Irresistible Iris

I have not smelt gris charnel, only some dupes, and Irresistible Iris (named "Irreplaceable Iris" in the Spanish stores) is definitely in that zone. I smelled it at the store and immediately bought one. It is an amazing smell, and the closest perfume in my collection is crystal noir. In me, Irresistible Iris lasts from a day to the next (2 sprays) without losing the opening cardamom-forward notes, so very stable over time and eternal. I wonder why others had such different experience. It definitely smells very expensive. I find it perfectly unisex. I am a woman and I might also try to layer it with some vanilla or some spice (Lolita Lempika) to give it a different edge some times. I love this purchase and I am very happy with it.

JUN 2025 Update: This absolutely is like BDK’s Gris Charnel EDP... This Blooming Collection from Massimo Dutti is their more premium offering compared to their earlier collections. I was surprised by the scent after trying it on as I’m not usually a fan of Iris but this Gris Charnel dupe changed my mind. Thanks to the Massimo Autumn/Winter’24 sales, I got 2 bottles at -35%! What a steal!!

This is quite nice! Too much cardamom to be but quite nice. Haven't smelled Gris Charnel.

I returned this because it is a little too sweet for me. I don’t get tea personally. It is very similar to Liam by Lattafa.it is a good scent but it is not what I expected

This is absolutely amazing, identical to Gris Charnel but also of very good quality, unlike any dupes from Zara. This doesn’t smell chemically or cheap at all! Wow! UPD: unfortunately have to add a small update, overtime, as the scent developed on my skin, the base notes did feel a bit cheap, a bit low quality ((( such a shame as the start was very very promising!

Excellent opening, pleasantly surprised at the Bond Str. store! I wish it would last longer, however points for an affordable high Street offering of Gris Charnel!
