As an enjoyer of stankier things, I was recommended this when looking for a bodily, barnyard oud; having been impressed with the complexity of other things from the same manufacturer, I happily followed the tip. This is far from disappointing. Moderate animalic oud from the outset, and for much of the subsequent time, with the rose - who knows which of the two? - clearly present. To my admittedly accustomed nose, the oud isn’t too strong to wear around sensitive souls and might even convert a few heathens. The crammed list of notes is perhaps wasted on me; this is really oud, then rose, with other illegible sweetness and spice scattered around. It’s The Night in a less concentrated form, and not much worse for it. The last detectable remnant smells very similar to Pashtun Summit and Origins of the Collector, a generic fancy perfume shop hum which I personally enjoy because it smells like a fancy perfume shop. It costs what it costs, and it’s easier than trying to decant something even more costly and trying to water it down. I’m sure someone will now want to tell us all how to buy oud oils direct from the farm at cost price, so I will end here.

Stankiest oud I have ever smelled, this is a real true oud - which to be fair is hard to come by at this price point - so they've done very well here. I just can not stomach oud this ripe, it smells like straight up dookie Edit- hold uppp, once that poopy oud has dried down (after a good 1hr) this stuff bangggggs. It's revealed a sweet beautiful rose, thats quite creamy and vanillic. What the hell, I like this now, what a 180 Edit 2- I bought it, the dry down is absolutely divine. Never smelt anything like it. Creamy rose, vanilla and a rich oud - this fragrance is also somehow slightly fresh and musky. Gorge. You have to test this via a sample - you cannot just try in store - as you will not get an accurate impression of this scent as it transforms after an hour

A lot of promising notes which piqued my interest - only to smell like Nuit De Feu and O.Nomade. Absolutely not even close to the stankiest oud as the below review mentioned... By the time it dries down it’s power diminishes and you’re left with the pistachio notes much too late. It’s been one hour and (on my eastern skin which usually holds fragrances for lengthy periods) it’s already a skin scent. Nice presentation but unfortunately as with most releases these days, years, it’s unoriginal.
