I blind-bought a 100ml bottle of this from tk maxx for forty quid and I absolutely love it. It’s half sweet, sugary plums and half sharp wood. Can’t stop sniffing it- I love it. I’ve got a few miller harris scents and this is by far my favourite. Good silage and staying power too. I find MH scents are either beast mode (rose en noir) or instantly disappear (violet ida) but this one is a happy medium Very glad I got 100ml as I believe it’s discontinued

I never get asked about my perfume but with this I am. From friends to random people asking me what am I wearing. Even though I cannot smell it on myself after a couple of hours people notice and really love the smell. A subtle powdery floral with a woody hint.

Blind buy from tk maxx, and I love it. Having done theatrical make-up before I totally get this powdery make up, dusty theatre smell. Definitely worth buying while tk maxx has stock

To my nose very similar to Penhaligon Halfeti. Very linear though not dynamic like Halfeti, but I stick to this saved me spending £185 at Penhaligon. Successful blind buy

Went for this blind buy in the TK Maxx offer and was excited to try it. It's taken me a couple of days to figure out, I initially gave it away because the initial impression was of overbearing sweetness, it reminded me of the fragrances some high end conditioners have, sort of sticky and sickly and a little cloying, I hated it. But a few days later I was wearing a scarf I'd sprayed a little on, and it was gorgeous - still sweet, but more layers of wood and musk too. I'm a rose fan and honestly I don't get the rose out of this at all so I was disappointed, but I've really grown to like it. I had to take it back from the person I gave it to ha! It's a comforting adult sweetness, no fresh notes at all on me, definitely a winter and darkness scent. It's not fascinating or sexy in the way that I'd hoped, it's more cosy, but definitely lends some glamour to trudging about in the cold. Lesson learned to go sparingly with it. I'm interested to maybe layer it with something else rosy, it definitely brings some warm base staying power. On skin it does really last intimately, I'd sprayed my wrists with this and could still smell it after a quick shower. Last days on clothes and just gets better as the sweetness dies down and the dusty wood and subdued floral come through; all my winter coats are getting a dose!

Found a small bottle of Craft&Glamour on TkMaxx for a very good price and after checking out the notes online, I thought it sounded like something I would enjoy. Good news is that I don’t hate it and for the price I got it is ok, I will use my 10 ml bottle. I don’t know exactly what it is about it but it smells like an old and dusty, spicy rose to my nose. Rose, plums and pink pepper combined sounded so good in my mind but it doesn’t work magically as I would have expected. Besides the old fashioned rose smell, I detect fruitiness coming from the plums but no bergamot at all, some semi sweet vanilla smell from the mix of tonka beans and labdanumum and a very smooth cashmeran and sandalwood. This should be a scent that I should enjoy... The fragrance is strong and intense which I always appreciate but that old, musty rose kills it for me. It gets better as it gets towards the dry down and becomes more balanced, with the addition of patchouli and vanilla. For a fragrance released in 2019, Craft&Glamour smells old fashioned and vintage. Sorry for being so negative on this one. I will update this if I change my mind later on after wearing it a couple of times. Some fragrances do grow on me with wear!

In the U.K. this is widely available in TK Maxx for £40. Is it worth it? Yes. But be careful to only put it on clean skin- I layered it on top of scented body lotion (Delina) and all I got was a strong Smokey scent. Luckily I tried again on a clean patch of skin and got a really fruity plum, still slightly Smokey but also sweet and juicy. Actually reminds me of Tom Ford’s retired Plum Japonais more than Halfeti, the fruity plum note and slight Smokey quality is strong on my skin, shame there’s no cinnamon or it would be very much like it! Also seems very very similar to the limited edition Milton Brown Muddled plum, just from memory. Will have to compare all 3 at some point to see. Edit: not as boozy as muddled plum, not as plummy as Plum Japonais, and a smokier opening that they don’t have. But the drydown is where this one shines. Sandalwood gorgeousness. Edit 2 Quite similar to Adam Levine for women. Slightly more fruity, otherwise definitely the same sharp sort of scent for the opening and sandalwood-esque drydown. Very, very similar, more so than any of those I’ve listed above.

