Daisy Spring

I like it! I'm not a fan of the Daisy line, I never found it interesting enough to buy a flanker. This season I was sold on the packaging - it's a lovely green color and I felt inspired to buy both Daisy Spring and Daisy Spring So Fresh blindly. Daisy Spring is fun, innocent and fresh. I like Daisy Spring a lot more than the So Fresh version- it's got a green and watery quality to it and I would never call it "warm spicy". It opens up with rose petals, fresh and lovely. It settles on a base of palisander quite quickly and stays there until it disappears. I personally don't detect cardamom, but it might be cause I usually opt for the thick & heavy spicy creations. It's a floral spring scent, keeping quite close to the skin and with rather poor longevity.

Received this as a gift from a friend, and it's honestly one of favorites now. While it may lack longevity and complexity, I see it as the perfect fresh scent to leave me feeling clean and refreshed. It's my go-to on crisp rainy days, and I find it to be perfect for situations where you want a more subtle fragrance. It's not overly floral and definitely gives off a shampoo vibe. Not yet sure if I would repurchase at full price, but I'm thoroughly enjoying putting a dent in my current bottle.

I have this and I still like the original Daisy better. I do not get rose at all. All I smell is fresh and green. It seems to me that there are lots of fresh/green scents that potentially cost a lot less and stay with you longer. However, I am going to use this and be happy about it bc I did want to experience this one. Update: decided to gift this to my granddaughter who will adore it!!

Back again for this one. The most youthful smelling rose perfume in my opinion. It’s not necessarily a spring scent. It’s best suited for spring however it leans more someone would have as a signature scent. The lasting power is more like 3 hours which is sort of disappointing but the silliage is pretty good

This is a fresher greener version of the original daisy . I smell green tea notes cardamom and some woodiness . It lasted about 5-6 hours and has decent projection . I like it

It is nothing like the description to me. It is sweet and soft spicy. Smells like a teenage girl to me. It feels fresh to me sort of but I very much enjoy it

There are definitely notes missing. I think they just add these to the original pyramid. The original must be the base.

a fresh/green rose scent with a hint of spice. wish it had better longevity— lasts on me at most 2-3 hours :(

Loool, this is not what it says on the box! Haha. The accords look sooo good, the listed notes look so simple... and warm?? Nah, this is a slightly less sour version of your regular daisy. Not at all similar to listed notes or accords, it’s all bull. It’s a nice scent I suppose, but really , if you have one or two from the line you don’t need more. This one has the green vibe, fresh, a little shampoey ever so slightly... on card the greens+woods+fresh pull out more, on my skin it’s less so. The end. NOTES LISTED: Rose-could possibly pass this as a very green leafy one, plus green and citrus? Rosewood-not super familiar on its own, the ‘wood’ is super squeaky clean fresh type, and getting bombed by greens leaning a touch sour Cardamom- nah, no spice around here. ACCORDS: warm spicy -nope woody -yes but leaning very fresh +greens/leaves aromatic - well... not the real kind.. id say no at this point rose - slight, fresh floral kind, not rosy amber -nope sweet -waaaay in the back somewhere maybe? Slight? balsamic - I’m least sure of this accord, doesn’t smell like other frags with balsamic note.. usually orientals? EDIT. Sorry but I feel totally mislead by the listed accords and notes to what the actual fragrance smells like. I like Alberto’s creations, maybe he had a very narrow brief to work with but this not feeling reliable. It’s similar to others in the line

Okay so as lovely as this fragrance is I'd have to agree that it's almost identical to the original. It's a tad more youthful but it's still primarily cedarwood and Violet combo that the daisy flankers all have. It's nice and I'll use it but I would have loved if it had an ounce of something new. But nah, it's just the same old daisy just a bit more sour.

It scents like an inoffensive version of Daisy OG flanker mixed with some rosewater, turning a bit sour and skinlike within the hour, lacking the powdery violet and sweetness. This honestly might pass for being used in an office that does not permit scents due to how quickly it becomes a ‘skin scent’.

The longevity is much less than the original daisy, and it only smells like the original, just a bit lighter, and greener in a way? Idk it is way too similar, dissapointing

This is the original daisy but stripped right back so it's boring and basic- it's definitely missing something. It smells like a glass of sparkling water with a hint of fruit.

As a collector of these flankers, this is a very disappointing addition to the line. It is too similar to Daisy and there is nothing "warm spicy" about it. It reminded me of a Daisy shower gel I got with a boxed set once upon a time - it's Daisy but slightly more shampoo-like, less grassy. I don't pick up any cardamom in it at all. On a blind sniff, someone could easily mistake it for Daisy. It's a pretty bottle but that is about all it has going for it. If they continue this line, I hope they will go back to the drawing board and produce some flankers with more originality, like Daisy Delight and the original Daisy Sunshine (for that matter, the 2nd Daisy Sunshine is quite good too). When I picked this up in store the salesperson mentioned I was the first person to buy it, and it's been on the market for a while. I wonder how low the sales would need to go for this to be the nail in the coffin for the Daisy flankers. In spite of my collection, a part of me just wishes they would move on and focus on other flanker lines because the inspiration for this one is clearly dead.

got this today & really liked this one !!! it totally fits the daisy DNA which i love its nice and soft - pretty & dainty i know it says rose is in there but it definitely does not scream harsh or strong rose........in fact i can barely tell there is rose lol - i can tell there is some kind of floral but rose doesnt jump out - which for me is perfect - maybe the rose is some kind of soft baby rose lol well happy with this particular daisy spring scent :) its a win for me :) and the light green bottle is very pretty too :) i did purchase the other 2...........waiting on eau so fresh spring..........and daisy love spring wasnt a win - i did a review but in short love spring too green , odd & didnt fit the daisy DNA also where is dream spring lol............i see that is missing.......hmmmm...........hopefully dream isnt discontinued

I confess 😳. I have a soft spot for Daisy, so I like this one! I really enjoy the cardamom note in it and the fact that it reminds me a lot of the 2009 version of Daisy, called "Bloom" (a favorite of mine). It's fresh, green, uplifting and comforting. Whenever I apply Daisy on, I feel like everything is going to be alright!

To me this smells like Chanel chance mixed with a small amount of Marc jacobs decadence .
