Like it’s decided you belong to it now. First spray, and I actually paused. Mandarin, yes - but not juicy. Not cheerful. More like light reflecting off metal. Cold light. There’s this mineral thing right away. Salty. Airless. Like wet stone, or skin after cold rain. It doesn’t feel like perfume. It feels like an atmosphere. And honestly... It’s strange at first. Not unpleasant. Just... unfamiliar. Like your brain is trying to file it somewhere, and there’s no folder for it. Give it twenty minutes, and it shifts. The citrus dissolves into this dry, mineral haze. Slightly bitter. Slightly floral, but in a faded way. Violet, maybe. Immortelle - dry, slightly spiced. Nothing soft or welcoming. Everything feels clean but not comforting. Controlled. Distant. Then the suede shows up. Not warm, fuzzy suede. More like the idea of suede. Smooth. Abstract. It doesn’t replace the mineral core - it wraps around it. Makes it human. Akigalawood brings a quiet woodiness that sits close to the body, grounding everything. The composition becomes less abstract, more physical. Suddenly, it’s not just cold space. It’s skin inside the cold space. That’s when it clicks. Or... it did for me. There’s no sweetness to rescue you. No vanilla safety net. It stays dry. Mineral. Slightly metallic. A quiet saffron-like warmth in the base that never fully blooms, just hums under everything. It smells expensive in a way that’s hard to explain. Not rich. Just... inevitable. Performance is, frankly, extraordinary. 12 hours, easily. And it lingers on fabric for days. Not loud. But persistent. People notice it without understanding why. And that’s the thing. Ganymede doesn’t try to be liked. Some people will hate it. Some won’t get it. It can feel cold. Detached. Almost inhuman. But if it clicks with you... It becomes addictive. To me, it smells like mineral light. Like clean skin in cold air. Like becoming someone slightly more distant, slightly more untouchable. Not a safe buy. Not a crowd-pleaser. But if you’re tired of smelling like everyone else... this is on another planet entirely. ganymede is something ive been wanting to buy a sample of for a long time, and now that im able to try it, id be a liar if i said i wasnt pleasantly surprised. i personally enjoy space/futuristic scents a lot, and this is the only one that hits the mark in full totality so far. at first, ganymede fronts with a heavily curry-spice scent. its prickly and ashy in my nose til it dries down properly and absorbs into the skin. the drydown on me is a beautiful metallic saffron dusting over musk and suede. the curry notes still ghost below it with spice, but they tend to be overshadowed by what im assuming is the osmanthus providing a more powdery fig scent. all together, it creates a swirling metallic powdery floral, weirdly fresh, that carries some deeper spices. these notes sound like they dont mesh whatsoever, and they actually *dont* on paper. on a tester paper strip, it smells like watery mens cologne, but on my skin, they sing in fresh synthetic harmony. this is definitely a skin-chemistry-dependant fragrance, so i beg you, DO NOT BLINDBUY! ganymede is hard to get used to, but once you do, it almost beckons you to wear it, similar to the call of the unknown that humans feel when staring up into the cosmos. it is the embodiment of space scents in my opinion; it has aldehylic mystique with musk and minerals, reminiscent of viewing the sky from another planet. it has dusty florals that bring a sense of familiarity, as if finding life on another world. it has layers of spice and savory notes that invoke the complicated composition of ganymede's (the moon) atmosphere. it is beautiful.

On the opening of Ganymede, the metallic mineral note is what I notice first. It is strong in a plesent way, behind it there is a rich almost dark slightly burnt smokey balsamic spice note along with oud and a tiny bit of leather. As Ganymede dries down the notes stay identical to the opening with just the slightest fading of everything but the metallic mineral note & the smokey balsamic note. These two notes feel so closely intertwined here I think that the smokey balsamic note might be part of the metallic mineral note. Ganymede performs nicely but not amazingly. On the longevity side it lasted just over 6 hours on my skin but surprisingly much much longer on clothing. It has lasted over 24 hours on my sweatshirt and seems inclined to last untill I wash it. A 6/10 for longevity. The projection on Ganymede is a bit low, besides the initial application and the 15 minute following it, I found it to be mostly a skin level scent. Seeming to settle at rising an inch, maybe 2 off my skin. A 6/10 for projection. While it’s projection is low and I would like a little more from it, I’m also glad it wasn’t extremely strong. I think Ganymede would suffer from projection if that was the case. As a fragrance & scent I really liked Ganymede, the metallic mineral note is the best part and I am really glad the fragrance highlights that note. Overall Ganymede gets a 8/10 for me, it is unique in a way that I really enjoy. I love the mineral matallic note with the almost burnt balsamic smell to it. I would definitely wear it again, I think for me it would be a great fall scent.

