Almond Milk

If you’re seeking a comforting, easygoing almond fragrance with no frills, this is it. For the price point I expected Almond Milk to smell more harsh and synthetic, but it’s surprisingly smooth with 6-8 hour longevity. Don’t let the cotton note scare you off. I’m not typically a fan of “linen/fresh cotton” notes, but on me it comes across as a subtle clean muskiness. Won me compliments from a beloved. Sampled for a week and just ordered a full bottle because I adore it. Signature scent-worthy!

This is such a cozy scent. I can see myself reaching for this one when I want the world to slow down a little bit. The cotton note makes it fresh and uplifting while the sugar and almond give it almost a huggable quality. Even though it’s a gentle scent the longevity on my skin was impressive.

This maybe the most realistic almond scent I ever tried. The opening is nutty and super realistic. The drydown is milky and musky. The projection and longevity is amazing, so I would only do 3 sprays. Perfect for colder months!

This is very cute! When I first sprayed it, I immediately thought of White Rice, but this is sweeter and has a nutty almond throughout. White Rice was missing sweetness for me and was a bit scratchy, so I prefer this. It's powdery, musky, and clean with subtle gourmand facets - stays close to the skin and is very comforting. I've struggled with almond scents in the past, but this is so light that it's very pleasant. I don't get an intense artificial impression like some people seem to, but don't expect a photorealistic almond milk scent either. If starchy, musky skin scents are your vibe, you'll probably like this. 8/10.

Ooooh, this is yummy! It’s a sugary, nutty, yet clean composition. The notes are distinct, yet still tell a cohesive story. There’s even a subtle cherry nuance, likely coming from the almond, which adds a touch of fruitiness to the milkiness. The milk feels silky rather than heavy or creamy, blending seamlessly with the almond. It leans gourmand, but I wouldn’t call it fully edible because there’s a noticeable perfumey quality that elevates its simplicity. The initial spray is strong with moderate projection, while lasting about four hours on my skin. It’s cute, simple, and fun. Definitely one for almond lovers.

This scent is just "okay" to me. It is very lactonic and the almond is very faint. I found the lasting power very weak. Only after about 2 to 3 hours I found that it was gone already and I was unable to smell it at all. If you have other milk perfumes I feel that you can skip this one. It's just meh and doesn't really add anything. I initially thought it was something I wanted to purchase after spraying on paper but after spraying it on skin I really did not have a connection to it.

If you love White Rice d'annam and Taipei by One Day you're going to enjoy this! It's a little creamier thanks to the almond, though it doesn’t last quite as long or project as well as Taipei. I might be a bit biased because Taipei is one of my favorites, lol. It's a wonderful, more affordable choice and feels very cozy. Great for layering. For those who are still having the "Taipei smells like corn chips" issue lmao

Never smelt something so photorealistic. I’m convinced most people here never actually smelled almond milk.. it’s literally THAT. Opens up intensely and exclusively almond milk. Like almond milk thats been sitting on your desk all day- not straight out of the fridge. Gradually becomes a little more flowery on me. I didn’t think I would like this one but she’s different and I do.

in my search for the perfect almond scent i bought a sample of this. in the first couple minutes it smells heavily of baby powder and then it turns into something very sweet and familiar. nothing about it screams almond to me, but i do get the vanilla and sugar notes. i won't be purchasing a full bottle of this but it's not offensive in the least.

The opening is very synthetic and not good... but the dry down after about five minutes is great. It’s sweet and a little clean w a clear almond note but not synthetic. Smells like a warm cup of almond milk with a sweet cold foam at the top on some cashmere blankets.

Unfortunately I was expecting something a little more edible sweet gourmond based on other reviews. It smells like clean newborn skin, very powdery baby oil pretty much. I don't dislike powder in perfumes, but the powderiness is so strong I sneezed multiple times even after hours of dry down. Theres a creamy vanilla somewhere under the baby smell, and barely detectable almond. It does smell really nice if you're into powder with some creamy vanilla, but it was just way too overwhelming and baby-like for me.

Simple, milky body lotion type scent that disappeared very quickly on my skin. It smells fine, but in my opinion there are more beautiful creamy almonds out there that will last longer than ten minutes.

The cotton flower note overpowers the rest of the fragrance for me. The almond is extremely faint, as is the vanilla and the sugar that was mention. It smells as though someone made an almond. Soap and most of the fragrance oil was lost in the process. I can't really stress how much I am disappointed by this fragrance. As I was expecting a creamy almond perfume.Instead, I was met by a very clean shampoo fragrance. For me, this is unwearable ninety eight percent of the time. If I was ever going to a meeting and wanted to smell fresh and clean with no character,I would wear this. But also to me, they're so many clean scents that are better than.

Sweet, a little milky, but not particularly nutty to me. I can smell the faintest almond but I mean FAINTEST. It's softly sweet, a little buttery, but it has this uncomfortable, sharp, headache inducing petroleum/balsamic edge? (I smelt it along with other scents so maybe it was the other fragrances interfering) Unfortunately, it leaves it unwearable to me :(

baby powder and lightly of... buttery popcorn? It's a soothing scent but not one worth spending money on. I got this hoping it would be a good alternative to Celestial Object since it doesn't last on my skin but it really doesn't come close. You could get the same scent from Aveeno lotion.

It reminds me slightly of mochiglow's Asian bakery perfume. It doesn't really smell like almond milk to me. Very doughy to me. Don't like it.

Smells like almond flavored makeup. Not in a horrible way, but the powder facet is very cosmetic and loud.

I really like this. I received decants of Almond Milk and In Dreams and Fairytales Vanilla by Sorce, expecting them to have a similar vibe. And they kinda do, only there's something giving a sort of angular texture in the Sorce -- I get that in Black Tie as well. It's sort of diffusive and hovers around the beautiful vanilla. So the jury's out on that one. I find Almond Milk more interesting, it's not full on sweet, the (very realistic) almond note stops it from wandering into cloying territory. There's a rich, lotion-like quality underneath the almond and yes -- I can see why people are reading something in here as rice. What I actually believe it to be is some type of sandalwood molecule -- the same kind found in Dirty Rice and Taipei. The quintessential rice perfume to me is Kenzo Amour, it has a rice steam note. That's not what I'm getting here (although it shares the same languorous feel, that quiet and comforting stillness). It's definitely something like sandalwood. While not massively complex, it doesn't need to be. It's a perfume for easy moments and comfort. It doesn't exactly smell the same, but it's in the same family as JHAG's Sunny Side Up to me. Milky, creamy, sandalwoody. With a very recognizable almond tying it all together and a hint of something I can only describe as "clean" — I’m guessing that’s the cotton flower. Very nice.

It does have a buttery popcorn / straight butter note. However I love that, so its a win for me. It reminds me of a more soft/powdery Fresh Cream by Philosophy as opposed to putty which I pick up on in that (and also still love). It layers really beautifully with a lot of things. Pretty, sheer musk underlining everything. I agree it reminds me of White Rice. I ended up buying it recently to layer with other gourmands. Sometimes you pick up an almond perfume and its just a single note marzipan sugar bomb. This is NOT that. More musk and milk.

Rice and Mochi Milk by d’Annan: sweet milky rice but with added baby oil. I wanted to smell almond but unfortunately it’s more of a milky rice scent on me.

Definitely agree that it opens up as dannam white rice. Pretty, lactonic, sweet, buttery and powdery.
