud forward, but it is darkness forward, and I like that. It's got a papery, soft, sweet backbone behind it, but it's still a somewhat aggressive dark fragrance that is distinctly NOT versatile. But, in below freezing winter weather, this would morph into something positively warm, inviting and cozy. And for less than $25/oz on discounters, that's a whole lot of bang for the buck. One of the best darker wood fragrances that doesn't rely on oud for its strong presence. A great value if you love it, but you shouldn't blind buy this one. Sampling Mancera Eternal Wood, a 2024 release, a mixed resinous, woody, and semi-spicy blend, a bit generic but comfortingly familiar, something I’ve smelled a bit in other perfumes over the past decade. Oud, saffron, and palo santo play against toffee, tonka, and amber, a bit of a woody/savory dominance tempered by resinous and semi-sweet aspects. The saffron is the biggest standout, providing a good bit of the spice, depth, and intrigue. Overall, I like it and find it easy enough to wear, while still being interesting, but it’s nothing terribly new or head-turning. Still, it’s a decent release from this house (along with sibling company Montale) of many releases, just not a standout offering in recent years. It performs very well, though, and is priced at $190 for 120ml, higher than what I believed to be the usual $180, perhaps indicative of a price increase across the board that is not yet reflected in each fragrance in the catalogue. Retail points of sale include department stores as well as boutiques in the US like Olfactif, from which I bought my sample, though some grey market sites appear to offer it at this time already. 7 out of 10

Nose Note #929 I have to judge it from memory and it's definately different from Oud for Greatness and Bade'e al Oud. This lacks this interesting BR540-like medicinal aspect, or rather it's medicinal, but in a different way (which I like much less, unfortunately). In a way it's closer to Haltane, because I'm picking up this familiar nuttiness. This definately has something similar to a toffee accord - one other thing which is a detour from the DNA. This toffee accord is not making the scent more accessible - it's still very niche and challanging. I don't know. I just don't enjoy this as much as I did Bade'e al Oud, for example. Bade - I just loved to bits and it felt easier to wear despite this ultra niche profile. A number of people told me this DNA smells like a tire replacement shop. Unisex leaning masculine. Very strong performance. Very strong sillage. Use with caution, people don't appreciate this DNA much. 100% try before you buy. Unfortunately, this dupe didn't do it for me. Bade al Oud is better 6.9/10, I don't like this Haltane nuttiness in particular

So this is parfums de marly haltane for 20 minutes and then it becomes a less sharp more soapy but not fresh dior savauge elixir. If you think its a haltane alternative, its not u get 20 minutes to smell like haltane. If you think this is a dior savauge alternative, its is. nobody will know the difference and you still gonna smell like dior savauge. It does what it does really well dont get me wrong but what it does is just not good. Edit the second time you spray it the opening smells like pickles. Like spicy woody pickles. Not just a vinegar but like the cucumber too. Why? what note is this? Yes, I reached for it again.

I tried it about a month ago on my shirt's cuff and hung it in my wardrobe and haven't worn it again.. The scent is still strong on the cuff with a slight stain. I didn't try OFG before but I think i smelled this scent before long long time maybe when i was child in 80s !.. eternal wood fragrance is bold and strong.. with a slight attractive sweetness .. it just needs a cool weather with a strong character 10/10 🌟 I won't wash my shirt again until I get it 😀.. Edit Finally.. I pought a bottle and washed my shirt !..

Eternal Wood is a very nice fragrance for whoever loves woody fragrances. It has a great performance as well, I could still smell it on clothes days after and it easily lasts during the whole day on skin as well. It best used in autumn and winter on cold days. Everyone around me loved this perfume. If you are into woody / oud fragrances this is a safe blind buy. It leans more on the masculine side.

This is wood bomb! Smells like burns wood all the time or ash smell doesn't smell like fresh wood . By the fire place vibe by maison Margiela but this one strong and less sweet. This one will be great if you mix it with touch of vanilla or sweet tonka.

I find this scent so awesome. I love to dwell in a cloud of this beautiful scent. This is a scent, of you like it, you love it! But if you dislike it you'll probably hate it.

Like most mancera perfumes, this one projects and lasts for ages. Smells high end, leans more masculine. Reminds me of dior sauvage Elixir.

