Wonderlust Eau Fresh

So, anyone who mentioned pencil shavings put me on the trail of Wonderlust Eau Fresh, in this regard I'd like to thank. I have a weakness for pencil shavings aroma. It's what I mainly feel in Twilly eau Poivrée. And I love it. If Twilly eau Poivrée also smells of the oily mine of crayons, softly diluting the woodiness, Wonderlust eau Fresh sawdust is sour and bitter, slipping into metal. I took my time to test and recognize it, freshness is immense and total, discern that particular smell is not so easy, but some of it's in there. Before I get close to the skin I rather prefer to wait for the cloud to evaporate, I stand by until 'Eau Fresh' conquers its space and almost forget about it. And so that here is the pencil, freshly sharpened, all shavings are inside. Into these waterfall cool waters, lily of the valley is unluckily silenced by the roar, I choose to follow and focus on the woodiness and I rejoice. Well, I need this perfume urgently.

This is a gorgeous citrusy white floral. It smells like it has lotus in it- moist, crisp citrus and llush white florals melding into a light sandalwood and musk base. It is so comforting to wear! I love the jasmine! Also reminds me of Chanel Chance eau vive.

Fresh and dewy, a lovely light spring fragrance. Definitely one of those scents that is blended as to be minimally offensive, so a safe office perfume in a lot of settings. Starts out with a tart blast of citrus and fresh jasmine that is almost alarming, but quiets down to a nice musky jasmine-peony-wood-musk scent that is pretty and... basic. Not in a pejorative way, just in a pretty perfume that is just there kind of way. To me it isn't a signature or something I would need more of if I ran out, but it is soft and sunny without being too sweet or too fruity. Not every fragrance needs to scream its presence and throw elbows so people notice. Sometimes just smelling nice is enough. It isn't groundbreaking, but it is an easy, clean-smelling freshie to spritz on when you need a little palate cleanser.

I find it very interesting that the creators of the fragrance describe it with such words as "adventure and passion". To me it's nothing like that but a very pleasant and feminine, airy and fresh scent that suits about any woman. Wearing this is pretty much the same feeling as nuzzling up to a comfortable and supersoft blanket in a winter day; it is cosy and wonderful.

I finished a 1ml sample of this fragrance. Here is my thought. I like it, it smells pleasant but its nothing extraordinary. I smell almond and lime (slight burberry brit feel but not quite) even tho i don't see the notes listed. This doesn't evoke any emotion/feel/class for me, thus to me, this is just another good smelling perfume. Nothing more.

Scent-wise, it's a nice, pleasant, generic designer fruity floral. There's not much I can say, as there isn't really anything that sets it apart. While it's a safe blind buy, I don't know if it's really worth it due to poor performance. This sits right on top of my skin and wears off in about 30-60 minutes.

A simple, fresh everyday summer scent you can wear to work or when you don't want to offend anyone around you with your perfume. I get mostly citrus with peony and some green notes. I don't love it but I don't hate it either. I wouldn't buy this for myself but I would use it if someone gave it to me.

A fruity and fresh jasmine. Very pleasant! A good choice for spring and summer. Not very original, but very well crafted. I think it is much better than the first Wonderlust. I recommend it for those looking for a fresh ( but not aggressive citrusy) fragrance and for fans of fresh jasmines.

A very pleasant and wearable summer scent. The dry down on my wrist reminds me a lot of Elvie by Oriflame.

I bought a purse spray of this fragrance as one of three Wonderlust fragrances along with the EDP and Sublime. I love the Wonderlust EDP. Eau Fresh smells nothing like it. It’s a burst of pomelo and bergamot at the opening—I detect no apple—and then fades to a citrusy jasmine. It becomes a skin scent—and barely one at that—in under 15 minutes. It lasts a little longer on clothes. I’m 30 minutes in and I can still smell it on my scarf but I can’t detect it on my wrists at all. It’s intimate at this point. Very pretty and refreshing, but not FBW because of the lack of longevity and silage. I’ll throw it in my purse this summer and refresh throughout the day.

I can detect the apple, lily, and lime. i don't know what pomelo smells like but this is a very soft and pleasant floral. Yes it's a bit generic but it's a good scent, i have no complain. It's fresh, soft, a bit floral, not too much or too harsh/sharp/sweet/feminine. Overall, a safe blind buy. if you like fresh, soft, light, floral, not too sweet or feminine, go for it.

This has the original DNA but it is toned down (thank god!) It is fresher and more tolerable than the original but nothing worth buying. I get lots of peony, lily of the valley w/ a slight green apple and citrus vibe combined w/ a very toned down DNA of the original. If you like the original but find it to overpowering give this flanker a try.

