Summer Sky

Just got this in the mail, and I love it ! At first it smells like lemon lollipops, but once it settles it reminds me of an old favorite ! Jlo Live Platinum, been looking for a scent just like it. They do have some similar notes though, so maybe not that surprising, but it wasn’t my intention buying this. I just like fresh scents. I feel like this can’t be oversprayed, that’s why I love the hairspray-like atomiser. Needs to be re-applied after a few hours, But I don’t really mind for the price <3 Edit: One month later it’s empty, this is so addictive. Will buy again soon along with She JYUK <3

Lovely fresh lemony perfume. Smells just like Dolce & Gabbana light blue at a fraction of the price

I don't own Light Blue, so my review is on Summer Sky only. Beautiful perfume. I can smell orange and orange peel. I can also smell it in the dry down, which I love so much. I can smell the bamboo note. I have bamboo in my garden and it smells exactly like that. So you have orange, orange peel and the green bamboo note. Love it. Very light musk and cedar in the base. It doesn't take away the lightness of the perfume. I love it. How beautiful. I didn't know what to expect as I have never smelled the original Light Blue. But I LOVE Summer Sky and I'm very happy with it. I got it for £4.20. This perfume is a light and fresh scent. Meaning that you should be fine spraying a bit more without annoying anyone around you. As it is so light, I would say it's more of a skin scent, but in a very good way. It's lovely and for only £4.20 it's easy to reapply.

I adore the sparkly orange note at the opening of Light Blue. Sadly, it doesn't last, and I don't find it here in Summer sky at all. It is, however, very true to the middle of the light blue journey, maybe just a tad sharper, but I am comparing one to the other, side by side. On its own I think Summer sky is a completely believable copy. Thankfully it doesn't seem to have that endless, dragging amber ending that Light Blue does. All in all, I prefer this, regardless of the difference in cost.

this reminds me of d&g light blue but I don't have it to compare side by side. I can however compare it to ghost eclipse which is like light blue... both fragrances are very similar but summer sky isent quite as sparklingly orangey. it is more soft. I love the pressurised spray which is great for those who wear a lot of perfume as you can liberally spray yourself and your clothes for a good long lasting fragrance