My signature fragrance. Love at first sniff. This is the first fragrance which feels like it is a part of me. Ganymede is the classical men's fragrance brought to 2020. Ganymede opens up with mandarin, mineral, violet and "airy" notes. After 10 minutes the mandarin starts to flee and the saffron steps forward. I know there is no official leather note in here, but I definitely smell beautiful leather from the first spray till Ganymede vanishes. In other words: The leather note is in my opinion the main player of this fragrance. But it is a different leather scent, nothing I've ever smelled. The performance is also incredible. Ganymede doesn't push out like eg. Interlude Man, rather it always lingers in the air. Once you don't smell it for two hours, but then you'll get a whaft of it later in the day. Ganymede is suitable for every occasion, T-shirt to suit, spring, summer, autumn and winter - fun fact: It is the only "leather" fragrance I know of, which one can wear in the summer heat (lightly used). What wonders me the most: I'm in this hobby for years and years and never received a compliment, never. With this though I received many, maaaaany - men love it, women love it. My classmate and coworkers bagged me to decant a few ml so they can wear it. I never experienced something like that. All in all it is the perfect fragrance, it is "my" fragrance.

@eau du olus said that this smells like a dentist's office, and now i can't get it out of my head. That's because that, in the opening, that is exactly what Ganymede edp smells like. Don't worry, that doesn't last long. What a beautiful scent. It's hard to properly describe exactly what this smells like. I must admit that, despite having an "ok" amount of niche fragrances in my collection, I do not have a trained nose in the sense that i can easily pick out notes and accords like some more experienced collectors. The best way that i could describe Ganymedes smell is; cold metal with a touch of woodsy notes, and to ME, is incredibly beautiful. Ganymede doesn't seek to be "mass appealing", but rather pushes artistry instead. I can respect that. That's not to say that this is NOT mass appealing. So far, i haven't had any complaints. Mind you, this was my daily for an entire year. Yes, I wore it pretty much everyday regardless of where i was, and what i was doing. LOTS of compliments. Lots. Ganymede, to me, is very special. I do not see everyone liking this. At all. But to those of us that have a curious nose - give it a shot. Order a decant (you should be, for EVERY niche fragrance), and see if you like it. I would NOT blind buy this.

this was a blind buy for me based on the notes and what i tend to like. the only other time i blind bought was years ago with tuscan leather. this one starts off rough but intriguing for a brief moment but once that mandarin starts to pipe down the show begins. after the very early initial opening this thing starts to sparkle and there are different facets at varying depths that seem to dance in the space between those sparkles. emphasis on the word “space” for two reasons. 1. there feels like there is a lot of air or blank space in this fragrance. it’s not overcrowded and nothing consumes anything else. if you take a whiff, the fragrance notes are distinct and developing while you are taking it in. 2. the “otherworldly” feeling is real. the sparkles are akin to stars, the semi mineral notes combined with the semimetallic notes feels cool and sort of ethereal. this feels like if the aliens wear fragrance maybe they smell like this. this can evoke some special cosmic imagery. it diffuses a lot, this is one of those fragrances that sits in the elevator for a bit after you get off on your floor.

So its starts off smelling EXACTLY like soviet bandages , with a tiny hint of iodine ( unless my brain associated the 2 so much he just added the iodine note himself ) . Very sterile, very hospital smell. Absolutely agreed with the other comment that said it resembles Inexcusable Evil by Toskovat but without the blood/iron note. Withing 1 to 2 hours it turns smoother, and now resembles more a Cosmo magazine , the 2000s ones where you would get a perfume sample to rub 😅. It's much smoother and i kinda start to get a very delicate suede and ( i dont know why ) but I also get a creamy light white floral, like a night blooming jasmine. I do not get anywhere near the strong leather note or " new car " everyone talks about . The dry down is more of the creamy delicate suede. And its so so feminine and beautiful. Absolutely unisex and absolutely adore it. BUT i dont get the same performance as others do. Its long lasting but the sillage is pretty moderate and on the verge of mediocre . Still a masterpiece plus a GORGEOUS bottle. Do not blind if you're not open to weird extreme scents.

