Earthy and aromatic at the beggining, yet another lovely masterpiece from this perfume house. I love how at the opening vetiver plays with tea, for me there isn't much incense, but I can definitely feel bits of it and they are very enoyable. After 10 minutes or so on my skin appears lovely, sweet and a bit "dirty" jasmine, which is very loveable as it is not heady and all over the place as it sometimes happens with this note. All together it smells weird, but in the most good way, it smells almost sour, it's definitely a warm fragrance, but still appears refreshing, vetiver probably does that. For me not an oriental floral, but more like something like "aromatic floral"

Part of the 4 Scent Sampler. Expected to heavily dislike this fragrance, but instead find it interesting - I'm just not brave enough to wear it around others. Slightly dirty jasmine, sweetened amber, and wafts of incense. Not heady or in your face. If you dare to wear jasmine, I think Noble is fairly tame and unisex; light enough for day and warm enough for night.

Hated it - it.s like being smacked in the face with a JASMINE BOMB! I couldn't take much longer than about twenty minutes with it on - incredible sillage that does linger unpleasantly. Others mention a dirty jasmine smell - I get that - it is kind of muddy. I just could not get to any other scents in the mix at all. A bad sign - I had to wash it off. So far I am not impressed at all with MCMC.

I like jasmine but I did NOT like this super-indolic version of it - in fact this was a scrubber for me. Definitely try before you buy.

MCMC Fragrances NOBLE unfolds in two very distinct stages on my skin and according to my nose. The perfume opens with a big somewhat dirty jasmine which reminds me of traditional houses such as Caron, Penhaligon, Floris, et al. It seems rather dry and formal and, yes, a bit stinky. I tested this fragrance blind and had no difficulty immediately identifying the central floral note: jasmine! In fact, it's apparently the only floral note in this composition. So mostly I'd say that this is a jasmine soliflore. It calms down a bit in part two, ultimately leaving behind more of a lightly vetiverized somewhat subdued jasmine layer. But the opening is really all about big jasmine. In fact, I would definitely recommend not applying this creation too soon before leaving the house... For the same reason, I would not recommend this perfume to any but jasmine lovers, and they'd better dig indoles, as well! It's natural smelling, but it is what it is.

I'm finding Nobile to be a nice subtle scent. While listed as a fragrance for women it really is not that feminine. It has a light earthy manner about it. All the notes are well balanced. The vetiver is oh so subtle working in tandem with the jasmine. The amber and tea really just frame it while the incense drifts in and out. Nice blending! Sillage is good and longevity slightly above average.

Smells jasmine like. Meh. Bleh. Zzzzzzzz
