Tilia

Blindbought this as a 110kg gym bro and I’m beginning to feel like it might have been a mistake (I seriously dislike the other three from the brand, plus the official review claims it’s feminine). I’ll be back and edit this comment after testing, may I have a thumbs up warmup? .edit OK I got it. What worried me a lot was when I sprayed it was a horrible blast of the cheapest rubbing alcohol you could imagine, immediately and for the first at least 30 seconds. I imagine this isn't top heavy (even though this also happens to a lot of citrus). If you let it settle the fun begins. The first thing I immediately smell is soap - but hold your horses. I remember 85% of this smell exactly the same as a Bath and Body works soap I once had, opened a timeline window in my brain instantly but when I smell it a bit longer and ask my wife for opinion I start to get why. My wife, not knowing this soap, pretty accurately said 'smells of a clean and soft jasmine and orange'. I don't get the orange, but neroli - oh yeah so, in my opinion, most of this perfume is a natural, expensive jasmine and neroli soap. I do get some sunscreen vibe, there’s a chance there’s monoï here. Moving on, I get the linden blossom but to my nose it's not the main note - I stick with jasmine and neroli soap for that. The linden reminds me of a candy you can get in Poland - there's a brand called Verbena that does 'healthy' candy with different herbs, flowers etc and it smells exactly like the linden candy tastes. The vetiver and ambroxan give it a juicy, aromatic, and slightly metallic feel in the base. My wife mentions baby powder and I do get the powderyness, can't really say that it is in fact the baby powder or any other powder. There is a slight almond heliotropine vibe but both the almond and powder are rather as a backbone, a structural note than a focal point of the fragrance. Overall it is sweetened, but not really sweet. Altogether it does make a yellow pollen vibe, but it's not honeyed, it's not sugary. .edit2 the longer I test it the more I think there’s actually monoï here, ylang ylang, frangipani, mimosa, maybe even a bit of tuberose. I’m also not 100% sure, but I wouldn’t be surprised for Osmanthus and litsea cubeba It does smell of linden blossom to someone who doesn't deconstruct. When you do, as I said before. Can this be worn as a man? Sure, ain't nobody telling a big dog like me what I can, and cannot do. Should it be, is a different pair of shoes. Tilia stays with me, but it's absolutely not blind buy worthy for a man. I imagine a man wearing it in a high heat, 25C+, maybe even wearing white flax shirt. Beach, city centre, all OK but overall? It might lean feminine. My wife exact words were 'I'm gonna be sneaking up on this bottle and use it, too' . Performance? I don't know. Smells strong on my hand but I can't feel it around myself but the exact same thing happens to me with Bergamask soooo... I'll update on that when I get some feedback from others around me. Would I guess blindly that this is Marc Antoine Barrois? No, as I hate the previous releases, they all smell of a dentist's office in the base to me. That's a little bit too strong for ELdO, a little bit too loud, bold, and maybe slightly synthetic for Chanel feminine jasmine release. Wouldn't be surprised somebody told me it's Xerjoff, but I also wound't make a guess like that. I do get some aspects of the previously mentioned but also some Guerlain vibes, some Profumum Roma, maybe even BDK. A feminine Amouage release also does sound OK-ish. To be honest, MAB and Quentin Bisch wouldn't even cross my mind.

As a child, growing up in Kentucky, my family had a large towering tree that lived in our backyard. It was my sanctuary. I used to use the tree as many settings for my imagination. I can still remember the smell of the leaves that danced in the wind of a cool summer day. That smell embodies most of my childhood. Fast forward to the release of Marc Antoine Barrois Tilia and that scent memory is awoken from my childhood memories. Tilia is Barrois sixth fragrance in his collection perfumed by Quentin Bisch and the fourth original after releasing the extrait of Ganymede and B683. With this release, the leather undertones that made up his previous fragrances are left behind and a focus on floral are brought to life, but the focus isn't your typical floral but that of linden or Lime tree as it is most commonly referred to. The Lime Tree gives off a honeyed citrus smell that is similar to a lime's peel. It's sweet, but invigorating and calming at the same time. The smell is encapsulated beautifully in this fragrance and supported with the notes of vetiver, heliotrope, and Ambrofix which is a proprietary note used by Givaudan, the company in which Bisch perfumes for. After testing this fragrance in the heat, cooler climate, and normal settings, it is undoubtedly an unexpected beast. My first wearing was five sprays which overwhelmed me and even two sprays left a strong presence. It is remarkably sweet, but not overbearing. It's a calm scent, with a big presence. After nine hours of wear Tilia was still alive on skin. It acts linear, but you do get moments when the vetiver slips out, if only subtly to give the fragrance just hint of spice. I adore this fragrance. It is sexy and masculine, but unisex where a female could easy pull this off. Great for all seasons and Signature Scent worthy. Another stellar release from Marc Antoine Barrois and magnificent creation from Quentin Bisch. It's a lovely reminder of a childhood now lost, but a scent memory forever captured. Stay Scent'd.

