Mango Adorably

c'est de loin mon parfum préféré. Je l'adore, mais à mon grand désespoir je n'arrive plus à me le procurer, si quelqu'un connait un revendeur sérieux je suis preneuse.

I was lucky to get a full bottle of this discontinued scent through the local classifieds. It is sweet with a certain fruitiness -- was a forerunner of today's fruitchoolies, but lighter and less in-your-face. I like it a lot ... it's very youthful, but though it may have been (sort of) ground-breaking ten years ago, there is a certain celebrity crowd-pleaser quality to it. I know a darling 11-year old girl, my niece, who can wear this more successfully than me, and to her it will go.

I loved this fragrance when I had it but used it up so quickly. I would love to purchase this again to see if I feel the same about it. I found this to be a warm and comforting scent. Not sexy-just feminine and great for everyday in the colder months.

Gold edition doesn't differ from the original one except its intensity. You could think the original one as edt and Gold as edp...

Just a classical winter fragrance... I like it but it wouldn't be my first choice...

I blind bought this just because it's mango and I was so excited to use it. But then the smell is very manly to my nose. I think it's very strong woody and peppery. I'm not sure I've ever smelled a woman's perfume like it before. I think it suits men more. I love to smell it on them but not on me. And it lasted all day long, I spritz very little in the morning and it's still there all day (you can really smell it, not just whiffs) and even until the next morning when I put the clothes in the laundry basket. Wow on the longevity. I never use it anymore ever since that first time.

I found a tester sample of this in my dressing table-I have no idea where it came from, whether its the original or gold version, and I don't get any of the notes that are alleged to be there. To me, this instantly reminds me of childhood-this is the scent of a sherbet dib-dab in a bottle. Sherbet dib-dabs were strawberry flavoured lollies that came with a sachet of lemon fizzy sherbet, and thats what 'Adorably' is to me-a fizzy, happy, sweet sherbet lemon fruity bundle! Its light, feminine, cheerful, innocent, childlike without being childish, romantic in a 'first kiss' sort of way and makes me feel pretty. I don't get spices or herbs at all. A little vanilla pops through after an hour or so, but that just makes it smell like ice-cream, and all in all this reminds me of spending a day at the beach as a child. Honestly, if the tester wasn't labelled, I'd wouldn't have recognised it from the descriptions on here. I always find it fascinating how everyone's nose is s lightly different!

To me this is has a very romantic smell, but it is still powerful enough to last the whole day and still make you feel fresh ad feminine. I have always wanted to have this in my cupboard and at long last I am going to have a chance to buy it tomorrow evening....cant wait!!

initially i bought this on a whim..i was broke..and i needed a new perfume that wasn't going to put a dent in my budget...i didn't regret it one bit..it's sweet yet sublime..sort of fresh..it just has that je ne sais quoi..sort of thing going on...and it's all day....

This is not bad at all, if you like a soft and calm patchouli. I would not call it a fruity-floral, but a woody oriental and even gourmand scent. It is longlasting and has good sillage. Perfect for winter, wearing a scarf. It's really cozy!

Waste of money. Got it online on a sale. It's too strong. Donno how ppl say its sweet or floral. This is my first Mango perfume and I don't feel encouraged to buy any more from Mango after this :(

it's kinda weird to see the reviews in here.. on me, this perfume has no specific delighting scent. It's like a plain raw herbs. Not special at all. And also weak longevity. me no likey.. :(

very romantic scent... makes me feel like i can do anything with a higher degree of confidence... it was a gift from a niece and i've been looking for it in every perfume shop since then...

It's nice and playful for the weekend. Good choice of fragrance to wear if you are going to dinner and a movie with that special someone! Not exactly classic elegance, but nice.

I have a 10 ml bottle of this. When I sniff it first time I was shure that I smell it before. Second sniff I realized that is similar to Valentino Valentina assoluto.

yeah its not classic elegance,but its a very different fragrance something away from the normal fruity floral types.its a nice evening wear.