I don’t think this is as Amber sweet as the bar chart above would have led me to believe. I can see the comparison to The Most Wanted, especially with that toffee note, but it really is much closer to Oud for Greatness in how the woods and spices pop forward in front of the sweetness. I’m sure people will say this is Sauvage Elixir, but sweet. Anyway, not nearly as sweet as Amore Caffe or Tonka Cola despite being in the same line, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing, it’s just not what I expected going into this fragrance. This is a fine fragrance; not good, not great. It’s serviceable. Projection is good, longevity is really good. Just like Amberful, Mancera’s other new release this summer, this just feels like two other known fragrances poured together, and for that reason, I don’t think this was a needed release.

Eternal Wood has some serious projection and longevity! It's sweet -- likely from the toffee -- without treading into full-on gourmand territory. A delicious melange of amber-drenched soft woods at a bargain price. It is LOUD, so spray with caution. Terrible name, but hey, what are ya gonna do.

I didn’t expect so much sweetness to be honest. It is like an old wooden jar filled with toffees. In the dry down you will recognise some of Initio OFG still surrounded by sweetness although less sweet than the opening. If you are familiar with Mancera you know they have a lot of different styles. This one is in the same style as Amore Caffe is, don’t get me wrong.. it is not like AC but it has the same sweetness and gourmandish kind of perception. I don’t know why they released it this time of the year as it is definitely not a summer scent. If you love Amore Caffe you should try this one too. But I recommend sampling before buying!

Eternal Screechwood. Eternal Bugspray? Maybe I just don’t dig the OFG profile. They share that same high pitched synthetic note that I guess they’re calling saffron. (Smells absolutely nothing like real saffron.) I can see this working for someone, but not me. Reminds me of powerhouse 80’s men’s fragrances in its in-your-face brashness - the polar opposite of inconspicuous. Feels very dated to my nose. Leans heavily masculine. I just don’t like it.

Not for those who think saffron smells like iodine. All I can pick up is iodine and a faint hint of abstract sweetness.

I got this one as a sample, and I'm very glad I didn't get a full bottle. I tested it with a single spray on paper, and there was an immediately overwhelming and unpleasant smell which reminded me of either Pepto Bismol or children's cough syrup. I can best describe it as powdery, sickly, and intensely pink (hence the Pepto Bismol association). This smell filled the room instantly and didn't dissipate for hours, even though I flushed the test strip down the toilet within less than a minute. I wasn't able to detect any of the notes that are listed or that other reviewers are describing; I was totally overwhelmed by this cough syrup smell. I've tried a few other Mancera fragrances and quite enjoyed them, but this one was a definite miss for me. I suspect that there's some ingredient which is innocuous to most but repellent to me, much like how cilantro tastes like soap to some people.

You would think with an awesome cologne such as Red Tobacco. They would never put out anything that would only tease you. Well there is nothing aggressive about this projection in this bottle . What a wanna be oud for glory for 5 or 10 minutes. That sucks so It’s a dud. Eternal wood solid ??? Yea , It’s about as solid as a runny turd ! And at least a runny turd projects like a room filler which is way more than I can say for this embarrassing tease. This fragrance is the biggest scam since gas-station Bluetooth earbuds. “Eternal Wood”? Eternal WHERE? Eternal WHAT? The only eternal thing here is how long I’m gonna be mad I paid $80 for it. This thing lasts ten minutes. TEN. I’ve had bad decisions last longer. I’ve had free mall-paper-strip samples last longer. I’ve had a sneeze last longer. The opening tries to act classy, then immediately turns into this faint, confused woodiness like it’s whispering, “uhhh... I think I’m supposed to be a fragrance?” Then it gets weird, panics, and disappears like it knows it’s trash. Meanwhile, Badde Al Oud for Glory — the $15 demolition machine — walks in smelling like intimidation and victory, and absolutely bullies this thing. If these two fought, Eternal Wood wouldn’t make it past the walkout music. Embarrassing! I should’ve left this bottle at the store, on the clearance shelf, behind the off-brand deodorant. Now the only way to make it wearable is to drown it under Badde Al Oud or Amethyst like I’m hiding a crime scene. Or like I’m trying to resuscitate it back to life , eternal my big giant ass

