Sangria+Saffron

this is a very pleasant surprise of a perfume. i'm the gourmand lover type that isn't usually a fan of florals so this isn't something i would seek on my own based on its notes. however, exactly like a previous commentor stated, smelling this on a whim in a perfume store was all i needed to have it locked into my brain. when i smell this perfume, i think of a wistful, eventful summer evening. you pluck fresh, sweet fruit from your bowl as you rock back and forth in a warm hammock. fireflies swirl around the glow of the lantern illuminating your porch. you're looking out at the orange and pink sunset in front of you, admiring the dotted clouds as you're reliving the excitement of the adventure from earlier that day. this is exactly what this fragrance smells like. on my skin oranges, raspberries, and saffron are twirling together in unison with a dash of sparkling rosewater to keep everything light and fresh. it stays on my skin for a while and ive gotten compliments while wearing it (which is rare for me- i typically don't get perfume related compliments unfortunately!) but this beauty does the trick. i implore everyone to give this perfume a try!

So my newest blind buy! The berry note was stronger than I anticipated. But not a criticism just surprised. Delightfully different. Unique from anything else . Well, it has that saffron note on top so you know what it is reminiscent of...I have a little of a one ounce left. I could always layer this with BR540 but for now I think I want to enjoy my S&S. As l wear it, I smell the citris note coming up. That is probably all I will get today. I find that most people only identify 3 notes on an initial sniff, if they say more, they are being disingenuous. Now, perfect for fall, I am wearing it to brunch. I think first date worthy. I don't find it sexy but this is my first day I literally just got it about 10 it is 1230 now. Unisex but definitely female leaning. Daytime fragrance, safe for the office and church. I like very much. Unique from anything else l own even though l do have the Rose + Honey from the same house. Is it blind buy worthy? Yes, with the coupon it was 96 bucks for the 3.4 edp. I think it would add something to anyone's collection especially almost exclusively niche buyers like me.

I would have never tried this fragrance for myself had I consulted Fragrantica first. I don’t particularly care for rose or white flowers. I also would have thought that this would be too sweet for me due to the raspberry and apple notes; however, when the worker at the fragrance shop handed me the test strip, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this one. It IS sweet, but it’s offset by the warmth of the saffron and ambergris. I also feel that the saffron should be listed as a mid-note, as I smell it hours into wear. Husband thinks it’s sexy; I thinks it’s because of the saffron. Sillage is moderate. Longevity is moderate when sprayed on the skin and long-lasting when sprayed on clothing. I bought a full bottle and wore on date night.

This scent is absolutely luxurious, beautiful and just pure bliss! This is love and alluring elegance, classy sophistication in a bottle. It is basically a beautiful day! LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT! A million compliments. It's not your moms perfume nor is it a juvenile perfume, it is confidence, not bothered, the wind is softly blowing, quiet luxury perfume. It's that friend that has it all together; style, naturally beautiful, smart, humble and yet she is the kindest person you know! You will not be disappointed

I love LOVE love this fragrance! I am partial to super fruity scents and this one is fantastic. By far this is my most complimented scent out of an over 500 bottle collection. While I truly love more challenging fragrances, this one is highly accessible to most people and I feel like it makes a great gift for anyone who likes a fruity scent. I saw someone else refer to this as a “compliment magnet” and I think that is a perfect way to sum up this scent!
