It has an intimate sillage, that's true but i believe this is kind of the point, its a second skin scent made to be intimate, not everyone has to smell you, but when you walk past someone it leaves a subtle trail. The smell is rich, has great notes. A bit weak with longevity but for that price you cant find anything better. Great perfume suggest to everyone but it isnt really clean as i expected.

It smells like L’Eau Papier in the sense that it’s fresh, fizzy, musky, and sweet (though I’d say this is slightly sweeter, while L’Eau Papier leans a bit more savoury). It’s missing the steamed rice accord (maybe there's a hint of it?) and that note is really what defines L’Eau Papier for me. I honestly really like this scent, and not just as a dupe.

I'd say it seems to be more intense than L'eau papier at first. And sweeter.

Best dupe for L’Eau Papier by Diptyque

I tried it at the store just to see how close to L'eau papier it is, and now i feel stupid for paying triple the price for L'eau papier. This is of course weaker in all the sense. I had bought Papier one year ago because i fell in love with how calming it is.. and i mostly wear it at home, after the shower.. but the price tag doesn't suit it.. so when my bottle of Papier is done, i'm getting this one. This one is more rosy, and feels like applying night creams etc.. also it's more feminine than Papier (im a man for reference)

Almost identical to Diptyque Papier This one lacks a little bit that toasted accord that Papier has but still it’s very similar. Since I have Papier I don’t need this one but otherwise I would get it for sure.

At first, it pretty much smells like L'Eau Papier, but the dry down is different, sweeter. But it's a nice and affordable alternative for sure.

I think I am anosmic to this. I sprayed a ton at the store and barely smelled anything. I think L'eau Papier is loved by a lot of people for its rice note. This has none of that. Well, if you are sensitive to fragrances you might wanna give this a try, but sadly for me it is not worth the price. I would choose a cheaper niche fragrances instead of this (Essential Parfums for example), because where I live this Massimo Dutti frag is quite expensive.

Honestly, this is super similar to L'eau Papier. I bought this first, not knowing how L'eau Papier smells. But I was curious about LP and ordered a sample because I fell in love with this one and wanted to see how they compare. The only difference to my nose is the opening. LP has a steamed rice note, and Sparkling Musk a red pepper note. But after 20 minutes they are basically the same. Love this one, so comforting. I adore musk and this is one of the best. Affordable too.