It’s like a spa scent—imagine a hot mineral healing onsen bath, but cool and refreshing in the air. There’s a hint of light floral tea with a very subtle touch of premium leather. After about an hour, a soft, airy floral tea presents more. It carries the aura of a luxury retreat, or evoking the laid‐back vibe of a mountainous japanese onsen resort with crisp, cool air. It smells refined and expensive, yet perfectly suited for a minimalist, linen‐wearing, relaxed lifestyle. I use this fragrance often when running in the park or going to the gym because it feels mysterious and elegant yet pleasant to my olfactory sense. My sweat actually enhances it, making the scent even better. I’ve also noticed people in my gym or in the park catching the whiff of the fragrance, they close their eyes and enjoy it lol. I wore it once to the beach, and honestly, the hotter it gets, the more beautifully it diffuses in the air. Even after swimming in the ocean, it clung to my skin with an added salty, beachy nuance. I love this fragrance; it embodies a casual chic lifestyle that I enjoy. 😍

My first 'serious' perfume. Blind bought a 30mL bottle secondhand with og receipt (I'm no coward). The first thing I smelled was sweet, dark mandarin, less grassy and citrusy like the fruit and more like mandarin juice, in extreme but somehow harmonic contrast with the sharp, sparkly mineralic notes. That weird tension carries the whole way through the fragrance. The leather, which I usually think of as a grounding smell, is buoyed by an airy, ozonic quality. A steady iodine note complicates the mandarin and wood so that seven hours after applying, I'm getting this almost antiseptic afterglow. The result is something luxurious, taut and extremely formal. I'll need a nicer haircut if I'm going to wear this with any sort of regularity, and I don't think it's office friendly, but it is very wearable. Edit: Lifting this from 'like' to 'love'. We're becoming accustomed. I count myself lucky that it seems to work really well on my skin, too. Beautiful opening, slow, narrative evolution over the day. This perfume is the spoils.

I’ve been curious to try both this and Tilia and my Ganymede 10 ml decant just came in today. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect and—for me— the opening pulled too dry, bitter , pungent, and masculine..... I believe it was the saffron and patchouli that damn near punched me in the nose. I didn’t dislike it but I quickly filed it away in my mind as something to give to my husband, but then the magic happened in the dry down and though it still smelled a bit masculine, it was unique and captivating in a way that had me repeatedly sniffing my wrist and trying to catch all of the complexities that made this composition. I think this is a masc leaning unisex that will attract those who like unconventional scents. Edit: Nevermind this is perfectly unisex for the majority of wear and has an addictive mineral accord that keeps you sniffing your wrist! This is kinda close to what I had imagined House of Bō’s Casa Blanca was going to smell like, but it was too masculine and nowhere near as complex. I love this!!

So i've heard about Ganymede and been aware of its status in the game since it came out, always been eager to try it out for myself to discover what the fuss is all about. Until i did. Which was followed buy a full bottle purchase shortly after. On my skin, this is mainly a mineralic floral scent, in which, particularly the osmanthus note is perceived generously along with saffron, mineralic/metallic notes and a leather note that is tamed by the metallic feel, making the leather feel light somehow. A very airy scent, with its magic hidden in the trail it leaves. Oils are synthetic, but in a very high quality way. I understand the magazine smell comparisons. Ganymede has, nevertheless, captivated me ever since i smelled it, becoming an instant favourite, and it has gotten me many random compliments. A female coworker threatened to cling to my neck if i wore it again in the office. Great versatility, signature scent worthy. Not for everyone, but those who understand, will love this creation.

