What a pleasant surprise for this drug store /celeb cheapie . It's on for £15 /100ml at Savers UK. I was surprised they are still don't testers as the other stores are not. But I went in for some essentials and there were 3 Micheal Buble perfumes on the counter for special offer. I am completely indifferent to his music as it's not my thing at all, and honestly it's a brand I would have never gone out of my way to try. But , I will try anything that's there for the sniffing. Had a modest spray on wrists , with some going on my winter coat. I CAN STILL SME IT ON THE COAT 7 days later!! Amazing longevity as a lot of the fumes on savers counter are weak/cheap offerings (even if they smell good they rarely last) .. But this one , wow, really pleasant surprise indeed!! It's a warm floral gourmand, not too sweet . Would suit old and young . I'm 43 and love it. Safe blind buy for younger peeps too who like sweet scents. I can detect the violets , heliotrope, licorice and vanilla. Man that heliotrope is MEGA long lasting on clothes. It's not too sexy or too diabetic sugar coma. The right balance of sweet and floral powder for me. I love it and can see me wearing it a lot. Funny enough I just got some red satin "sports luxe" Adidas trainers the same day and this bottle and smell matches the mood. Not too dressed up , comfy /everyday but with a luxury happy twist. It's a happy flirty smell. I think those who like Lolita lempicka, angel muse , la nuit de tresor ect will like this. I knew it reminded me of something I'd tested before, yes , as soon as I checked.on here... The armarni in love with you ... Yep. Similar. Not an exact clone. I am buying this when I do my next trip to town this weekend. Absolutely worth the £15 all day long. I'm blown away at the quality for a celeb cheapie, it's lasting strength is amazing. Ok I know it's aroma-chem'dd to the hilt but you get what you pay for. There's nothing headache inducing to me (could be if over sprayed) . Very good value , I mean the designer brands all use the same aromachem mixes anyway and pretend it's this n that flower and charge through the nose for it . Looking forward to trying the other offerings in his range as I'm so surprised how good this is. I tried this out today. I went out especially to see how this would be for me. I detect red berries, vanilla and woods. (Even though berries and vanilla aren't mentioned above.) The middle stage on me is identical to Paco Rabanne's Black XS (my bottle is 2010). Passion has the same berry warmth to it as Black XS. After about 5 hours it turns sweet and flowery and its at this stage I can detect the licorice and it becomes slightly powdery. During the initial and middle stage I had a distant perfume memory come to mind and it's Avon's Christian Lacoix's Rouge from the 90's. But Passion is smoother and 10 x better. I feel it has a DNA link to By Invitation. Side by side its not a surprise they have come from the same scent brand. If you love the above three perfumes mentioned I think you will very much appreciate Passion. Peony Noir is my favourite but this latest creation is lovely too and I really love it's Black XS stage and sweet powdery base on me. EDIT: A few more hours have gone by and I keep getting wafts of Passion. It keeps morphing. Its so interesting. Im going back to get a bottle. Its lovely. PPS Michael Buble is one of my all time favourites. I listened to hardly anyone else for years and years but I am also particular about perfume. Im loving the perfume based on its own merits. Love it.

This is gorgeous! 😍 brilliant value for money, the whole collection is great, this one is my fave I recommend getting the gift set of this if you can the body lotion boosts the longevity and silliage of this perfume on me it's opens very spicy buy the dry down is sweet spicy honestly I can't stop smelling it! The only fragrance that comes to mind that it could be similar to is black Xs for her by Paco rabbane 100% value for money!

The notes are as follows, from HSN's website: Top: Mandarin, Kumquat, Blackcurrant Mid: Jasmine, Violet, Heliotrope, Toffee apple, Licorice Base: Patchouli, Sandalwood, Vanilla This was a blind buy and on me, I definitely got the mandarin and black currant at the top. I'm surprised there is no spiced plum in this because it smells like it, similar to the beginning of Boyfriend, although they do not smell similar otherwise. Not long after that, I get a good bit of licorice, a little jasmine and patchouli, followed by some vanilla joining with the licorice accord, giving it some sweetness. It has some powder from the heliotrope and violets, but I don't think I smell either of those in the perfume. I don't particularly care for patchouli, but it's fine in this because it mixes so well with the other notes, it doesn't stand out strong by itself. It also doesn't smell like most of the Lolita Lempicka's I've tried even though the licorice/vanilla/violet notes are in it. It has great longevity and moderate sillage and leans to the feminine side. This is a full-bodied fragrance and heavy - a little dark, mysterious and sensual. I really like this one. It's the next day and I can still smell this on my arm and my jacket. It has become a sweet-spicy powder on the skin and is just beautiful. It has become a love for me.

