Sexy Blossom

I was eyeing this for a while, but wasn't ready to pay the price. Imagine my surprise when the store was selling the tester as it wasn't being restocked. Got an almost full bottle for less than half the price of the new bottle. That said, it was a bargain I don't regret. Fresh, slightly green floral. Have nothing else like this in my collection. Getting whiffs of this during the day gives me a confidence boost.

Amazing! Every time I spray it on me my husband, my son and other males go crazy by the scent is funny to see their faces and eyes open like a fresh bouquet of fresh flowers is standing there so many compliment. I buying few more one of my favorites perfumes; MK delivered. I love MK's collection. My signature perfume is Chloe 2011 perfume.

I love this fragrance! I was hesitant after trying and disliking the Sporty Citrus scent, but this smells wonderful! There's a nice balance of fruity and floral in the fragrance. Neither one is overwhelming to the other. It's a very feminine fragrance that would be great for a summer day.

A very attractive perfume, in a lovely elegant, attractive bottle, and a gorgeous colour. My absolutely favourite colour. The lily-of-the-valley is very pretty. A very pretty floral, gentle and delicate, very feminine and romantic. Perfect spring freshness. Lovely.

So wonderful, I love it. Smells like an expensive perfume. There are other scents similar to this, but I was surprised to see how feminine this scent truly is.

I get dew drops, LOTV, and peony mixed with a fruity aquatic litchi. It's mostly aquatic and fruity with some sweetness. Very summery!

This opens with the strong wiff of pure cheap bug spray. Seriously it smells JUST like bug spray, Im not being hyperbolic. Thankfully, it reaches its mid notes pretty fast (about 10 min.) On my skin, after the initial 'bug spray' moment, I get a cloying sweet floral. The lytchi really shines through, with the LOTV prominent in the background. Its cloying but not unpleasant, imagine walking through a hothouse full of frangrant flowers, mostly lily of the valley with a few peonies thrown in, while your drinking a lytchi smoothie with a fresh lytchi garnish. There is something synthetic in the drydown but its not unpleasant, like the other reviewers said, it reminds me of a body spray. Maybe moonlit path from BaBW? Overall this smells ok. Its not my jam, but not everything has to be. I am impressed with the sillage and longevity of Sexy Blossom, especially since I also own MK Sky Blossom and its sillage and longevity are garbage. Sillage: 9/10 (got several compliments from kids/husband/gas station attendant) Longevity: 7/10 (5 hrs on me) Scent: 4/10 (Green, synthetic, sweet, floral) Overall: 6/10

*This was a blind buy for me.* There is something in the opening that I'm not crazy about, I can't quite put my finger on what it is but it is almost like a burnt rubber smell. However, it quickly fades and the dry down of this fragrance is beautiful. It's exactly what you'd expect from it based on the name, very girly, floral, and flirty. I think this would be a perfect fragrance to wear in the hot summer months for a date night with hubby or margaritas with the girls. For me, the litchi and the lily of the valley are the most prominent notes here. Sexy Blossom is modest enough to be worn during the day, yet still alluring enough to grab someone's attention as you walk by. It definitely has the "What is that smell!" factor going for it. I can honestly say, I don't have anything else like this in my collection.

I think this is good. I also think if you have many fruity florals then you dont need this. Not because this isn't worth it, but all your others will go to waste because this will become your go to fruity. I say this because to me it's like all the juicy Beyonce fruity perfumes rolled onto one and this mk offering has far better longevity and sillage. I'm not big on celebuscents, but some are delicious, then a let down because they just don't last on me. This does. Wow!!! First spritz is a huge blast SUMMER LOVING! Just think of a romantic tropical getaway to islands like Fiji, the Caribbean, perhaps Seychelles! Blue lagoons and clear skies and warm idyllic shade. Lychee is prominent , fresh sweet roses and peon, oh wow this perfume is absolutely sensational ... I love this so much! The bottle design is so eye catching I think the design is elegant and glamourous! Quite linear though, which isn't bad,quite long lasting, deliciously fantastic ! Sandalwood is barely there it truly is fresh sexy fruity, floral heaven!

