Matcha & Musk

This basically smells like a soft musky matcha. It's airy and light with a clean drydown. It smells expensive and zen-like. Like you're in a Japanese spa. If you like green tea smells, you'll love this. Not sure if the prior reviewer smelled a bad batch or an unmacerated product. But this is not a bad perfume at all! I am always on the hunt for matcha scents, and this caught my attention because I didn't know that Massimo Dutti even had fragrances? And matcha one? Had to get it. This fragrance offers a very pleasant combination of earthy matcha and a soft powderiness. It is incredibly comforting and blends seamlessly with the skin. At the same time it definitely has an intimate sillage. It won't fill a room, but rather creates a personal, soft bubble around you. I initially thought the longevity was weak, but I think I had just gone noseblind. While I couldn't detect it on myself after two hours, my husband mentioned he could still smell it clearly on me even after 6. And it doesn't smell like puke - at least to me. But I get it that musk works differently for everyone.

I’ve smelled smog mixed with sweat that was more pleasant than this. It’s genuinely awful—easily the worst perfume I’ve ever smelled. Absolutely do not blind buy.
