Forever Orchid

It smells delectably sweet on the top notes of vanilla extract and a very sweet, ripe orchid. It is not a foody smell. The top note is just a little rush for five or so minutes. It is a very optimistic and colorful five minutes. I would say its middle is a powdery vanilla and I do get a hint of maple or woodsy scent. Not cedar, but I get a tiny bit of a burnt sugar/maple blueberry waffle type smell. It's really hard for me to come up with the words, since I don't have the scent language that many members here have, but there's hardly any orchid left at this time, it sort of dwindles away into the maple blueberry powdre mix which is light and airy. I get that for 1-2 hrs. Some of this part is Lutece, if you remember a distinct vanilla woodsy scent, and I can't call it cedar though. I would guess something woodsy such as possibly maple wood or I guess there may be some sandalwood. The drydown I get is at first vanilla extract and a soft berry musk. I am not a musk fan but, it's not a bad drydown. I thought the drydown started off the same as the middle notes of Mary Kate and/or Ashley Olsen's London Beat which is supposed to be a vanilla berry. But as it ends, the blueberry fades off and Forever Orchid rather burns off into vanilla musk. This is an EDT, exactly like what's pictured here. I am not a layering person but I bought a 6 oz or so large-sized shower gel in hopes to amp this up. I wouldn't mind having this in a purse spray for amping up the frequency or parfum/EDP for amping up the intensity. It wears off way too quickly, and if there were something I guess higher end I would definitely buy it. This is a very delicious fragrance you kind of want to gulp with your taste buds as well as sniff.

This is yummy. it is a strong, very sweet, vanilla & orchid. I may get a hint of powder but not sure why they added the spicy & woody accords above as I dont get any that.. I just got it and used 2 sprays on one arm (back & inside).. throw is currently about 6 inches, but I will need to get back with the longevity. I can also see great layering potential with this.. I only wish the bottle had the name on it other than just the bottom sticker (which of course the rep put her own name/phone # sticker over.. uggh) -- Lasted over 6 hrs on me, stayed the same smell entire time.

Not a bad scent...nice for summer!! I can really pick up the orchid scent(wich is thankfully not strong,its very subtle) the hint of the vanilla is nice too. Both work well together,I would get this scent again in the future.

Just ordered this will update when it’s comes in the mail. Edit: Just came in the mail I was so excited to open it and sprayed it on my hand and I was underwhelmed this smells nothing like I thought I don’t get any orchid from this at ALL this doesn’t smell anything like Pure Orchid what a waste of 9 bucks.

I blind bought this for my wife because she loves Morocco Orchid from Bath and Body works. This doesn't really smell all that similar. It barely projects on either of us, and it doesn't last long either. It's a good thing I only paid $12 or so for this, but still, kind of a waste of $12. It smells... pleasant? But despite spraying it 3 times, we struggled to get whiffs of it and it seemed to be gone.