I decided to do something stupid and ordered a 100ml bottle of this completely blind, thinking the reviews gave me a good idea of what it smells like. Well yes and no, it's absolutely as bizarre as everyone says, but no words could do it justice. It's a massive cloud of WTF. It's an airy, ozonic thing not unlike a new car's smell, only richer, sweeter and deeper. It's very light but it has MASSIVE projection. It's not just a clean scent, it's downright sterile. Scratch that, this must be what a brand new luxury alien spaceship smells like, but it's not austere, it has a warmth in the base that actually reminds me of tea of all things. It's like a hologram of a warm blanket. It's wonderfully weird and intoxicating. The aliens know their sh*t. I may be stupid but I'm definitely happy with my purchase. This is beyond incredible. Performance is also completely off the charts.

Current moment still having this fragrance, when I smelled it at first like 2 years ago I was very confused, I didn't understand, just was feeling the taste of that hospital and medicine, after first time spraying and wearing I started noticing metal notes with saffron and pepper that sounded really great and that day I got a really good sillage that got a lot of compliments, and got really good long lasting fragrance for 12h+. After that moment of wearing that was my signature scent. That kinda smelled fr like space, something really futuristic and different because of metallic notes. IT WAS ELEGANT. But after year i fed up with that, not that much, but also 100ml of that bottle is really ENOUGH, now nothing addicts that much like I wore it at first, but like every perfume it will aways be nostalgia...

Extremely interesting perfume. For some reason it takes me to an expensive spa, where everything smells clean, slighty salty (guess it comes from the mineral notes), delicate, frigid cold, and elegant. It also has a nostalgic effect on me, like visiting a cool resort on holiday with my parents when I was younger and appreciating even the smell of the lobby. As nonchalant as a fragance can be, truly cold. Also, this has extremely good projection, but it can give a swimming pool vibe some people, more like when you're standing right outside of an indoor pool... but hey if you like, you like it, and I like it very much. It is not for everyone and not everyone around you will appreciate it, so I could completely understand someone hating on this. Just an extremely well crafted art piece.

Ganymede grew on me with each wear, day by day. The opening has that kind of warm/waxy saffron, background citrus, cool/crisp qualities from the violet leaf, and lots of suede to cut through all of it. It's immediately intriguing and unique. The mineral/salty undertones give it a futuristic quality: imagine polished materials being handled by skilled hands in a world that has moved past us- a shoe-shiner in year 2,100. The dry-down allows some more immortelle to poke through, the suede becomes slightly more subtle, and the violet leaf persists. It's incredibly masculine to me, it is perhaps the most modern fougere I have ever smelled. It is both unusual yet attractive. Incredible fragrance, one of my favorites! This one clicked right away. First spray and it just worked on my skin. Clean, airy, a little mineral, but with a soft touch of sweetness that keeps it from feeling too sharp. It came together in a way that felt really natural. My wife and I both had the same reaction almost immediately—it just felt right. That kind of instant connection doesn’t happen often. It’s definitely not your typical fragrance. A bit abstract and modern, but in a way that feels elevated and intentional. It’s not loud, but it gets noticed. There’s that “what is that?” reaction without it trying too hard. That said, I can see this not translating well on everyone. It’s one you really need to try on skin. But if it works for you, it really works. Easy to wear, unique, and surprisingly addictive.

I saw many people say Bois Imperial was essentially the same was Ganymede. So I didn’t make an effort to try Ganymede until this weekend when I went to the new MAB store in NYC. I was surprised to discover how much l love Ganymede. I have had Bois Imperial for a while now and while it’s vaguely similar it’s hallow, herbal and has far more ambroxan. Ganymede has a fresh yet warm spicy scent with touches of leather and at times hints of gasoline (but it’s never heavy). The mandarin is also very apparent. It does smell quality with no cheap amber wood backbone. People hate hype and will say a lot of crazy things like some of the reviews below. This deserves its hype. You’ll still smell unique yet great to most people.