At this point in my relationship with perfumes, it takes a lot to surprise me; to wow me. And when it happens, I get pleasantly surprised. Love at first sniff may happen, but being bowled? Now that’s a rarity. I’m so glad Tilia did that for me. I sniffed it at a shop in Amsterdam, and now it will always be the smell I associate with my holiday there. The linden blossom is the true star here, working overtime till the dry-down even though its job description requires it to stay only fleetingly as a top note. The opening is crisp and citrusy, almost like a wake up call to your senses - like those Thai inhalers I use to help me breathe better before my heavy lifts at the gym. One quick sniff and you feel immediately better. Uplifted. Then as it starts settling down, the notes blend harmoniously to form a scent cloud that’s almost abstract in its nature. The orange blossom comes through just to back up the lime blossom - singing in the background. I don’t know what georgywood is supposed to smell like - apparently it’s woody and amber like - but here I’m assuming that’s what gives it the warmth. Because Tilia does the impossible of staying fresh and crisp and warm at the same time. Longevity is exceptional. As is the silage. My husband sprayed one spray on the back of his palm the first day he tried it and much later in the night (after washing his hand quite a few times) I could still smell it on him. Or maybe the scent was simply stuck to my nose. We went back and bought a full sized bottle the very next day and now I carry a tiny vial in my backpack. I wore it after my shower late in the afternoon and in the morning, my husband asked me if I’d just sprayed it because he could still smell it on me. Tilia will always be the smell of utter bliss for me. Pure sunshine and toothy smiles. Floral sundresses and tall glasses of lemonade. Brunches that last forever and conversations that never end. Ah, happiness.

I fell in love with it from the very first sniff. It's an absolute masterpiece. I avoided it for so long because I thought I didn't like yellow florals, and now I seriously regret it. Tilia is feminine, clean, soapy, floral, and incredibly sophisticated. The sweetness is perfectly balanced, and the fresh floral touch keeps everything light and effortless. At this point, I'm convinced it's not a coincidence that I love almost every Quentin Bisch fragrance. The man is a genius. This isn't the most unique scent I've ever smelled. It feels familiar and doesn't try too hard to be bold or complicated. Some people might find it a little synthetic, but I actually enjoy that clean, laundry-like vibe, so it works really well for me. I own a few fragrances in the same style, but Tilia feels like the most refined version of this clean, feminine DNA. It reminds me of the smell of freshly washed clothes with a high-end laundry detergent. It makes me think of a chic, confident woman wearing cream-colored linen outfits, layered delicate jewelry, and bracelets that softly jingle as she moves. Someone who enjoys slow evenings with friends, beautiful tables under the trees at sunset, and long, effortless conversations. The blend of linden blossom, jasmine, and honey gives it such a beautiful personality. It's neither overly innocent nor overly bold. Just clean, feminine, and quietly confident. If you love fragrances with understated elegance, Tilia is definitely worth trying. If Ganymede were a man in real life, he'd probably find a woman like Tilia incredibly attractive. 😂