The opening is citrus and lily-of-the-valley, with a bit of jasmine in the background. The projection is moderate soft, then after 1-2 hours it gets woodier and softer. After 4-5 hours the smell is really faint, the performance doesn't specifically wow me. I would reapply once after 4-5 hours for a final boost. I didn't found it sharp, it's well blended, not a bad perfume overall. I prefer Wonderlust Eau Fresh EDT over the EDP, too harsh for my taste. I will finish my EDT sample easily when I feel for a fresh soft citrus white floral fragrance, but I don't see myself buying it.

This is one of those fragrances that smells like pencil shavings on me. Very generic, can’t really pick out any notes. Meh.

Smelled nice OOB but on my skin it went blech. It has a sharpness like Versace Bright Crystal Absolu.

I do not know what pomelo smells like. What this fragrance smells to me in the opening and for a longtime is pineapple and maybe apple. I cannot smell much of the other notes, It is quite a weak fragrance. Staying power is very poor.. I do not particularly enjoy this type of fragrance.

Wonderlust and Wonderlust Fresh are very different perfumes to my nose. Wonderlust Fresh is much closer to ... lets say ... Byredo Blanche and Moschino Toy 2 than to the original Wonderlust. Very close also, to Replica's Bubble Bath, but it's muskier and softer and the light citric vibes are lacking in favor of raw/fresh/green coconut juice there. Tweaking the og Wonderlust into Wonderlust Fresh would be a longer shot, if at all possible to imagine, since Wonderlust is mostly white floral - much in the vein of Good Girl Gone Bad. I really like Wonderlust Fresh, and often contemplate on purchasing a bottle. It's a beautiful slightly bitter citrus with a bit of a zesty kick. What stopped me time and time again is that my husband is not so fond of green apple notes, with the exception of Aqua Kenzo Fresh (not in the fragarntica database here, but really good too if the thought of fragrant tart green apples on steroids uplifts you). Other apples that I exposed him to, like Chanel Chance Tendre, DKNY Delicious, Zara Twilight, Adidas Pure Lightness, Creed Silver Mountain, Hugo Boss etc ... taught me that I have to be careful with this note. The pomelo in Wonderlust Fresh, though, blends with the apple and the musky florals so beautifully, creating a lightweight, clean, feminine scent, which can be worn anytime anywhere in the warmer months of the year. It's casually elegant and can help you feel put together and radiant at the office, on the weekend and even at the gym. It is a great quality casual pomelo centered scent that doesn't lose balance or go bad (like most in this category). If I’m to choose one perfume that it reminds me of the most - it is Girl in Capri by Lanvin (especially in the drydown - as here you have the pomelo and there it’s the grapefruit that leave a similar bitter waxy essential oil touch to it). I’m not a fan of sour fragrances (like some fruity florals can be). And the two last mentioned perfumes are a great fresh choice with regards to this. MMM Replica Bubble Bath is a much more expensive alternative, and works in colder weather better than this freshie.

Wonderlust Eau Fresh by Michael Kors isn't anything like the original Wonderlust. The original was a soapy, somewhat sweet almond scent, whereas Wonderlust Eau Fresh is crisp, citrusy and refreshing. I like them both equally. As an Australian, I understand the importance of owning a fragrance that can withstand hot temperatures, that will keep you smelling fresh for the entirety of the day. Wonderlust Eau Fresh is a perfect Summer scent, with just the right amount of sparkle to captivate the senses. The opening is a playful blend of pomelo, bergamot, apple and lily of the valley. The citrusy and fruity aspects of this fragrance are thankfully not sour, tending to be more watery and juicy on my skin. Wonderlust Eau Fresh settles into a pleasant and inoffensive blend of citrus, white florals, white musk and sandalwood. I don't tend to gravitate towards Summer scents very often, but this is one Summer flanker I have found myself reaching for every time I visit my local department store. As is to be expected from a citrus-based, light-wearing fragrance, Wonderlust Eau Fresh doesn't last particularly well on the skin. Sadly I only managed a mere four hours of a light projecting fragrance on my first two testings on both card and skin. I would recommend skipping Wonderlust Sensual Embrace as the flanker that came before this pretty little Summer release and venturing into trying Wonderlust EDP and Wonderlust Eau Fresh to see which fragrance works best for you and the climate you live in.

Smells like the original plus freesia. Sort of a mall scent/hairspray vibe over pink girly floral. Not bad in any way, but something I will never wear. Ever. It's just so sweet on me and then that hairspray note comes in and makes it synthetic and chemical. Nah.

i think this is the best line from michael kors........i love all the wonderlust perfumes especially this one..........its what it name says "fresh".........its light & fresh & very easy to wear !! its a go to perfume for me :)

I got this from my mom as a christmas gift. I mean.....it's nice... Fresh, summer scent. Nothing special at all. I might give it back to her, i have to try to wear this more.

This one is a lovely fresh and sophisti ated fragrance really feminine and uplifting but strictly for spring and summer,too bright for winter