Last year I tested this perfume for the first time and I didn't like it then, but this year I decided to give it a second chance and bought a decanter, my opinion changed, I suddenly loved it a lot, I tested it a lot, I wore it most often at work, since I work in a mining company, the smells of heavy industry and dust in the air are not the ideal scent. 🫠Wearing it at work, I really got a handful of compliments from my colleagues, I realized that this perfume creation breaks up the smells of heavy industry in the air and even for a moment gives the feeling as if we are in a clean room where we feel carefree... The projection is excellent, on my skin it lasts about 10 hours, every recommendation for the perfume.💪😎

This was an immediate love, and after a few wearings I can say I adore it. It smells distant and interesting, different from anything I had smelled before. When I first smelled it, I imagined a 40-year-old aloof Italian man in an elegant shirt with brown curls, married to a woman ten years older than him who is a writer, while he works at a university. That was my first impression. But after a few days, I began to notice the smells of the lab: medicine, gloves, needles, and it didn’t repel me. Instead, it reminded me of a time when I had to go through a medical procedure that was filled with excitement and hope. That’s when I truly understood how strongly scent is connected to memory.

This one is an experience to wear. At first it reminded me very strongly of the smell of opening a brand new laptop, or taking a graphics card out of its anti-static bag, or smelling the vent of a Stem Deck -- the smell of electronics and circuit boards. Later it had morphed into this sort of tangy sweet smell that smelled fruity, but not any fruit you've ever heard of, a mysterious alien fruit from another planet. Finally, 11 hours later it was still there, but at that point it smelled very different, like minerally wintergreen. The projection and sillage is very strong. My wife came into the house and could immediately smell me from a room away. Luckily she liked the way it smelled.

When I first sprayed this, I loved it. It reminded me of TdH in all the best ways, with that minerality and spice. But then I got this cumin/vegetable note that I found offputting. Thankfully it faded after about 15 minutes. What's interesting is that on my second and third time trying this, I don't get that cumin smell at all. If you can explain that, let me know. On drydown, it's entirely pleasant, but I struggle to really explain what it smells like. Maybe a bit boozy, like cognac, with honey, hay, and wet rocks... it's not the mineral bomb I had hoped for, but it's very nice in its own right. By the third time wearing this, I changed my vote from Like to Love.

Ganymede is an all-time masterpiece. This was one fragrance that made me audible gasp when I smelled it. I was stunned by its uniqueness. This is an unbelievable creation. I totally disagree with the person that says this is linear; this is one of the most oscillating and versatile fragrances I've ever smelled. Depending on the weather, some days I get the floral facets, sometimes the Mandarin, always that beautiful soft suede note, and in really cold weather it turns into this cozy maple-y scent. And the performance is out of this world, in silage, projection, and longevity. If I could only own one fragrance, this would be it.

I love it so "I could drink it while sitting in a bathtub filled with it" kinda much. For me, it's a spaceship cruising through the cold vastness of space somewhere in a faraway galaxy. Clean silvery cabin with cold white lights. And you see distant stars, planets or even whole galaxies in the dark distance through the the window of the airlock. I hated it on the first try but actually grew fond of it rather soon, so yeah, it might be polarising. And it's definitely one of the most unique fragrances I've tried so far. Also one of a very few that actually make me picture a whole image or scenario upon smelling it.

I discovered Ganymede in 2019, and after one spray I couldn’t stop smelling my arm. I didn’t buy it that day, but even after showering, the scent was still there. I went back the next morning, bought a bottle, and it’s been my signature fragrance ever since. To me, Ganymede smells like luxury and the future. I imagine it’s what the inside of a spaceship would smell like clean, metallic, and incredibly sophisticated. This is definitely not a fragrance for everyone! Creating something this unique, this futuristic, and this captivating takes incredible talent. Ganymede isn’t just a perfume, it’s an experience.

Ganymede is one of the few fragrances that immediately made me picture something instead of just thinking “this smells good.” It smells futuristic to me. Cold minerals, metal, leather and this slight haze that weirdly reminds me of fog machine smoke. There’s something about it that reminds me of camera gear after being out shooting all night. Clean leather, metal, synthetic materials and cool air. It almost smells like the camera itself rather than the rave. Very strange, very clean, and somehow easy to wear. Probably the closest fragrance I’ve found to what I imagine sci-fi would smell like.

This one feels quietly coded. In my experience, it tends to appeal to masculine, well-groomed men who enjoy a polished, intelligent presence rather than loud attention. There is a certain sophistication here that reads more formal than casual. It works beautifully at night and with tailored clothing such as suits or tuxedos, but feels slightly out of place with relaxed, everyday wear or in bright daylight. Definitely not for all tastes. This is the type of fragrance you have to try yourself. You will either really appreciate it or strongly dislike it. One of my all-time favourites.