Gorgeous summer scent. Sometimes yellow florals can be a bit much for me or too tropical smelling but this one is nothing like that. It’s Summery, ever so slightly sweet, a touch soapy for those that love a good “clean” note, the vetiver is there but not screeching at you. It’s so well blended. Solar with a pinch of salt, just lovely. Again as with the other MAB scents I’ve tried it has this quality of beast mode longevity without beast mode intensity. Quentin Bisch has mastered “soft beast mode,” if that makes sense. I can’t imagine any of the MAB frags I’ve tried being offensive to anyone. They’re all pleasant, comforting, and nostalgic, with major lasting power. This vibe is a relaxing lunch at a hillside winery with a garden full of jasmine nearby on a warm but not too hot day. I CANNOT WAIT to layer this with my Holy Grail scent Ganymede. Tilia immediately smelled familiar like a perfume I’d tried before but couldn’t place. Then it hit me, this is an excellent substitute for La Perla Possibilities if you’re like me and never got your hands on it before it was impossible to find and extremely expensive when you did. I find Tilia and Possibilities to be quite similar (based on memory, didn’t do a side by side test). Idk if I’d need a full bottle bc I like to wear a lot of different scents but I’d definitely consider a 30ml size once my decant is out. Beautiful, sophisticated, Summer stunner.

Summer in a bottle! Tried it out earlier this year at the Marc-Antoine Barrois store in London while I was on vacation because none of the stores carry this house where I live, and fell in love at first sniff! The employee was kind enough to give me a couple sample vials that I cherished until I finally gave in and got a full bottle! While I can't say that this is 100% linden blossoms, it is nonethless a gorgeous floral scent and the longevity is insane for a fragrance of its genre. Wore it to work a couple times and people were like wow it smells good in here. I don't know how to describe what I get, a yellow floral nuance that is at the same time quite fizzy but not in an aldehydic way? The jasmine adds to the fragrance but this isn't a jasmine fragrance, it's merely a supporting character. Couldn't tell you what broom smells like so perhaps that's where it's coming from? I will say that it is quite linear on me, with the opening and the deep drydown smelling pretty much the same- but I don't think that's a bad thing. Do give it a try if you can find a sample or live near a store that carries it. Also, this is very different from every other Marc-Antoine Barrois scent, very feminine and crowd pleasing, unlike Ganymede or Encelade which are both very niche smelling perfumes. I'd say that this is more akin to Quentin Bisch's own Valaya and Fleur Narcotique in terms of the vibes.

bare with me. the first five seconds are absolutely divine. i was genuinely speechless. then after that, it turns into a chemical smell i couldn’t place at first. then it hit me— if you’re black and have relaxed or texturised your hair before, you know what that tub smells like. that white pasty cream with the activator liquid. then moving my nose away a bit, i smell a very potent, sour powdered laundry detergent. then in about 30 minutes, it feels like i’m outside with my parents on a sunny day and i’m really happy. the next hour and beyond is the most loveliest, smoothest addicting smell i’ve put my nose on in a very long time. not even being dramatic but it smells like happiness. it’s incredibly nostalgic to me. it doesn’t even smell like a perfume, it’s an identity. someone very organised and pleasant. this is an amazing fragrance to make a great first impression. for a job interview, a conference or networking event, or even to meet your partner’s parents for the first time. the magic in this is movement —walking around the shopping centre or brunch with the girls, it’s so crystalline that the little whiff someone had will disappear and they’ll flip everything to find it again. i got my sample from buying a bottle of ganymede but it looks like i’ll be purchasing tilia next. what a wonderful fragrance. this will be my signature for the foreseeable future.

A gorgeous new scent from the guys who brought you GANYMEDE: TILIA is a beautiful Green/Floral/Musqué suggestive of early springtime. Subtle green and aquatic qualities introduce the floralcy: a ravishing, tart confluence of linden (limette/tilleul), mimosa and freesia, with phantom nuances of jasmine and possibly LOTV. Heliotrope and a clover-y "foin coupé" quality (the broom?) add a certain husky mystery to the yellow-white floralcy... very French in mood. Some transparent fruit is present in the middle development... perhaps a hint of green lime and litchi, as well as a subtle, barely articulated vanilla'd amber, all seated on a base of transparent musk and a womanly ambergris. The air so sweet, it makes you close your eyes" These words by Rimbaud, in their apparent simplicity, perfectly describe what this fragrance is: the term I would give it is ecstatic. Linden flowers’ aromahave refers to simple things, to passing by while walking and always being surprised by the smell of its flowers, by the heart shape of its leaves, and, for a moment, thinking about how beautiful nature is, thinking how beautiful the things are that we often take for granted. Tilia is a wonderful fragrance, with lime tree in all its parts, even the sweet and honeyed one, sustained by jasmine, heliotrope and woody notes that make it an elegant and delicate symphony. Stunning, to always wear, it never gets boring, just like the aroma of the lime tree flowers. Exceptional performances. It makes me go into ecstasy and causes a feeling of extreme well-being in me, just like Monet's “The Water Lilies”.

