Pyjama Lily is very soft, powdery and gentle. This could be worn by those who have office jobs or where it is not advisable to wear strong scents.It is very different due to the unusual lily that is the main note. The woody note is very prominent as well. Lovely. Edit I love this! I put just two sprays yesterday and woke up this morning and can smell a beautiful scent still!!! I have the large bottle bought from HSN. Newish. Remember with Miglin fragrances just one or two sprays is alllll you'll need as they are quality real perfumes. ;)

From Marilyn Miglin dot com: Top Notes: Lemon California and Mandarin Italian Mid Notes: Heliotrope, White Roses and Pyjama Lily Base Notes: Patchouli Indonesian and Vanilla Beans Shalimar came to mind after first applying with that lovely creamy lemon. ~swoon~ Pyjama Lily is sweeter than Shalimar but not sticky sweet. As time goes on, PL very much reminds me of Ciara. It's lovely, dreamy, and softly sexy. My bottle is a small dab-on that came in a set with several MM fragrances. Full bottle worthy, imo.

The opening strongly reminds me of original Shalimar before she was given a breast reduction.

If you like Chantilly you will probably like Pyjama Lily. There is a definite similarity. I found Pyjama Lily to be too strong for my taste. On me it smells like a mixture of lilies, spearmint gum and vanilla. Simply overwhelming for my nose. This was part of a 9 piece fragrance kit of Marilyn Miglin's fragrances in travel sizes.

Floral but not woody at all. Round,a little sweet, well blended and relaxing but too powdery for me(I'm not pewdery person). It's great for powdery person. Top: Lemon California and Mandarin Italian Mid: Heliotrope, white roses and pyjama lily Base: Patchouli Indonesian and vanilla beans

Nice fragrance, but it is so powdery, I can't distinguish the notes that well. I bought it because I got a good deal on it, but I would love if the lily was more of a standout. I will try this again soon to see how it develops in later spring.