Sexy Blossom by Michael Kors was a blind buy for me and I’ve got to say that this would be a lovely aquatic green floral scent without the litchi. I think they should make an edition of this and leave the litchi out and it would be so fresh and lovely! The litchi is so sweet that it turns into a sugary Victoria Secret body spray. After about 20 minutes the litchi does calm down and the essence of this fragrance really shines through; peony, soapy lily of the valley, fresh freesia, and rain kissed leaves!

Not “slightly” green on me. Very sharp green on me. Tart too. Definitely smells like the opening of Oscar Flor and the dry down of Eternity Moment. Not for me- not floral on me not sweet fruity either- sharp green with zesty tart fruit. Can’t wait for a dry down it’s too strong— and I like strong just not when it’s sharp green and tart zest.

A classic me - blind buy. Not really a bad one. But definitely not the best one. An average type of floral & green scent. As said, not a bad one, but not the one you would fall off too. Besides, I would not really describe it "sexy blossom"...

Out of my whole collection this is the only perfume that has gone bad for no reason. It used to smell so beautiful. I would buy another but I’m scared it would have gone bad in the box.

First blast, to me, I’m getting narciso rodriguez edt vibes. Green, peonies, watery, and musky. A very simple composition for spring and summer. Not memorable at all. This is something that you might just want to throw on to smell good.

I purchased this because a popular YouTuber said this smells like delina rose, not even close. It smells like medicine to me. Glad I brought the small $20 size.

Smells grandma -ish at first its a strong and floral bomb. The dry down is ok as the price but I'm returning this just not my style.

I need to know if my bottle has TURNED!... At 1st spray, I smelled lily and sweet peony, and "bubble liquid". I tested it on my hand and wrist and I was not too impressed but it seemed ok. So I sprayed some on my body, and got picked up for my 1st time in someone car; she doesn't smoke but I was convinced I was smelling residual MENTHOL CIGARETTES. Then I realized it was my perfume! And with some screechy harsh weird scent. I wasn't sure if it was a body chemistry thing, or if it was just a weird opening that needed some time. So I gave it more chances. At different times I sprayed it on clean pajamas, the inside of the box it came in, in the air, on my skin again, blended with a raspberry & tuberose fragrance. That awkward note did not change. The nice part of it is nice, but wtf is that other part.

Sexy Blossom smells completely synthetic, but, for me, that's not a bad thing. It just doesn't smell like any live plant that grows on earth. That's kind of the Kors esthetic, though, which is why Kors fragrances are so unmistakable. This is along the lines of Gucci Bloom (which I LOVE)...but it does for litchi and lily of the valley, what Bloom does for tuberose and honeysuckle. I'm not a fan of litchi or LOTV. Despite its determined synthetic vibes, the lily of the valley aroma connotes Victorian Toilet Water, which, to me, feels stuffy and restrained. The drydown is a freesia dream come true (nightmare for me). I will stick with my Sexy Amber and Ruby. Sillage is strong and lasting power, typical of Kors perfumes, is excellent.

Sadly, Sexy Blossom doesn't work for me, in the same way Calvin Klein Eternity Moment, doesn't. Both have this scratchy, harsh, cleanser-type note that just makes me go "Yuck!" I get very little of the litchi fruitiness that I get in Oscar Flor, a perfume that I adore; in fact, I picked up Sexy Blossom because of the comparisons, but Oscar Flor has a beautiful, fresh sweetness from the fruits, while all I get from SB is icky bathroom cleanser. I highly recommend getting a bottle of the wonderful OdlR Oscar Flor, as it's everything that Sexy Blossom wants to be -- a gorgeous, fresh, sweet-but-not-cloying fruity floral.

