لوم او گان فکر کنم به معنی دستکش مردونه باشه عطری بینهایت جذاب و پرکشش تو خانواده ارینتال وانیلا با حسی نمیچه گورماند شروع عطر با طوفانی از وانیل . بینهایت زیبا شروع میشه . این عطر مدام منو بیاد سبک وانیل های گرلن میندازه . واقعا جذاب و زیباست شروع عطر همانطور که گفتم با وانیل پرمایه و زیبا شروع میشه و سریعا رگه هایی از تلخی مثل بوی بادوم و آلبالوی تلخ ترکیب میشه . ی جورایی وایبی از پگاسوز مارلی میده تو قلب عطر واضحا حس سنتتیک بسیار شیک و امروزی حس میشه که قطعا از کورمارین هست که بشدت زیبا و کنترل شدست و هدیون. هدیون ی آکورد سنتتیک از گل‌های سفیده با حس ایندولیک عطر زیباست خیلی اغوا کننده و سکسیه ولی بنظرم بیشتر حس زنانگی میده بخاطر هدیون و وانیل گورماند . بوی ی پاکت سیگار مارلبرو تازه که زرورقشو برمی‌داری . بوی تنباکوی عمل آوری شده با وانیل ‌ . بوی چوبی . بوی کاغذ کاهی. زیبایی های این عطر به همینا نیست هر چی از عمر بوی عطر طی میشه فضای رزینی و اسپایسی و عودی هم اضافه میشه که در نهایته تعجب ته بوی از اینترلود رو تداعی می‌کنه پگاسوز + اینترلود + تاباکو وانیل این عطر هر چی پیش می‌ره خواستنی تر میشه این عطر رو حتما بخاطر بسپارید که حتما تست کنید بنظر من شاهکاری از زیبایی و کیفیته موندگاریش عالیه پخش بوی خیلی خوبی داره اگه طرفدار روایح ارینتال وانیلا هستید این عطر بشدت براتون جذابه .

شروع ای به غایت زیبا از ترکیب‌ای جذاب از وانیل،رِزین و ادویه ها که وجوه چوبی دلبرانه ای داره در شروع وانیل حس تُرش و میوه ای داره که به لطف صمغ ها،عمیق و زیباتر هم شده و در چند دقیقه اول ته بویی کاراملی هم داره به نظرم اصلا عطر چرمی ای نیست و بیشتر یک عطر چوبی،وانیلی،ادویه ای به حساب میاد و چرم بسیار ضعیف و جیر مانند کار شده شیرینی ابتدایی عطر به مرور با یک عود چوبی اما بسیار شیک و تر و تمیز ترکیب میشه که اصلا حس دارویی یا بالزام نداره و کاملا وجه چوبی غالب ای داره هرچند شروع عطر بسیار هیجان انگیز و دوست داشتنی تر بود برام اما ادامه‌ی عطر هم خراب نمیشه و روند خوب‌ای رو پیش می‌گیره یک فضای گُنگ اما ملموس از گُل ها توی عطر هست اما سخت میشه به نُت خاص ای اشاره کرد کاش قیمت پایین تر و پرفورمنس بهتر ای داشت ************** scent:8/10 longevity:7.5/10 sillage:6.5/10 purchase value:2/10 ******* overall:6/10

I agree with every review here. If you’re looking to buy this, try and get it directly from Claude and take advantage of the MDCI sample program. This perfume reminds me of Raghba wood OUD Save the King 24 Gold They share the same neighborhood but different addresses. The vanilla utilized within this perfume is very boozy and you will leave a whispering sillage trail similar to that of b540s “whispers”

I was looking for a good winter fragrance for men and this is gorgeous. I can't hide that I love the bottle and concept of a titian painting as the only label on the bottle. The nutmeg is very pleasant, not too spicy and very balanced. Projection is moderate but it seems to be long lasting. A great niche fragrance for winter days.

This is amazing! This is a civilized version of Layton. Extremely wearable. What i mean by that is the following: Love Layton but you can spray one or two sprays if you will be in company. This one is the higher end version and much more wearable in all circumstances.

Another beauty from MDCI! Warm, deep, complex, long lasting, high quality. One of the best spicy amber out there.

Second impression: Subtle, gentle, and almost bashful fragrance that does remind me of Guerlain Spiritueuse Double Vanille. But here, it's not as vanilla focused with amber and a warm tonka.This is one you'll want to test on skin as it won't give you much on card, and needs to warm up a bit. Most of the time in modern designer fragrances, tonka is used like a diabetic inducing sledgehammer. Here it's used judiciously, and doesn't go too sweet on me, but I think it could if I over sprayed. This would be great for the office or anywhere you're looking for an elegant French vibe. The woods are pretty far in the background; too far, if you ask me. I wish the base notes (particularly the woods) were more present. They do come out a bit more after an hour or so, but they are very shy. Overall it's good and warms up really nicely on my skin to a butter smooth tonka vanilla. Here's a car analogy. It's like a great handling and well made sportstcar that needs more power. I appreciate French elegance, and I'm not a horsepower nut (I actually prefer agile european cars) but this needs more torque. Scent 75/100 Performance 50/100

A smoky, woody vanilla! This is to me mostly about vanilla, oud and gaiac oud. The gaiac oud gives this smokey feeling with some woody undertones. The oud gives some good skankiness that contrasts the gourmand notes like vanilla, tonka, benzoin and nutmeg. The quality is really good and i get very good performance from it. I've never smelled Spiritueuse Double Vanille to compare but i find similarities with Mancera's Aoud Vanille. Overall, a very interesting take on vanilla. It's not for me but still i will enjoy my 11ml decant. If you are looking for a smokey and different vanilla scent you should try this one!