The best and most unique clean fragrance PERIOD! Long lasting with a lot of character and different layers throughout the whole wear. Highly polarizing, if you like it, it will be your go-to daily, when you wanna smell clean and sophisticated. To me, it smells like a highly sterilized dental ordination combined with the woody, powdery, leathery accords. Truly a niche perfume. PS: I would recommend spraying it on the arms and back of the neck since it's prone to causing olfactory fatigue. Sometimes people would ask me what I'm wearing, even though I couldn't smell it on myself.

If you don’t like Ganymede, spray it on something then smell it the next day. It smells far better when it calms down. Up front it’s a bit strong but it mellows quite nicely. Easy to understand the hate though. The opening definitely has that strong freshly printed magazine ink smell and it's way too strong. You can't tell if it's ink or suede though. It smells like both. I could honestly do without so much of that note but it eventually settles down after an hour and turns into something very ethereal and it bit weird which I like. Reminds me of my childhood doctor's office.

It's like taking a hike on a carbon made mountain, while smelling android flowers. Stardust breeze is cooling you off from the heat of some big star named B123ae and you pick up some strange grayish light blue citrus fruit to satisfy your thirst from this long intergalactic voyage. Ganymede smells so familiarly fresh, yet so out of this world. It's a strange, strong, fresh fragrance that can't really be compared to anything we have smelt. This fragrance is for the curious ones. You may not like it, but It's definitely worth a try.

When I first smelled it, I didn't like it very much, but when I bought a 3ml decant and tried it, I started to like the scent, and after receiving compliments from those around me, I bought a bottle. Its longevity and sillage are incredible. As I approach my perfume cabinet, this is the first scent I notice. It can be worn in any season; 3 to 4 sprays are sufficient. In fact, 2 sprays are more reasonable in summer. Overall, its sillage and longevity are top-notch, making it perfect for elegant settings. 10/10

alt note: the sparkle of the only star that will never be within a constellation. the feeling of somehow breathing in the vacuum of space. laying down on the moon and becoming one with it. the cold liquid from inside an asteroid down your throat. crystals growing from your soul and cracking through your veins. silver blood and tears of stardust. the universe itself loving you until it decides to consume your existence. the void's ultimate melancholia. a silvery, translucent state of vertigo.

Banger! Very unique, smells luxurious, expensive, niche.Not ur typical fragrance, very high quality. Smells like u putted ur nose on a very high quality metal if it does make sense and on the metal there was putted alot of sugar and spices. Sillage, longevity, performance is also great, very versatile can wear any time any where. Overall really high quality fragrance i just wish it wasnt that expensive. Mine is 30+-ml left dont know should i buy it again or nah. Good luck 🤞

I've been inhaling this like a drug ever since I got my hands on a sample. To me the strongest association is with every-day scents like a new magazine or a suede boot rather than any celestial bodies or spongebob chrome worlds (although I do love this description haha). Ganymede does also evoke a sense of place though, maybe a hospital due to the hints of dry blood or disinfectant, which I personally don't mind surprisingly. Might be forced to splurge on FB

This is my signature scent. It really did change my understanding of what fragrance could be. I’ve tried to understand the reactions of other people who consider this cold, sterile, or otherworldly. To me, this is standing in the middle of a hayfield in late summer while bales dry around you and irrigation water seeps into the ground, creating a petrichor note in the southern heat. It is a core sent memory for me and I wear this every chance I get.

I don’t know why people bother comparing this to bois imperial. They haven’t obviously had experience with both fragrances - most likely strip mall critics. They are completely different scents, each one worth of your money. So, don’t trust the keyboard warriors of the “sweaty” bois imperial. Just try it yourself. About being polarizing, it’s obviously not your typical designer fragrance, but I only got compliments from wearing it.

I'm going to keep it short. Ganymede is phenomenal. There is nothing like it. B683 comes closest, but doesn't touch this at the same time. If you dislike it, you'll hate it. If you like it, you'll love it. Divisive, not safe for a blind buy. Get a sample, try it. If it's for you, you'll know it quickly. Nothing short of a masterpiece. Lasts forever, sillage and projection are enormous. Amazing atomizer. 10/10.

