My review of this scent is long overdue. Since I discovered Mirisanno, this was the third scent from him that I purchased (despite this being his first). Before it I had purchased Peach Fever and Blue Escape (Blue Escape Paradise releases tomorrow, his first flanker!). I've used this as an office scent every now and then for six months. Every time I do I feel its presence during the whole shift and then some. Estate is a great purchase for those who want a clean and floral scent. While being a bit leaning towards the female side - this scent is very well wearable by a confident man. When it comes to longevity and projection I'd say this sits in the whereabouts of being a beast. Great quality of materials, at a low cost. Mirisanno is worth checking out. You'll find at least one scent that fits your perfectly.

Estate quickly became my favorite from Mirisanno Parfums, I detect a hefty dose of orangle blosom which is clean and quite creamy. A green touch follows along with the scents lifespan and makes it more spring-coded. Ylang Ylang is a note which can become a hit or miss for me, because I can feel it becoming too lady-like, but if it is used as in Estate (to give it a hint of sweetness) it lightens up the scent instead. This one is for my clean classy lovers. I just ordered my bottle and for 70$ I really recommend Estate due to the quality/price ratio.

A real freshie! It opens with a powdery floral explosion and the drydown is powdery fresh. Very light to wear, like when skipping, it makes you happy.

I liked this fragrance. I really enjoy the opening which is kinda soapy but in a good way, I also really appreciate the citrus notes. This fragrance smells good from start to finish and both projects good and last long, however I will probably not buy the bottle when I have finished my sample. just because i feel like the fragrance does not fit me. There is something with the florals or what ever that, do not get me wrong doesnt smell bad, but it is just not my style. I would rather buy another summer fragrance for this price that I feel suits me better.

A fresh, floral perfume. The combination of orange blossom, ylang-ylang, and jasmine makes me think of lily of the valley. A lovely fragrance for spring and summer, though a bit too feminine for my taste.