This perfume is a rich sweet floral fruity fragrance that's slightly green. The fruitiness comes from the litchi but it still remains a predominantly floral. I think this perfume is fun and flirty. It took me a little while to appreciate it since I tend to not like anything green in my fragrances, but it's barely there. It's really like a sexy blossom, the green parts of the flower and all. It reminds me of the Chanel Chance perfumes. I want to try more perfumes from this perfume line, Michael Kors keep it up!

Hate to leave a negative review, so let me make this neutral. This is a beautiful scent on paper, but unfortunately on me, the lily-of=the-valley note is unbearably strong and loud for about twenty full minutes before dying down to something a little more acceptable. Really wanted to like this one and almost bought it on the spot, but that LOTV is just overbearing on my skin (probably because I hate LOTV and my nose picked up on it instantly).

Odd and fresh scent, I think the mixture of rose, lily of the valley, green notes and peony is quite weird in this one and I can't decide, if it's any good or not. I sense powder note in it too. Some of those Michael Kors' scents are really weird and this is among them. I don't think I will try it again though, not my favorite one.

Started off decent enough with a blast of floral notes, but upon dry down the green notes and musk took over and made it smell... off. Unpleasant.

On my skin it smells like some chemical product. No freshness at all. Dusty floral mix. It makes me nauseous. What a shame! I love the bottle!

Please keep in mind that if this had oakmoss in the base, it would technically be a chypre. It is probably for this reason, and because sandalwood can take on a smoky vibe, that this fragrance performs like a chypre. It’s done in a relatively modern style, kind of an ‘80s style with modern notes, but most of the elements of a chypre are there. I don’t know the perfumer’s intention, but perhaps the ambroxan substitutes for oakmoss. Love it or not, ambroxan does add depth and texture to a composition, as does oakmoss. After seeing all the reviews I couldn’t wait to spray this on and settle the score. I can’t believe that nobody has called this one out on the obvious references: Clinique Happy in Bloom planted on a base similar to Michael Kors Sexy Amber. You know that Estée Lauder is the parent company of Michael Kors fragrances and Clinique, so they’re all cousins, and apparently some of them are nearly identical cousins. Except with Sexy Blossom you have this sandalwood accord that’s clean but almost smoky, the way that Estée Lauder Beautiful’s sandalwood and vetiver in the base almost feel smoky. But in Sexy Blossom the sandalwood accord seems to dance with some hair products, as though Clinique Happy in Bloom has teased up her hair and gone out to have some fun à la Mackie by Bob Mackie. Except... instead of just smelling like smoke and hairspray, Sexy Blossom stays true to the clean, happy, crisp, and almost sweet elements that really live at the heart of this composition while still making a nonsmoker smell like a smoker. The only accurate comparison I can think of is the clean, carefree shampoo and bubble bath notes of Broadway Nite by Bond No. 9 but with smokiness added. The shampoo and bubble bath notes are almost sweet, and they’re too comforting not to love. So for everyone who’s calling this screechy, I would like to introduce you to sandalwood in the wild (or sandalwood that’s not attached to vanilla). It’s woodsy. For everyone who’s calling this accord a Mattel Barbie smell, that’s an overgeneralization for several different notes that are discernible but are singing in close harmony. There’s a lot going on here, but it’s a happy chorus. It’s attractive, it’s comforting, it’s inedible, it’s brisk, it’s floral, and it’s a lot like Clinique Happy in Bloom that sprouted sandalwood roots down into the ground and teased up her hair just a bit before going out to a smoky bar. And since it’s an EDP, a lot less Sexy Blossom is needed to feel the brisk happiness of Happy in Bloom. If Clinique Happy in Bloom is Samantha, then Michael Kors Sexy Blossom is her cousin Serena. It’s a little daring and a lot of fun. But with the smoky vibe, it shouldn’t be a mystery that it’s discontinued.