This one is a big YES for me. It’s a yellow-white floral mix that feels incredibly feminine, poised, and confident without trying too hard. Everything is so well blended, nothing sticks out in a weird way, and you can really tell this was made by someone who knows exactly what they’re doing. When I found out it was crafted by Quentin Bisch, it immediately made sense. This smells like a masterclass in florals done right. It’s intoxicating but not loud, elegant but still very wearable. What really impressed me is the performance. For a floral that feels light and airy, it lasts surprisingly well and holds up beautifully even in hot, tropical weather. The drydown turns slightly ambery, which gives it warmth and depth without making it heavy or cloying. It’s one of those perfumes that makes you feel put-together and confident the whole day. Honestly, this is the kind of floral that reminds you why you fell in love with perfumes in the first place.

Tilia is GORGEOUS!!! This is one of the happiest, most uplifting -- without being obnoxiously so -- scents I've ever come across!! I've been able to spend some quality time with this very charming gal via some generous samples and I am absolutely smitten by this bright, honeyed linden magic that lasts an incredibly long time! I put Tilia to some serious testing yesterday: I applied a sample of Francesca Bianchi's Byzantine Amber to my left arm, and Tilia on my right. Tilia stood strong against Bianchi's seriously heavy hitter, out-projecting B.A. Both lasted a crazy long time, and while they have nothing in common , it was fun to see how these two VERY different perfumes interacted on a playdate ;-) Tilia will be a must have for me come spring, and as someone else commented, the 30 ml should last ages as it is so powerful - but never overwhelming, just impeccably composed by the amazing Quentin Bisch!

There is something so simple, so beautiful, so poetic and calm about this scent... Almost romantic, but in a very unique way. First time I sniffed it, I got goosebumps. It evokes something I can't really describe, it's a feeling of calm and brightness, followed by a vivid imagery of grass and blossomed flowers in a lush garden, with ropes on which white shirts hang in the sun and move gently because of a slight breeze. I can't describe it any other way. It's one of those very rare perfumes that just transport you somewhere else instantly, somewhere dreamy, almost eden-like. I think it reminds me of my mom, although I am sure she never wore anything similar. I imagine that if she were to visit me in a dream, that's how her embrace would smell... I know it doesn't make any sense, but this perfume smells like melancholy...

This is a weird one. Got a sample of this and loved it. Linden blossom, honey - scent lingered all day. Bought a bottle in 2025 (US brand new) and it smelled sour and alcoholic and returned it. Got another bottle in Lisbon and while better than the first bottle it had a sour smell to it. Stored and forgot about. Its a year later and now it smells exactly like the original sample from 2024! I cant believe they would sell something not fully macerated and it would change that much in a year? Stored properly in a cool dark place with cap on tight. Anyway i hope it doesnt change again and stays how it is now! Its a great scent but based on the variance i would not blind buy and make sure your sample is going to be the same batch as the bottle you get. Its the strangest thing, still not sure what happened there.

At first, I found Tilia confusing. The opening to me is a strong blast of laundry detergent (so I get the synthetic vibe others have mentioned) with something irresistible underneath, like cotton candy grapes, or powdered sugar. I smell this sweet, powdery note especially strongly when I exhale after taking a sniff, which is a unique and addicting experience. Then the detergent smell wanes, and out comes the most lovely, natural clean scent. The heliotrope comes through even more strongly with its creamy goodness, without ever becoming overpowering. The dry down is bright and intimate and lovely, clean skin with a hint of wood and rice pudding, just delicious. I could sniff myself all day long. I've worn it a few times now and love it more each time. To me, Tilia smells like safety. Genuinely a masterpiece.

I received a sample of this a few days ago. The first time spraying it on I didn't think much either way of it. The next time I thought wow it is pretty. However, today I wore it again and fell in love. I was outside throwing the ball to my dogs. There was a nice warm summer breeze today that swirled the scent about and it was so lovely. I just wanted to keep smelling myself. I was able to notice a muskiness I had not before that added depth to the florals. There is some sweetness but not in a cloying or gourmand way. For myself I'd say the projection is moderate. It does make me think of warm summer days of my youth, sitting on a blanket on the grass basking in the sun. I even put more on tonight after my evening shower. Its so pleasant and calming. This is going on my wish list.