I'll keep this simple. Very similar to oud for greatness. Similar DNA to haltane, but this is nearly an OFG clone. The opening is harsher and less pleasant, but the dry down has an uncanny resemblance. Sure, there are some slight differences, but it would be hard to tell the difference between this and oud for greatness when walking by someone. This is a much better bang for your buck and smells fantastic. Performance is very similar to OFG as well. Definitely unnecessary to own both if you aren't a collector. I think it's fun to own both because you can wear eternal wood often without feeling bad b/c of the price. I'm quite pleased with this fragrance. Highly suggest buying this over OFG because it's way cheaper, performs just as well, and smells just as good!

I personally think this is a lot closer to Haltane than it is to OFG. My fiance hates literally everything, but loves Haltane for some reason, and she thought this was that when I casually tested it without saying what I had on. In the air, I doubt a normal person could tell the difference. I will say it's very synthetic (as are all Mancera's) but it still smells really good. Haltane is marginally synthetic as well since I'm comparing the two. In the end I do think this is a very good alternative to the PDM as you definitely don't need both, it'd be very redundant. This will always be cheaper, and the bottle will last you forever, this shit is napalm.

I can see how Oud for Greatness is the main similarity call-out for most, and this does have a similar feel. However, to me it's less about gooey/rubbery saffron (as OfG is), and more about straight up dry woods. Woods and woods, timber complemented by saffron. So for me, the name is definitely on point. I get barely any sweetness, at least not what I typically consider sweet. Thought I was gonna return it after first spraying, but I can see the appeal as it dries, almost instantly.

Haltane but fresher with sweet-but-not-sweet dry down. It projects like crazy and it gives over 10+ hours of whiffs, it's a joy to wear. This also reminds me of YSL Babycat, similar but on a different frequency, if that makes sense. There is no vanilla or leather here to speak of but they could be cousins (smell them side to side to compare). An absolute joy. I've worn this in the heat and it never becomes cloying. I'm so happy I got a full bottle of this.

C'est un boisé/ caramel donc qui tend vers le gourmand malheureusement pour suivre la tendance.... J'en ai vraiment marre du caramel et des notes sucré à outrance. Le mélange du coup est farfelue et spécial... Ca ne sens pas mauvais mais ca ne sens pas spécialement bon non plus... Un parfum 'ok' pour ceux qui aiment le caramel et les notes sucrée mais sans trop faire féminin. Projection/ sillage /tenue moyenne

This is a "polished" less nuclear version of Oud for Greatness. I love the latter but sometimes it's just too much for me, too strong and reminding of itself every minute. I use it mostly for parties and special evening occasions where I'm glad to be noticed. With Eternal Wood you have a "safer" office-friendly version of OFG but with the same vibe. It's comfortable and very affordable comparing to OFG.

I'm surprised no one said beach hut by amouage is similar to me it's kinda the same as that. had a sample from their site delivered yesterday, amazing smell. all of the manceras seem to be truly great but can't speak to longevity which for me is crucial in a parfum.

WOW, just WOW!! I love how successful Mancera has been in perfectly churning out their own versions of several fragrances. This a clone of Initio Oud For Greatness, it smells very refined & luxurious unlike other mediocre clones out there! Performance? BEAST MODE!!

This stuff slaps! Better than OFG and Haltane and does have the most wanted sweetness/amberwood. Almost has a Dior Sauvage Elixir vibe in the late dry down as well. Phenomenal blend and many different layers. Would rate a 4.25/5

I just come to question people's noses... saying in the "reminds me" section of Haltane by PDM and also reminds someone of Azzaro Most Wanted.. and then also Savauge Elixir?? Those 3 fragrances smell nothing alike! Lol

The juice in my bottle purchased directly from Mancera is a much lighter color than what is in the photo above. I smell a little musk and a little woods after 3 sprays from a new bottle. It is extremely faint.

IDK why it's listed as Amber scent It is a POWERFUL woody, spicy, oudy scent Has sweetness and some slight freshness too Yet it better suits men, not women

The liquid color in my bottle is MUCH lighter than what is pictured. Anyone else?
