Rosie for Autograph

I am sampling this at the moment, and I have to say that I really like it. I have tested out the longevity, and it lasts me 8+ hours, so I think this ill be a FB for me. I find it very rosy and musky/woody, something that I love. Reminds me at the moment of Bvlgari Rose Essential, not exactly the same but just the same vibe. EDITED TO ADD: 1 week later and I bought a FB, this is a beautiful fragrance, its rosy musk, and then it has beautiful sandal wood in the mix. It still reminds me of Bvlgari Rose Essential, not identicle, and I think I prefer this....it lasts a long time too, much longer than BRE. The bottle is gorgeous too, quite similar to Jean Patou Joy bottle....heavy and elegant. Its well worth the money, I love Bvlgari Rose essential but the fragrance is fleeting, this is 95% like it to me, but I get to enjoy it for my whole working day without having to re-apply.....oh and of course it costs a fraction of Bvlgari RE...

ROSIE deserves more love, because it is very well-made, natural and very well-thought, love both package/bottle and scent itself. Silky, dewy, tender breeze of French roses and magnolia-trees, spiced by pink pepper - very romantic and fresh. Nice woody base, mainly sandalwood and vanilla, creamy by texture. It suits to long hair, smart sunny dresses, youth of the heart. I do love all "roses" of Autograph (Rosie Nuit, which is strong on black-currant leaf, Summer Rose which is so natural and deep) and think they are hugely under appreciated. The perfumer of Rosie is Ralf Schwieger, who created Lipstick Rose, he knows his roses and did fantastic job for Rosie Huntington-Whitley. It is pampering beautiful composition, great for spring time. Lasting power is around 8 hours easily.

Very lovely and feminine perfume. I agree with review below that it smells like luxurious body lotion or cream. I bought 30 ml bottle, looks very elegant :) Rosie for Autograph is woody musky rose, definitely not synthetic smell and lasts about 6-7 hours on my skin. Beautiful everyday scent, now I want to add also Rosie for Autograph Rose Summer to my collection, as I like it a lot.

In my opinion, this is an easy to wear natural rose. I tested this on my skin before purchase and walked around the store for a while before deciding to purchase this. It's never a good idea to simply sniff the top of the bottle. I'm glad I purchased this as I've been complimented on it - something that rarely happens with my other perfumes.

Lush red roses complemented by white florals, founded on a base of creamy sandalwood and topped off with fizzy lemon. Rich, elegant, and criminally underrated.

So like Burberry Woman/Classic. Lovely soft scent & lasts longer than Burberry. Fab price for a nicely done fragrance, glad I bought

This smells like a luxurious body lotion. Very feminine and clean-smelling.

Given my past experience with M&S fragrances, I didn't hold out high hopes for Rosie for Autograph. I was pleasantly surprised to be wrong! I think it's actually really pleasant, although admittedly not earth-shattering. I bought a 30ml FB and keep it on my desk at work, which is kind of the perfect place to wear it. Light, inoffensive and pretty, with not so much sillage that you're going to make your colleagues gag (I'm looking at you Black Orchid!). I often get compliments on it several hours later though so its longevity is pretty decent. It's a huge whack of rose but tempered by the jasmine and pepper so that it stays light and youthful - never veering into powdery or sugary. I paid about £14 for my bottle which I think makes it the cheapest perfume I've ever bought and liked, apart from maybe Tommy Girl. Put aside your prejudices (as I did) and I think most will be presently surprised.

Reminds me of 50's Hollywood, it has a vintage, retro vibe to it. Smells very nice, especially during the winter, and I can almost always sense the jasmine and magnolia.

I like it but it's so faint it's kind of pointless. I can smell Rose and woodsy notes, but very blended and airy. It's like a pink floral version of Dolce.

Was browsing perfumes in Marks' today and instantly knew, upon seeing the display stand for Rosie for Autograph, that it was going to smell like 'that', ie. (for all the hype) a disappointing, bland 'pink floral' melange. A brief sniff from the bottle confirmed my intuition and was also very brashly synthetic to the point that it caught in the back of my throat. I moved swiftly on to better offerings.

It's a nice safe perfume. Smells like all the others you can buy today. Zero character, very boring. This is an inbetween phase fragrance, definitely not signature scent material. This is what all the very young girls are wearing and i would not call this a complex scent.

Sounds amazing from the description but i was highly disappointed! It lacks quality and has a more white rose note rather than the centafolia rose that i expected. I mean it was so bad from the bottle that i couldn't bear to spray it on.

I have Hundreds of fragrances, & I love to spray & enjoy them. I am no expert in reviewing things.. All I know is, I acquired this at a yard sale, (I always ask if they have any perfume,) & I just love this so much! Fabulous.

Woody-musky-vanillic rose. A cheaper clone of Burberry Body, to my nose. Is it just a weird "coincidence" that Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is the face for the Burberry fragrance as well?

Amazing perfume, long discontinued. However, I blind bought DKNY’s 24/7 and it is exactly the same! Sadly the silage and longevity is a lot weaker compared to Rosie.

Nice package but smell was disappointment .dry synthetic roses and alcohol. There is many other not expensive options for rose perfume - Y.Rocher rose for example.

I like this. It's a clean and delicate smell and I've been complimented on it more than any of my other perfumes so it's a winner for me!!! :)

Natural roses with a sandalwood/vanillic dry-down of Burberry Classic for Women. Very lovely.