This is what Helen of Troy (Diane Kruger) would smell like. Golden goddess, sparkly and effervescent. Also Elle Woods energy, super friendly and joyful. The drydown reminds me of a sunny, gorgeous version of Lilyphea, but with actual fairy dust vibes. (I think Lilyphea smells more like a swampy mermaid) I can't place what flowers it smells like, but yellow flower sounds about right. In a more literal sense, I smell fruity gummies. Have you tried those fruity jello cup jellies in the Asian section, often packaged in cute animal containers? They're soft, watery, peachy, jello cups that smell like childhood to me. That's what this reminds me of. But also golden goddess vibes.

Tilia is an absolute gem in my collection of over 100 fragrances, and having owned many more in the past, I can confidently say it sits firmly among my personal favorites and top picks for every special occasion. The scent itself carries a refined elegance, vaguely reminiscent of Gucci Guilty Absolute’s depth and Amouage Reflection Man’s sophistication, yet it stands on its own as something truly special. Longevity and sillage are both top-notch—no complaints whatsoever in that department. Honestly, its rating should have been much higher given the quality, uniqueness, and performance it delivers. A fragrance I’m proud to wear and one that continues to impress every time.

So... 👒☀️ Tilia is honest. It feels like wearing a yellow sun hat in a lush summer garden. Tilia really does have that rare ability to feel like bottled sunshine. Also Tilia is like bottled sunshine to me. Since finding this, I feel no need to search any further; I’ve found my signature. Tilia is lovely. It captures the essence of having a wonderful time with friends. It's a beautiful way to simplify things just Tilia, no more searching, just enjoying the vibe. It sounds like you've found your signature. it stops being just a perfume and starts being a mood you can step into whenever you want. Just Tilia, more joy... "It is simply beautiful." 🔆

I’ve heard so much about this fragrance and finally got a decant. First spray I was like what the crap is this?!?!?! It wasn’t horrible but weird and underwhelming. About 30 mins later I’m walking around and smell the most amazing scent & just knew it couldn’t be the weird perfume from a few minutes ago - it sure was! Decided to wear it again after a shower & exfoliation & purchased immediately. This fragrance is unique in a wonderful way & I can’t stop obsessing over it. It kinda reminds me of God is a Woman fragrance by Ariana Grande (I think). Slightly sweet & fruity but clean & airy! Can’t wait to add my new bottle to the shelf!

Insanely insanely beautiful. It’s quickly becoming one of my most complimented perfumes. In the last two weeks I’ve had 6 people ask me what I’m wearing. I flew to Colorado yesterday for vacation and in the security line I was approached by two female TSA agents (got my heart pounding lol) and they asked me what perfume I was wearing so I showed them the bottle in my bag. They said they needed it! This stuff had them spellbound. Then tonight at dinner the waiter came over to ask me what I was wearing. Everyone loves this stuff and I can see why! It’s so unique and gorgeous. Quentin Bisch is absolutely genius. 10/10 fragrance

Love this a lot. It’s calming and nostalgic - but like you are nostalgic for a place or a memory that is not really yours. This feels like you’re the lady with a parasol in that Monet’s painting. It’s warm and creamy yellow floral not indolic on me at all, and in the background you have faint smell of fresh grass. It has good longevity and sillage - not really beastmode - but you get whiffs of it throughout the day - exactly as if you’re walking through grass near the linden trees and the spring breeze carries these scents to you. I’ve purchased 30ml bottle but might upgrade when this one is done.

As much as I am on fragrantica, I review very very little. I read other people's reviews and know that i am not that versed in being able to describe what I smell. But this has moved me to eant to say something. This is so incredibly 'pretty' and I am surprised that no one has compared this to A drop d'Issey. It smells like that even PRETTIER if that is possible. I love when a scent can be soft and still project, which i feel they both do. This Tilia is amazing in that it is a bit softer than the issey but still projects. Just a wonderful perfume.