Super unique fragrance with great performance. It opens up with a bittersweet earthiness from the saffron then you get touches of sweet citrus and some beautiful florals sorta creamy and dry/dusty that work really well together and a metallic , cold and sharp vibe with a smooth suede and woody base. It smells how it feels to lick a battery lol . The florals are really popping out on a warm spring day. Lovely

If you want to smell like a visitor from another, better planet, then buy this fragrance. Don’t delude yourself into thinking that a cheap copy from an Arabic market stall will be exactly the same. This scent has depth, it has class, there’s an actual story told here—not the flat bottom of a cheap Egyptian swimming pool. It’s an otherworldly fragrance that is an absolute must-have in your collection. Period.

I regret buying a sample of this because now that I've experienced it I will long for it for the rest of my life. Oh, Ganymede. I think the day I finally buy myself a full bottle, I'll be more fulfilled than the day I sign the deed to my home. I love this scent so much. It smells like licking the glass of an old TV and getting the static all up in your nose and mouth. Which WE all have done, of course.

A masterpiece in perfumery. If this had been around years ago then The Grand Budapest Hotel would not have smelled of L'Air de Panache. M.Gustave would have been dousing himself in this. “ You see, there are still faint glimmers of civilization left in this barbaric slaughterhouse that was once known as humanity. Indeed that's what we provide in our own modest, humble, insignificant... oh, fuck it.”

There's something brilliant and confusing about this scent. Sometimes, I get an unshakeable gasoline accord beneath the notes and it's oddly beautiful. I think it's something about the minerality mixed with the saffron and akigalawood.... whatever it is, this fragrance takes me by surprise every time I smell it. It's one of the only fragrances I own that I don't layer with other fragrances.

I was really excited to try this along with Bois Imperial. I don’t really find them similar at all. Bois smells like shaving cream to me and therefore more masculine. Ganymede is smooth and has depth and complexity. Gender neutral. I do get the otherworldly and magazine pages smell—love that. I can see why ppl find it sterile or hospital-like, but it doesn’t feel like that for me. Will buy!

I've definitely not smelled anything like this. It's not a daily wear kind of fragrance, it's a little too intense. There's an interesting gasoline smell i get in the dry-down, but not in a bad or super obvious way (i think it's the suede and the mineral notes). It's impressive, but i don't think I will go through this bottle very fast because I need to be in the right mood for it.

I’ll say it again, Quentin Bisch should just give me his bank account number so I can deposit my money directly into it. The leather and saffron on my skin are amplified and turn beast mode. I layer this with Tilia and I kid you not, I have benn grabbed and stopped to ask what I am wearing. This is a double S...sensual and sexy. Wear it with caution. You have been warned!

You know that scene at the end of Pulp Fiction when Jules finally opens the suitcase and reveals the glowing golden something inside? It's a bottle of Ganymede. This may very well be the best thing I've ever smelled. It's so smooth, balanced, blended, intoxicating. I don't know if I've ever wanted a FB of something so badly. I want to smell like this forever.

I think my fragrance journey will stop here with this one, there's just nothing else that smells like it. Whenever I'm looking at other scents I find myself thinking about this one, which is criminal since I cannot find a single seller for this one. The most otherworldly scent there is, very divisive, you just need to be a freak to pull this one off.

I don’t really know how to describe this fragrance, I just know that I like it. To me, it’s kind of like a sweet/watery/metallic smell that dries down beautifully into a slightly sweet leather smell. My most out-there perfume in my collection for sure. It’s hard to say when it’s ideal to wear this, but you could probably wear it year round.

Have had this beautiful creation since it came out in 2019, and have always been fascinated by the descriptions of it, even more than the fragrance itself. This is the smell of a freshly printed fashion magazine where you’ve just spilled some of that sweet orange juice you were sipping whilst reading it, but in the best way possible. 📖🍊

I live in Iran, and I truly love this fragrance, but sadly it's become far too expensive for me because of the dramatic difference between the Iranian Rial and the US dollar (or the euro). Unfortunately, this isn't just the case with this perfume—it's the harsh reality for almost all fragrances and countless other products in Iran.
