Omnia Omnibus Ubique

I absolutely love it. It's a delicate fragrance, centered around a dirty Oud accord (goatskin leather), wrapped in a velvety iris butter with a peach skin softness. Here are the actual notes listed on the Memo website: Dominant Notes: Osmanthus, Oud, Iris Butter Supporting Notes: Vanilla, Musk, Sandalwood Absent Notes: Saffron, Rose, Jasmine The opening is powdery, opaque and a little too fruity for my taste. But it's the quick dry down that truly won me over. To my nose, it becomes a refined, graceful leather, soft suede and nubuck with a subtle Apricot nuance. This OIsmanthus can evoke the impression of an overripe fuzzy peach, a datte or even a plum. Beautiful creamy animalic Sandalwood. Many of you may find it difficult to wear, too milky, almost skin-like. Too intimate, too close to the scent of the human body. It vaguely reminds me of "Duke of Burgundy" by Moth & Rabbit, which made me feel slightly uneasy, or "Skin on Skin" by L'Artisan Parfumeur. It's an intelligent composition, borderline indecent. Timeless and genderless, yet somehow evocative of both England and the Middle East. A romantic relationship between a Londoner and an Omani, captured in a bottle.

This creation is a true pearl among the niche perfumes with a strong, flowery Oud note, wrapped in sensual Jasmine and creamy sandalwood. However, it is not a safe blind-buy since it can be a bit animalic depending on the skin-type. It lasts at least 8 hours and has a strong sillage, 2 spitz are more than enough! Ever-evolving, this smells like arabian nights with a touch of class, seduction in a bottle.

The notes on Fragrantica are off a bit...this also has rose, Akigalawood, and osmanthus... To my nose and on skin...very woods heavy right off the bat, then it almost turns jammy/fruity on the dry down. Not a safe blind buy as this is not a typical “powder Iris scent.” In fact, it’s not super powdery at all...Oud shines here and becomes almost animalic. Very long lasting