Tilia is more complex than I had anticipated. I initially tested it in-store using a paper strip. I had a strong heliotrope lime blossom scent with solar vibe which was a bit unusual. Now I have a full bottle and am trying it on my skin. So love it now! It’s a delightful blend of lime blossom and vetiver with ambrofix. There’s no heliotrope scent (or a little bit) on my skin. Beautiful and arrogant floral scent. I put Tilia is over Ganymede and B683 Extrait because good versatility. Scent : 4.5/5 Longevity : 4/5 Projection : 4/5 Complexity : 4/5

I love this perfume, although it smells a little synthetic for me (not in a bad way). It's definitely worth it. On skin, I get that rich floral and slightly fruity scent (grapes), there's something chemical that you can smell but that smell is not bad at all. As a floral scent enjoyer, this is for sure a nice perfume to have and one of the best in terms of Sillage and longevity. You can smell it on yourself for 4- 5 hours without going back to sniffing, which is crazy for a floral scent. Worth the hype for sure. 9/10

Marc Antoine Barrois Tilia (2024) - powdery linden blossom - #quentinbisch created another hit on his hands with this beautiful floral musk creation. Starts with a combination of powdery Heliotrope and Linden blossom - lightly honeyed and lemon-like. Then the Jasmine elements of Linden blossom come into play. But the balance between the powder and fresh florals is magical. I also get a metallic yet salty smell coming from an amber like material and rooty facets from Vetiver on a base of white musk. Radiant.

Very picky when it comes to fragrances with yellow florals (they tend to lean too vintage or sunscreeny), but Tilia is a masterpiece. Smells like you're walking through a valley full of Linden trees while the sun is strong and the temperature is just right. It's beautiful, uplifting and nostalgic. Also one of the strongest perfumes in my entire collection... Easily lasts 12+ hours on skin and won't fade on clothes until you wash them. Perfect spring frag in my opinion, but it could work all year.

I fell in love with this fragrance from the very first moment I tried it. It’s truly the most beautiful scent I have ever experienced. If angels or fairies had a fragrance, I’m certain it would smell like this. It feels so magical and special that I’ve chosen it to be my wedding perfume. Even though it’s floral, it has incredible longevity and evolves beautifully throughout the day. In my opinion, it truly shines during the spring and summer months, when its character is at its absolute best.

Just WOW. Sunshine in a bottle. Flowers, honey and sun rays captured in the most pleasant way. Imagine late afternoon on a warm day in a flower garden with bees buzzing around. Nostalgic , but deffinetly not dated. It’s really long lasting, about the projection and silage, I’m not the right person to tell, because most of the supposed beast mode perfumes turn into skin scent on my skin pretty quickly. This review is on a sample but I’m buying full bottle right away. Definetly worth the money

Those who write, that it smells synthetic, haven’t been to Berlin in the end of June, when linden trees bloom all over the city. This is exactly how the city smells and I love Tilia for it. I told myself I don’t like floral perfumes, but this was love from the first sniff. Also my most complimented perfume so far. From both men and women. Also for me it lasts the whole day, don’t understand the comments about it being not long-lasting. My clothes smell like it also for the next few days.

This was a blind buy, and goodness I have never been so inlove with such a perfume. At first sniff, it was heavenly, airy, lovely. From top to base notes, it is a perfect sophisticated, womanly perfume. It radiates elegance, cleanliness, and happiness. I can't stop reaching out to this. I do hope I won't get noseblind or get tired of it since it is such a gorgeous scent. If you want to be THAT woman who is delicate and wants to radiate cleanliness, this is it.

The opening smelled like blackcurrant for me. And slowly the linden flower and honey came out. Similar to room freshener. After couple of hours, somehow the smell became very very similar to Essential Perfume: Bois Imperial. The only difference was Bois is more citrusy. Update: It's been two days and the smell is still there, wow this one lasts for eternity. It grew on me and feeling sorry for underestimated this one.

This fregrance is so bright and uplifting that makes my day! Very difficult to describe in detail but general one of the most unique and bright yellow perfumes I’ve ever smelled in my life! Clean, creamy, floral, luxurious, calming, ethereal. Instant mood changer, very good longevity and projection! Not a safe blind cause of the floral profile that might be a bit feminine for some but in my opinion perfectly unisex.