Surely Craft & Glamour was formed with Halfeti in mind, it's 90pc alike. So what does Halfeti smell like: an oriental woody leather - and a bold and serious perfume. This opens quite fresh and sweet before drying close to Halfeti after about an hour. The fresh/sweet accord still manages to waft around, keeping the experience overall lighter, more approachable, so a 'better' experience to my nose. The late drydown is quite powdery and very pleasant. Unisex. Full retail is £125 for 100ml, I've seen it selling for less than half that, where as @dajkm observes, Halfeti retails at an eye watering £185. 3/5

A collaboration with The Royal Opera House, exploring the contrasts of old and new, hard work and artistry. Opening is the fresh dusty smell of a west end theatre with the background of someone sitting nearby wearing a beautiful fragrance. The dry down is like a smooth long lasting Powered Halfeti.

Successful blind purchase! It is a beautiful dainty fragrance, it gives me soft fruity and powdery vibes but nothing headache inducing. I would say it is a day time fragrance.

An odd sort of fragrance. I can't help but be reminded of room spray and candles whenever I smell Miller Harris scents. They always have that airy, musky undertone... I really don't know who this fragrance is marketed towards or whether it was simply an exercise in trying to render a particular aroma, namely the smell of the Royal Opera House in London, or rather, an impressionistic rendering of the smell. Whilst the dusty velvet curtain smell of the theater might be interesting and not unpleasant, I am not sure I'd actually want to go round smelling like that. That said, there is no obvious theatricality to the fragrance - there is no smell of the greasepaint or outre facets. There is a distinct blast of chalkiness in the opening suggestive of dry dusty seats and props and a school blackboard. That subsides but remains as a faintly dusty backdrop. The main thing you are hit by is a soft plummy sweetness; I wouldn't describe it as overly sweet though; we're not talking La Vie est Belle here, but plum certainly has cloying potential and I can understand others finding it a bit sickly as it is the most dominant note. I'm not getting any patchouli or tonka at all and I can smell patch at 50 paces. Underneath the plum is the main dry, powdery accord, - not violet iris powder, more a dry woody powder - provided by the musk, sandalwood and ambroxan. It reminds me of something from way back but I can't put my finger on it. Ultimately, Craft & Glamour is dry and a bit sweet and not much more complicated than that. I expected a bit more fleshy 'Glamour' and a little less woodsy 'Craft'. Maybe a little bit of lipstick. Its not bad, its just not that great. I have to really love something to buy a bottle these days and it just lacks personality for me. I wouldn't blind buy it even at a massive discount.

@princesscoconut described it very well! I'd say this is the more "artistic" fragrance among all the (many) miller harris I tried. I love the varnish and resin effect, however on me it quickly turns into the most overpowering santal, so strong I cannot wear it... to be fair, I often find perfumes containing santal (e.g. santal blanc from Van Cleef & Arpels in particular) unbearably strong in the dry down, I still have not figured out why...

Like Gemapps this was a blind buy from tk maxx. However, I really dislike this on me. It engulfs me with a scent that is just cloying and sickly. One spray and I'm a headachey, nauseous state. I've tried multiple times to like this. Every. Damn. Time is makes me sick. Tempted to bin it.

Like others this was a cheapy blind buy from TKMaxx and it has worked well for me from that perspective - I find it quite unoffensive on me. It's very much a skin scent and I find it needs a good few spritzes to really be noticeable. I like plum scents but find it the opening doesn't last particularly long so it quickly becomes a sort of powdery, nothing sort of sense. "Nice" with both the positive and negative connotations of that word.

I work in theatre and can confirm that the hype is real - this is a startlingly good rendition of what it smells like backstage. Wood, varnish, resin, makeup, powder - it’s a full on olfactory backstage tour. Is this impressive? 100% yes. Is this what I want to smell like? Oh heck no....

Can't shake the sense that this is reminding me of Dita Von Teese - I'd have to rummage to do a direct comparison but I wonder if anyone else has that thought as well.

Patchouli and white chocolate as in Coromandel and Notorious but with a plummy opening.