I don’t buy celebrity perfumes. However, I had a worker I managed and each time she came to see me I had to ask what fragrance she was wearing. She told me it was the Michael Buble By Invitation. Now I’d never run out to buy it, but one day she bought me in a gift to my office. Yes, it was a 100ml bottle of her favorite perfume. Long story short is I now have all of the Michael Buble scents to wear as everyday fragrances, so I can keep all my good perfumes as long as possible (as I’ve spent a veritable fortune on them and want them to last). Bonus being that every bottle has been a gift for my birthday or other occasions. Good value for money but again, I’d never go out and buy any other celebrity fragrances myself. Anyway, this perfume, Passion. It’s sweet, spicy and a little powdery. Thankfully I am unable to smell violet, as I have a visceral reaction to it if I can smell it - awful olfactory experience, just disgusting to my senses. So this is nice, I can wear it to work, inoffensive, not long lasting (on me) and not too loud. It dries down to a soapy smell, not a horrible one mind you. Great price point for those who want to buy and just for the record, I really don’t like Michael Buble’s music at all.

Tried again, cool day. It's better in the warmer weather. One of the better cheapie, but this time I found something a little synthetic through it. Dry down theres a sweet fruit? sort of, looking at the notes I'mnot surewhat it is. Overall it's a warm hazey little floral, bit powder but not a powder scent, it doesnt match the notes, sort of matches the accords. I don't get liquorice loke the stuff you eat in this, unless it's the raspberrytype liquorice stuff maybe. Its nkt like Loverdone which has more prominent liquorice. And it doesnt smell purple floral powdery gentle floral either. It's better than the usual celebrity scents

Lovely celebrity fragrance. It gives me similar vibes to In Love With You and Lady Million Lucky which I also have in my collection. Good value for money with reasonable projection and longevity. I am not usually big on layering fragrances but I have layered this with Burberry London which I find to be a bit sharp in the openning and a bit too floral. For me, the combination is quite good. I think I can smell the blackcurrant, toffee apple and vanilla. I also get a bit of almond or a type of nut but I don't see it listed in the notes. Overall I think it's quite nice.

Ooh spicy surprise! Purchased as a blind buy based on the good reviews here. It is powdery, fruity, dry. Suits the name. I like it but unfortunately, it has no staying power and fades very quickly. After the initial first spray, would be fine for work - with regular top-ups.

Tried this a couple weeks ago. I wrote notes, so will check. Its warm and hazey, I did not get a tonne of florals, average lasting power, the woods are in the background just.

I'm a massive fan of licorice notes in perfumery, so I was delighted to see the beautiful fragrance profile here, the happy reviews, the budget price and snagged a blind buy expecting to really like this. However Passion is not what I expected and I'm quite confused by this one, as it smells NOTHING like the notes listed above; it's mild and fruity and very sweet in the opening notes and really - not what I expected. Middle25's review below listing blackcurrant and mandarin from the HSN website are EXACTLY the notes I'm getting from this. It's longlasting but does not have good sillage.... you'll get a pleasant skin scent if you sniff but won't really notice it otherwise throughout the day, nor will others. It's quite fresh and modern smelling in its executon, tiny bit of powder, tiny bit of sandalwood, but mainly that sweet fruitiness, and the licorice I was looking for is only barely there at all, and only later on. I was sort of expecting something from Buble to be kind of "vintage smelling" giving he's a retro-stylee crooner type, but I really think this smells very 21st century drugstore sweet, girly and airy. So - weird. I paid next to nothing for this, so can't complain, but it's really not one for me I don't think. I don't hate it - it's pretty inoffensive - but I doubt I'll reach for it. I may try layering it with another licorice frag to boost my favourite "note" and add a bit more fruit (Fatale Intense? maybe.... I think Pink Sugar would make it way too girly), or I may try layering it with something full of patchouli to counteract the sweetness and give it some complementary body.

Based on the ingredients, I did not expect not to like Peony Noir, but I didn’t. It’s classified as “amber floral”. So that explains it: I’m not on good terms with that group. It looks like I should avoid black bottles. Passion, on the other hand, I do like. What, liquorice? I didn’t know I liked that! Fragrantica is yet to classify this fragrance, but I would put it as “amber vanilla”, as it seems to belong to the same genre as La Nuit Trésor (which by the way also includes liquorice). An earlier reviewer pointed out that Fragrantica does not list all the ingredients (at this point, only liquorice, heliotrope, sandalwood, violet and jasmine). It actually has fruit, so maybe that’s what speaks to me. Such warm scents are thought to suit cold weather, but I wore it in heat, and it did not oppress me. Update: I’ve compared Passion with Trésor and find them similar in the general character if not the nuance. I’d like to see if anyone else would detect the similarity. I’m indifferent to Trésor (in contrast to La Nuit Trésor, which I like), so I may have rushed into buying Passion. In the end, I couldn’t wear it at all and gave it away.

Was convinced to purchase based off the good reviews. 3pc gift set for $20 can’t go wrong with that! This is a dupe for Black opium. Sweet, warm, vanillic. The notes mentioned above have to be wrong because this smells like vanilla, coffee, chocolate, like a very grown toned down gourmand.

This is a very warm scent. Sweet but a warm sweet. It’s quite beautiful. Lasts ok on the skin.
