Mouj Jubilee XXVI

Another amazing perfume to look into. Except please don't, and just let me know where they show up whenever they show up again, my bottle is almost empty. Sometimes layer it with my BR40 dupe when it is an ambroxan kind of night (rarely ever). Blended surprisingly well. Apparently someone bought the original and said the scent+performance is similar. I wouldn't know. I was so struck by the initial scent of the frag, and without even knowing whether I liked it or not, just had to get it because it made such an impression. That should be the test. The lady says it smells like chai. Grew on me day by day until it became my signature frag. Love it.

Nose Note #136 20 minutes in and it reminds me so much of Sauvage Elixir. So I rushed to comm section on Fragrantica to see if I'm getting something wrong here. To my amazement I found that I'm not the only one. I found at least three comments here saying they feel it the same So yes, to me it's practically Dior Sauvage Elixir maybe with some special balsamic touch, but the blackberry in the openning in Amouge is very special. Haven't seen that elsewhere. Too bad the blackberry doesn't last very long and it all ultimately falls into Sauvage Elixir. I wonder if François Demachy was actually inspired by Jubilation XXV when making SE.

I bought Mouj Jubilee first and loved it so much I bought Amouage Jubilation xxv. Surprisingly, the performance was similar and scent was similar. I actually perfer the $13 TJ maxx Mouj than the $200ish Amouage. Sold Amouage on Mercari and bought a second bottle of Mouj. This is an amazing gentleman fragrance.....yes $13🙌🏻

I was at TJ Maxx and saw the bottle sitting there and gave it a quick sniff, being drawn to the bottle design as an Amouage fanboy. Wow, is all I can say! If you already enjoy the jubilation, or Oud Wood DNA, than this is a no brainer pickup for the 15 bucks I found it for.

Another shit stain of a perfume to avoid. Completely putrid. Imagine pouring some vinegar over a very old couch or armchair, you know, the kind you find in ~90 year old people's homes. That is literally how this shit smells. I wouldn't take this even if it was given for free. Disregard any and all positive reviews about this perfume. They are 100% paid shills. I have 3 perfumes from this Mouj line and all were shit. Instead of wasting like ~$10 on each, I could've bought something around $30 that I could've actually used. After smelling this I went on youtube to check some reviews and see if my nose is retarded or not and some dude in some youtube review comment section literally said this: "It smells like the type of cologne that they'd spray on your dead grandfather in the casket". For fuck's sake bro. tl;dr: smells like a fucking dead grandpa