A good vanilla based fragrance but it reminds me of lots of fragrances which I don't remember names of. It has a balanced sweetness which has quality feeling. If you are looking for balanced gourmand vanilla based fragrance, you must check this one. Definitely unisex... It last long, but doesn't project too much after 1 hour.

Beautiful scent! Upon application, the cypriol mixed with Oudh create this smoky aroma; and towards the dry down the vanilla shines. In a way this scent reminds me of Sri Lankan Oud ( has a vanillac undertown to my nose). Great offering from MDCI!

I would say it does remind me of Herod but not as sweet and with cypriol instead of tobacco. I wouldn’t think people will be mind blown by ut, nevertheless very pleasant and does the job.

Wow, this was a letdown. I tested LHAG on paper and skin. My first reaction was: hmm pretty standard amber accord. Not too good, even. Just let is settle for a while, then it probably becomes awesome (I read the reviews). But.. That was it. It almost immediately fainted and never came back. I don''t know if the tester bottle had gone bad or so, but this was one very bad experience. 4/10

From what I got, I was quite surprised. By far the best in the whole line for me and actually one of my favorites. I find this to be actually just what i was looking for, in a lighter less 'Oudy' cypriol-oil heavy version of Herod of all scents. So, that naturally means a vanilla-based gourmand where the vanilla and sweetness can actually stand out now. And they do, right from the Opening. Whereas Herod most times starts off as a vanillic-tobacco, it's a lot of the times totally overwhelmed by the 'mothballs' - the oud and what must be the cypriol oil. Accords that I really don't want. The vanilla, tonka, benzoin and hints of spice are all so balanced. The syrupy sweetness always seems present; likening and reminding a lot of Guerlain's SDV. Especially when the fleeting yet unmistakable wafts of Apricot/cherry pipe tobacco appear. The oud does appear but much more manageable and in a far more polite manner than Herod's lumberjack dosage. MDCI's Quality is very rarely bettered and the softness, poise and elegance of their accords and notes really come through and just make Marly's scents appear heavy-handed and even brash in application. I also detected 0 almond, so this avoided the dreaded 'almondy cherry' vibe so many other Gourmand scents along this theme have, like Ambre Naguile, Naomi Goodsir's Or du Serail , Tobacco Vanille, Guerlain's Tonka Imperiale and others. It's a Triumph for this ever growing popular sub-Genre of scents. One of the best scents I've tried in many years, easily and especially for me hurting after the disappointment of how medicinal and heavy Herod was - a must Buy! Definitely give this one a try if you like anything gourmand or vanillic/amber. It's quite Rare but is under the department of Jovoy who are accessible online with good samples. My rating: 10/10.

Beautiful spicy vanilla fruity leathery opening, and very smooth well-balanced powdery woody balsamic vanilla extended drydown. Where things go off the rails for me is the enormously overdosed hedione floral heart, which is nearly indistinguishable from dozens of "rose oud" fragrances and lasts for hours before finally receding to permit enjoyment of the very nice drydown. It's a shame, because with an interesting inventive proportionate heart, this otherwise technically adept composition would be a keeper. Oh, and my experience of the performance differs from most prior reviews, with excellent strength & longevity.

Today I received a mix of positive and negative compliments on this perfume which lead me to believe that five sprays is too much. I have always received more positive compliments when spraying less with this perfume. It filled up the room and one person asked the name, another person gave a passive aggressive feedback. I also received a sample of this and was pleasantly surprised. It's a sweet, warm and fresh sent that feels light and refined. The scent description of this fragrance is pretty spot on. The only downside to this fragrance is that it's on the "lite" side. As in, it doesn't project very much (sits "close to the skin" as another reviewer mentioned). This fragrance reminds me of a lite and distant cousin of Givenchy's "Play" Intense.

Received a sample today of this today and was searching where I had smelt this before and then blam! It's a weaker version of ysl sleek suede - very close indeed but as per my negative review of blue satin, this also suffers from poor performnace sitting close to the skin

Let's see ... Sweet European style oud. Tonka, vanilla, European style oud, nutmeg, saffron, & slight balsam. It's a cute blend, sweet but not overly cloying, but still i think it's an overly priced for such blend. Fair.

As it fades down, it becomes like any typical Vanilla fragrance out there. Recurrent and boring.
