This was a amazing grab from a random discount shelf. Tested- sniffed strong galbanum- nice- moved to another shelf- enters verbena with sage and a bit of vetiver- turned around- enters cotton candy- grabbed a box and headed to the till. Haven't had such successful 5 min browsing in frag department ever. It's a very interesting green fragrance. Definite classic at first sniff that develops into this timeless yet unusually modern herbal mix of verbena-sage. Before sniffing this, I didn't even know I craved bitterness, yet now I find bitter-galbanum touch so addictive! On my feminine skin fluffy cotton candy (straight-up pure sugar note, no vanilla or tonka here) compliments the herbal mixture so incredibly well and slight saltiness from galbanum adds its balancing part. All together so well tempered, but unique. I'd say its a must sniff for all verbena-lovers, but must like also galbanum. Verbana is stronger than citruses btw... Very fresh, but multidimensional, and works so well in summer heat. Addictive dry-down also, with slightly warm sunbaked hay thats slightly sweet. Lasts really well, it has a cologney vibe, but performs like a proper classic EdP, full day.

My first impression after wearing a retail sample. very nice citrussy, a little zesty at times, i get some sweetness almost candy kind of sweetness like a lemon drop sweet but it's very subtle and doesn't turn the scent sweet at all. i get a slightly earth feel from this scent. also the scent easily lasts 8-10 hours on my skin with very good projection. The scent is definatly very classy scent and it is mildy soapy aswell. I can see my self wearing this in the cooler months and summer eavening since it is not the usual light fresh citruss. somthing is more heavy in this and has a slight dark feel to it. I have been looking for somthing like this for a while anyone who enjoyed the discontinued ADP cypresso di toscano should give this a try. It isn't the same and may note even have the same notes but it has that clean green slightly soapy feel. age range for me would be between 25-whoever wants to wear it.

This is a citrusy aromatic green fragrance. It opens very classic, as a citrus/verbena men fragrance. Then it goes through a clary sage and musk/soapy transition stage with juniper and a hint of spices which give this fragrance a vintage feel. The drydown is simply stunning with the citruses fading out and a beautiful hay-ish vetiver note that fades in, accompanied by a bitter galbanum. Soft projection and decent longevity. The top reminds me of Armani Eau pour Homme, and the base of Lauder for Men. Not a loud fragrance, but a fragrance that you know will be there, and on which one can rely on. A quiet force. In my book, this one leans definitley masculine. I love it, glad I managed to get my hands on a partial bottle. Spring/Fall days, 30+

Love this scent! This fragrance developes into something very uplifting and is almost cheerfully green with a stern and refreshing vetiver elegance. The citrus freshness is not at all dominant on my skin but for me the earthy, herbal, woodsy notes makes this a very apeling scent with both depth and warmth. I think I just might have have found a more female and wearable "Eau de Savage" and I did not even know I needed one...My very own vetiver scent! Lavished in freshness and understated style and class. Perfect cologne for a cheery feeling spring or summer day or why not for autumn. The staying power is enourmous on me! This is high quality stuff with a good bit of sillage too.

I’m still enjoying this discontinued curiosity: a super-lemony aromatic with menthol clary sage, dusty cardamom and coriander, sharp verbena, soapy bergamot, plenty of waxy juniper, a scratchy, grassy vetiver and cold galbanum. I love it though it's an acquired taste. It’s offbeat and not easily categorised — a spicy-citrus-aromatic-woody cologne? A chypre, as listed here? (That could be oakmoss in the base with the juniper, vetiver and hint of amber). All the elements seem to play their part though perhaps the lemon verbena, bergamot, clary sage and juniper are more dominant for me. It’s one I have to be in the mood for — sharp, vinegary, green and bright.
