Celena in Portofino

What can I say about this little gem?it's one of the best caramel perfumes out there,it has a luxurious bottle,also has great performance Celena in portofino is warm and sweet as you can guess by looking at it's pyramid,really sweet,but it somehow manages to not enter cloying zone.caramel,vanilla,amber and sandalwood blend to create a rich,yummy caramelized treat,while there's just a touch of peachy-pear fruits and jasmine in background.single notes aren't easy to pickup here Drydown is a powdery scent of vanilla,caramel with slight floral nuances,there's not much of caramel's syrupy sweetness left so it feels much softer and cozy I'd rather go for this one instead of repurchasing Bonbon or Viva la juicy gold and you will pay a fraction of price I hope fragrantica to add Mine Girl from this brand as that one is awesome too

One of my favorites. It's like putting on a warm sweater. I wish it wasn't discontinued.

Love this scent, although in me it won't last. I will use it for me.

I get the peach 🍑 and the sweetness, more caramel like in te dry down. Too sweet for me though, I'll try to add salt, will see. Salt doesn't seem to smell of anything, I like experimenting ☺ If it works that's a good discovery since I generally now find everything too sweet.

the peach at the top balance the sweet but as soon it goes super sweet caramel it's too much for me. I tried to add salt, we'll see if it works once it has disolved.

Gifting this to a friend. It's just a bit too strong for my tastes and I have a couple of highly personal complaints. This was purchased 2 summers ago at the prompting of a very fun and knowledgeable sales woman, and it smelled absolutely amazing in the store. Knocked my figurative socks off. Unfortunately (aside from the error of trying to wear such a heavy, sweet scent in the heat of summer) I have discovered through trial and error that pronounced caramel notes almost always make me ever-so-slightly nauseous, no matter the time or occasion. I can appreciate them on others, from an impersonal distance, but when I have WORN perfumes with caramel in them the results are usually always the same. This is a very persistent caramel, akin to the caramel notes in Dolce & Gabanna's The One Desire, and Bonbon by Viktor&Rolf. The other very particular issue I have with this is really just more of a body-chemistry one. The musk used in this particular fragrance goes metallic on me after a short while and it starts to irritate my nose. I love musks but not all of them seem to love me back and, unfortunately, because this happens with the base notes I didn't notice while testing it in the store. Those complaints aside, this is really gorgeous and smells quite smooth and sophisticated. I WISH I could wear it. Even the caramel, which I cannot personally tolerate for long stretches, is far from one-dimensional. It has deep and intoxicating floral nuances throughout, and it's absolutely delicious in those early phases of the fragrance, while the fruits in the opening are still pouring out their syrupy sweetness. It's all very glamourous and the bottle is just stunning in person. Has a good deal of weight in the hand and even just removing the cap feels a bit luxe. I'll be sorry to see it go, but hopeful that it's going to find a proper home.