This is fun, playful, happy, casual, and upbeat! The initial spray of this is almost an identical combination of Perry Ellis 360 (the Original) and Perry Ellis 360 (the Purple bottle version)... as if these two perfumes fell madly in love and had a baby. This is a super bright, happy, soprano note perfume that is in the same range of perfumes chords as some of my super high soprano tuberose perfumes - and also like the more fruity perfumes like Dolce and Gabbana L'Imperatrice 3, Burberry Body EDP, Avon's Incandessence Lotus, and Elizabeth Taylor's Sparkling White Diamonds. The lily of the valley floral note is what is giving this the super high note quality, very similar to tuberose - only a bit more unique. It definitely has the "What is that smell?" factor going for it. If I had not purchased the Perry Ellis 360 (original) and (purple) samples - I would not have known anything that would have smelled similar to this... it is THAT Unique. ----------- I'm trying these side by side each other - The first few notes of Michael Kors Sexy Blossom is a bit more sharp and fruity than Perry Ellis 360 (the original). Perry Ellis 360 Purple leads with a bit softer, more purple type vibe - and has more of a discernible note of musk which grounds the fragrance chord. There is something about Purple 360 that reminds me more of shampoo, hair care products that I've used over the years. (I love this perfume, so I'm really delighted to find something similar and a shade or two softer, less shampoo-like). About 5-10 minutes after the first spray - Michael Kors Sexy Blossom is less plastic-y and tart than the original notes of the Perry Ellis 360 (original), but there is still a slight Mattel Barbie Doll smell to Michael Kors Sexy Blossom and there is a slight tartness to the fruity notes. It is like they buffed down some of the stronger notes within Perry Ellis 360 (original) and have made it a little softer and more romantic. Sexy Blossom is more settled into the skin than the notes of Perry Ellis 360 (original) ------------- Michael Kors Sexy Blossom - launched in 2016. Top notes are Litchi, Green Leaves, Dew Drop and Rose Petals; middle notes are Peony, Lily-of-the-Valley, Freesia and Orchid; base notes are Musk, Ambroxan and Sandalwood.

I bought a purse spray, and it is definitely summery, nice, pretty, like a fresh floral, I can imagine it would be pleasant to wear in the spring time...it is mostly floral, but a summery light one..I see nothing wrong with it, it would be pleasant to wear, or would make a nice gift for lovers of pretty florals...now, it isn't anything new really...it borders on generic in a way, but is pretty enough to have a certain mass appeal..the peony is the most distinctive note, then the freesia and the pink orchid...nice!! It is the vein of the other Kors..

This perfume is simply beautiful. The first time I sprayed it, was only on my wrists but the scent was still noticeable. Every time I touched my hair or just happened to catch a whiff of the perfume, I could smell different layers, with every layer smelling amazing. The lasting power was also really nice, considering I only spritzed once, I'd guess about 6 hours of full-on scent. Definitely is my potential signature scent.

Oh my gooooosh yes, it is everything you think it is: pink, sweet, fruity, floral, sexy blossom. Smells like holidays and cocktails, like a sweet pina colada with loads of mint. Unexpectedly, I am loving this, it wasn't supposed to be my cup of tea, it is not something I gravitate towards.... But it is juicy! Delicious, mouth watering! A GREEN SWEET PERFUME, do we even have such a classification?

This was my very first floral perfume - before that I prefered the fresh, juicy and citrus ones. So, it's a very light, delightful one, perfect for everydays. But it doesn't give any lasting experience with a decorous radius. I think it's highly recommended for working and beach days, but if you want to be memorable by your perfume, don't choose this one.

I totally disagree with the previous comment, because this is a very noticeable scent. It's one of those perfumes that catches everyone's attention. I always get compliments when I'm wearing it and people recognize me by this scent.

Definitely a slight soapy fresh floral. Shampooey in a way. Not bad but also not the best. There's a slight bitterness but in a good way

I like Micheal Kors. This particular fragrance is no exception. Very Nice.
