Emily in Paris Je t'aime

I would not suggest this fragrance combination on a male, unless he wanted to smell feminine. It feels like a creamy caramel, milky warm drink. So yummy and the box kind of makes it look like it's going to be n older person's fragrance. My daughter is called Emily, so I did a $1 res "Blind Buy" when I showed it to my daughter she screwed up her nose at the box and said she didn't want to wear old ladies perfume lol so I was disappointed that she wasn't into it. She's 36 and I'm 58 but I just love this fragrance it is younger and playful with a sophistication that doesn't say ".mature" it says "elegant" it's a shame the packaging had such a negative effect. My daughter and I love fragrances, I used to sell high-end fragrances and make up in the 80s! Estee Lauder, Revlon, Elizabeth Arden, Shiseido, Yves Saint Laurent, Clinique, Chanel, Dior and other beautiful cosmetics. Dream job? Oh Yes!! When our testers reached 50% they were deemed unusable, so along with seriously amazing allocations each month, we got fragrance and make up, face care testers. So I introduced fragrances early in my kid's lives and now my 9 year old Granddaughter is a fragrance fan. She even likes my faves which is so cool 😎 I just love a well put together fragrance that evoked all those memories with one whiff. When my nose searches for it tomorrow it will be there to greet me. All in all a great "blind buy" fragrance.

This was a "Blind Buy" $1 reserve auction that I won for around $40 NZD (around $24 USD) I got it because my Daughter's name is Emily. I'm going to get the "Heartfelt" for her as they are more her fave notes. What delightful fragrance! From my first whiff I was sold. I love the balance of the notes especially the Gardenia and Rose. It's harmonious and not jarring or over powering. I'm so happy I bought it. I noticed it's quite pricey so I got it for a steal really. Just love how it makes me feel. My partner doesn't like it but to be honest I had just sprayed it, so that doesn't count :o) The bottle is so pretty, nice, heavy, and with a pretty bow. It might just make it to my top shelf, but I'll give it some time.

This is beautiful!!!! I think it is my favorite out of the collection. It is that perfect sweetness and floral and comfort notes. Lovely!

sweet and powdery but not in an annoying way. Still has a young feel to it too, but not completely juvenile. This is my 3rd favorite from the collection