It's very interesting... very floral and perfumey. Ultra-feminine. Smells somewhat like a household cleanser, yet that's not a diss, necessarily. Very French. A very different kind of floral... not like the "usual suspects" of rose, jasmine, etc., but a curious yellow floral. Smells rather "historical" in an interesting way. It's very strong, nigh indelible, like a number of the MAB fragrances. Quite unique.

Tilia is all sweet, fresh, clean honeyed florals with a lovely note of lime from the linden blossom adding interest and keeping it from becoming an overly sweet floral bomb. A perfect spring day in a bottle. Lying in a field of wild flowers with the spring sun on your face and fat little honey bees buzzing between the flowers. The warm, rich smell of the earth and a drift of linden blossoms on the breeze.

Quentin Bisch's Tilia is a beautiful and nostalgic scent. It opens with a burst of yellow florals that evoke the warmth and sunshine of a Texas summer. The fragrance then settles into a lovely blend of honey and powdery heliotrope over a vetiver base. While it's a perfect scent for warmer weather, its charm makes it a year-round staple for me. This is a BEAST MODE fragrance that will last all day long.

My full Tilia bottle has finished almost 6 month ago. Last week before EID celebration I accidently found CPO dupe nearby. Right away i ordered. And today i recived.. i would say the CPO dupe almost identical 90to 95% to original Tilia. What a big save for me to wear daily... but we cant compared to the original one is the besy creation ever. And today i make a new bottle Original Tilia from MAB...

My favourite fragrance. Smells like sunshine and warm weather in a bottle, and a beautiful scent to carry into the beginning of Fall. This feels like a beautiful warm hug from your favourite person while they're holding freshly picked yellow flowers for you. It lasts all day on me and projects like crazy, especially when there is a slight breeze, it carries such a stunning scent around a room.

Just received a sample for this and ooh I’m in love with a fragrance for the first time since Ralph Lauren’s Glamorous.. this is very close to the beautiful smell of linden trees but has a whole bouquet of other fresh florals going on and it stays with you like a soft boost to your day to make you smile at how good life can be ❤️. I just need to save up to purchase a full bottle now !

Phenomenal perfume, women love it, men love to smell it, very aromatic. I’ve been told it smells like a really expensive soap that’s also sweet. Very natural floral scent with strong projection and performance. One of my favourite women’s perfume that I’ve smelled, someone said it’s one of those fragrances that are hard to hate and I must agree, never had someone dislike this.

“Tilia” is unisex, almost dead center but it is undoubtedly loved more by women but with that being said as tall masculine guy thats fit like myself. You can 100% pull this off, think of Prada L’homme with added yellow & white florals. Like what confident man wouldn’t want to smell like this in a linen white shirt in Mykonos or Amalfi coast in the summer?

I'm lucky enough to have a beautiful fiancée that wears this perfume as her signature. Very nostalgic in a way, feels like childhood summers in a bottle. Makes me think of a calm day on a flowery hill, the sun is shining and the birds are singing. One whiff of this and I'm instantly reminded of her golden hair and her floral sundress.

This is one of those scents that is very hard to hate. It's so fresh and smells like a flower garden that I find it strange when I read something bad. It has a satisfactory sillage for a perfume that is meant to be like a delicate flower. The price is good for this quality. I really don't find anything negative about Tilia.

Such a soft, gentle, and unique scent. Sweet yet airy, it's never heavy or overly sugary. Very feminine, sensual, and perfect for summer, it works beautifully for both day and night. It's hard to get bored of it, because it's simply addictive! I can definitely detect notes of linden, honey, and a hint of caraway seeds....

elegant, well balanced, reminds me of the perfumes women used to wear in the 80s and 90s without smelling "old", suitable for all ages, a serene Summer day in the nature, far (very far) from the messy/ nonsense fragrances that are advertised as "modern olfactory experience" lately, this is a real masterpiece to me.

It’s so ambiguous. Simple and ethereal yet such a beast. Realistic yet so synthetic linden. I use it in the hotel bathroom one morning, some of it lands on my cosmetic bag, and it just stay here for couple of days, still strong and noisy. Anyway I bought a full bottle & have no regrets.

This is just so warm, natural, and beautiful. It lasts for days on clothing and 12 hours on my skin. If you want to smell lovely, sunny, and feminine with no musk, woods, spice, or dank notes, get a decant and try it on your skin. It just lifts my spitits - true aroma therapy.
