I discovered this fragrance during my travels in the Czech Republic, where Manufaktura stores can exclusively be found. While exploring, I tried their beer shower gel, which had an amazing spicy-sweet aroma that I thoroughly enjoyed. When I came across Men 001, I was delighted to find that it complemented the scent of the shower gel perfectly, making it a natural addition to my collection. This is a distinctive and intriguing fragrance that perfectly combines freshness with a hint of sweetness, making it a unique and memorable experience. The scent opens with refreshing notes of mint and anise, immediately creating an invigorating and balanced composition. As the fragrance evolves, the heart reveals earthy and aromatic tones of patchouli and geranium, adding depth and character. I love this scent. It is very linear in that you can discern all the major notes separately. It's not very sophistically blended, but that's what gives it its rawness and unique beauty. The selection of ingredients is just magical. Very fresh yet powdery, woodsy and just mildly sweet at the same time. But I'd call that sweetness fresh and minty, if that make sense. It's not a cloying overpowering sweetness of a heavy perfume. I love all minty scents, but here the mint is not very prominent. Dry down is very nice, albeit quite weak and this EDT doesn't last long on my skin or project very much either, for that matter. It is a total UNISEX for me, so with its weak projection and lasting power it is a well suited scent fore a man or a woman who likes mild yet original understated fragrance for a daily wear. But for the price it is a steal and you can re-apply during the day as much as you want.

Amazing scent, which is masculine, but thanks to geranium and vanilla suits women too. It has a strong cedar and patchouli base and there is no doubt about green character of this scent, but you can enjoy the spiciness of the anise. The charm of this EdT is in great combination of provocative and mild. I found it sexy but comfortable, always positive and in good balance between noble bitternes and sweet notes. Suitable for spring-summer days, longevity about 4-5 hours, moderate sillage.
