Nose Note #844 To me this is basically a minty-eucalyptus perfume. One of a kind. It has this subtle gasoline accent. I also have a dupe of this - Le Bois Blanc (I'm not going to repeat myself here about Le Bois Blanc). To me this is purely refreshing and a all-year-round scent, but mostly warmer months. It's not crazy niche, but it definately has this niche touch. Feels very natural. The longevity on it is nothing impressive though, I would never call it "long-lasting", it's moderate at best. The biggest issue is the price. I can't call it "modern version of classic fougere" at all. This is a thing on its own. And definately not a "cheap synthetic car perfume". 8.3/10, the verdict is the same as with Le Bois Blanc: very easy to enjoy, super fresh

The genre here is a handsome 27 year old man in 1987 New York, dressing like Don Johnson in Miami Vice, living in a huge open plan warehouse with lots of pastels, greys and blacks, and hitting the gym in crisp white sportswear with his waterproof cassette walkman. Though more specifically this MIN fragrance is his gay grandson. A young, cool tech professional, with a huge east London flat, a chic fashion mullet, oversized Korean Juun.j outfits and sense of anachronistic niche 80s fragrances - of which this is one, though a beautifully crafted one no doubt. This dries down to a sweet nutmeg cedar for me with a soothing eucalyptus note. It’s smart, clean, professional, sexy and very cool.

Min Ny Coda; plum, cloves, eucalyptus. Texture I’ll say is, follow me on this, like a steamed towel at the barbershop. It’s not boozy, not mentholated but it’s warm & penetrating. The plum is bright, the cloves aren’t exotic or yankee candle but giving that coze (my noun for cozy lol) and that eucalyptus is positioned just where I want it as an eq mid range boost. Fbw for me oh also if you want areal world sample of this just revisit your childhood and buy some hubby bubbles pink bubblegum tape to smell, it’s1:1 to me hahaa

I tried a sample today in Dubai Festival Mall, and simply it is awesome, for me it is a fresh scent that I don't normally smell. I feel like I know the smell but yet it is unique by itself, however, it is a very expensive perfume, I would be happy if I could find another perfume that smell even close to this one.

In the first snif it is a nice fresh, sweet scent, plum and a 80ties scent, can't detect what exactly, a sweet perfume out of the 80ties.... After a while it turns more on the masculine side of the perfume spectrum; sweet masculine....not sexy but more the 'my best boyfriend 'perfume

If you had a chance to try L'Heure Verte By Kilian probably you won’t need to try this because they are the same thing, but better performance from coda

A woody / aromatic fragrance with a beautiful balsamic tone on the top. Super fragrance, very classy and unique, something of never smelt before! ♥️

Taking a shower in a wooden cabin in the middle of an eucalyptus forest. First thing coming to my mind is SHOWER-GEL... Opening is minty, aldehydic and slightly fruity. Uplifting, fresh, clean a little bit pungent and kind of laud. Very easy to like and very hard to impress... Presentation and price-tag does not match with the juice inside the bottle. Dry-down is more woody and ambery, quality synthetics and closer to the skin, something that you would not imagine after its bombastic opening. Performance it's not bad, but nothing crazy... Still I need to say that this is one of the few "freshies" that I can somehow enjoy (I am fond of eucalyptus nuances in perfumery). Note: the ones listing leather in here are not smelling the same fragrance I have in front of me. Uniqueness: medium Scent: 6.5/10 Performance: just above average Would I buy it: No (if you like minty-fresh perfumes and you find it at a considerable discount, this could be a go)

Mild sweet aldehyde... Soapy yes, floral bit, but big fruit with wooden water. The aldyhyde is giving a great kind of bubbly soapy sweet water with some woods. Very interesting take on sweet woody floral. It's not something made from the scratch as i THINK i sniffed something similar but it is quite interesting indeed and beautiful when it dry down. Beautiful.

If you took the strong white flowers out of Poison but kept the grape/plum note and some of the dark skankiness, you might have something similar to this. It's pleasant, juicy, and sophisticated enough to come across as not just another fruit cocktail. But is it worth $240? I don't think so.

I got a sample of this maybe in 2018 and 2019 because I absolutely loved it. I wore it several times and was considering a full bottle. I thought of it as such an unusual, pleasing, professional unisex fragrance. I'd never smelled anything quite like it. Very fresh in a weird way. I don't think the perfume changed, I think I changed. I put this perfume on today, and I just cannot with the aldehydes. The top note just kills you with aldehydes. It is indeed like "fresh laundry" but as if someone put way too much laundry detergent or fabric softener. I waited for something pleasant and there is a tiny bit of floral in there to make it a bit more pleasing and rounded. As it settles the musk comes through. It isn't particularly comforting, but it is still very interesting, bold, and chic. I still think this would be wildly popular for like, a beautiful gay man who is the boss at work in maybe publishing or design. He would wear it as he gives a presentation in front of 20 people in a conference room, then it would transition beautifully to an after dinner drink with another beautiful friend. Those days of conference rooms and a lovely drink, sadly, are not 2020. No one can smell that beautiful man -- he's trapped behind a Zoom. Someday maybe Coda will be the perfume of the moment! That moment is not now.

This is easily the most challenging fragrance I’ve tested so far. It turns very masculine on my skin instantly. The eucalyptus, mint, and licorice (not listed) at the beginning are nice, but then they’re drowned out by a rank cigarette smoke accord that comes in and out after about an hour of wear time. The nutmeg and cedar are good, but the cigarette smoke nearly blocks it out. The dry down is faintly sweet and herbal, but honestly it’s not enough for me to like it, let alone finish my sample.

Coda is a nice unisex scent with great versatility suitable for spring/summer, daytime. Smooth, well blended but generic scent with moderate sillage and moderate longevity but above the average. I was expecting a juicy natural plum because I love plum, but.. no. This is not for plum lovers. Dominant notes are eucalyptus, mint, plum, mild amber, nutmeg, mild patchouli and some florals.

Smell reminds me of babies vomit, and too sweet for my taste

Smells exactly like cheap synthetic car perfume. Just awful.
