Rose

I love the smell – a pure rose – but it's unfortunately an EDT. On the bright side, I can layer it with other rose perfumes to make the notes stronger.

This was at a thrift store and I asked to try it out. The employee said - "Sure! But it went off, so you probably won't like it." (Which is kind of odd to consider if he thought as much; and so why was it being sold? For the bottle perhaps?) Well, it wasn't "off", I think some people just dislike rose. This is very straightforward rose, though more...Englishified and less snappy/green as Perfumer's Workshop Tea Rose (if you're familiar). It's very pretty, but definitely more tame. It gives off a dignified feeling. Very classic, fresh, and smells like there's a subtle white floral accord behind the scenes somewhere...just a touch of something aside from rose. It's still a true soliflore for all intents and purposes.

I had this perfume and I used to like it a lot! It's very floral, fresh, spring-like, elegant and feminine. It lasts long enough. It's very similar to all-time-classic YSL Paris. It's like a lighter version of it. Very affordable, but not "cheap", ideal for spring, full of light and beauty. Wear this a sunny day at the city in April! Indeed, really lovely! Of course, I'll buy it again and I totally recomend it!

Perfect for days when I feel like wearing something simple. M&S's Rose is fresh, sweet and feminine. I love it!

I have it, it's my second bottle. Wear this perfume in summer time, feel like walking in Hyde park. Like it.

To me, this is a photorealistic rose scent. Like a fresh bouquet of roses just spritzed with water, dew still on the leaves. I like it but it's also pretty one-dimensional and frankly, quite boring. I use it once in a while when I remember it's in my collection, but other than that I sometimes forget it exists. Not to say I don't like it though! I actually loved it at first, but after a while it does get old. It's inoffensive, feminine, and fresh. Perfect for a walk in the park or a pick-me-up work fragrance.

Straight, simple, natural smelling, unmistakably feminine, timelessly classic, fit for all ages, lovely, this fragrance is PURE DELIGHT! The best light English Tea Rose ever. It's so non-offensive, baby soft, I can't think of anyone who won't like this scent.

It is so green like a fresh cut grass, nothing to do with lovely rose smell!

It was a nice soliflore scent but it gets boring after awhile
