Restful

This has to be one of the best scents you can possibly find at this price point. It has the nuances and quality of le labo. Only downside is performance but for the price and size you could happily keep this in your bag and re apply through the day. I’m saying it again because £12 pounds for a 50 ml that smells like this is almost too good to be true. If you like these notes this is incredibly blind buy safe. the M&S apothecary range is a rare treat and I’d highly reccomend checking the creams and balms as well, I use their revive spf day cream and that is also amazing and smells really good. Well done M&S you are pushing out quality across the board it’s actually very refreshing to see.

Tested this at M&S and liked it that it's not strong and has rose. Bought it at 22.90 Did a full wear in the afternoon after the weaker morning scent is gone. Realizes this is rather familiar. It's spicy rose,. woody and incensey. I'm not sure if this exact dna can help me rebalance myself if I am sort of out of balance or out of sorts but it does come across as abit calming and soothing therapeutic. Restful is like a lightweight Fraiche flanker of Amouage Rose Incense, diluted and at the extreme drydown of it. Good for bedroom nights and schools and office and anywhere where you want a soft scent. I like it and may get a backup bottle to keep.

Absolutely lovely cedar and frankincense scent, with a hint of black pepper and rose. Calming, sophisticated, and a steal at this price point. Lasted round 6-7 hours on me, which isn't half bad for an M&S cheapie. The opening is strong on the frankincense with just a hint of rose. The long drydown leans more towards cedar. If you like spa-like smells, try this!

Woody, peppery, fresh spicy, I donno what to compare with, for my nose it smells unique and interesting, if I would smell it from someone else I would definitely ask what’s this fragrance. Trying in august 25 Celsius, sunny weather. Thinking about buying it. And actually I was expecting something like this from bottle with name “pink pepper” on the same shelf, but turned out “pink pepper” smells nothing like pepper at all. If you looking for pepper check out this guy Upd: bought that bottle and pretty glad. Perfect for that season change between summer and fall, and as a room sent as well. It’s a joy

It could smell like Rose 31, it is similar, but not entirely. I don't believe it's a dupe of it. Especially since, it does not have Rose 31's distinct cumin note. Restful, however smells very unique but at the same time familiar. To describe the profile of this scent, it is "A soft woody black pepper with hints of bright roses, grounded by a not-so-heavy but relaxing frankincense". Overall a very high quality and calming fragrance that is a tad bit masculine leaning. Marks & Spencer is a very underrated house imo.

This is an amazing rose 31 le labo dupe. It's lacking in the cumin notes and has pretty poor longevity, but it was on sale so literally £9 a bottle - amazing value. Settles down to a gorgeous rose scent. I would say it's a little bit more unisex than rose 31

I really wanted to like this perfume, but there's a note that isn't listed. I think it might be cumin, since that note can sometimes smell a bit sweaty. In this case, though, it smells like pussy to me. 😅

I was given this in a beautiful set... not my cup of tea at all. Definitely unisex but to me, leaning more masculine. Doesn’t last too long on, projection is also rather small. I left it in my husband’s stash. It’s not ugly at all, I just prefer much sweeter, typical feminine fragrances.
