This smells medicinal and powdery and dirt like and a bit lethary fut its faint. I realize that may not sound nice but it's good if you like medicinal smells. It's interesting and different

Nose Note #122 Never had experience with leather fragrances before Tuscan Leather, and I found F. Fab to be somewhat in the same realm. I guess they made this leather note very similar. I also have a decant of Ombre Leather and it also kind of goes in the same direction, you can kind of pick out similarities. Despite the apparent consensus of the Fragrantica forum, I actually like it a bit better than Tuscan Leather at least. TL was more earthy and, as my wife said “smells like dunk”. TL is heavier and stronger, this one is tuned down. As for the smell. This time it's not dunk, not dark, it's mysterious, it’s kind of fruity in a weird way. As if someone put a plate of frozen spicy fruit salad that has been defrosted and frozen 10 times on top of a standard men’s fougere (like Azzaro Chrome) and added something that vaguely reminds of a leather jacket. This smell is in a way playful, but at the same time annoying, because you can’t make heads or tails of it and still have to acknowledge that it’s there for at least 2-3 hours. Then it becomes less noticeable and OK. Despite this critical remark, I could say that it’s just more pleasing and easy-going than TL. To put it in other words – you can blind-buy it more easily. I think it’s a all-year-round, day and night, but more night. Powdery and creamy? Well, maybe. Hence the unidentifiable nature of this fruit salad made into a creamy gooey thing that magically transformed into lavender. It’s smooth, yes. Overhyped? You bet. The problem is, I don’t think this scent is memorable, because it’s unclear, and I don’t think it will draw compliments. Can it give a headache? To some people – I can see that. OK longevity. Strong for 2-3 hours then it's a bit more than a skin scent for 6-8 hours. Problems with sillage. More male. Can't imagine it on a woman.
