Eyes On Me

As I figured it would be, this fragrance has been discontinued along with its sister scents. I’ve been wearing this periodically for a few months now and I really only got it because I was curious about the macaron note, but on my skin the rose pulls more than anything. The raspberry and macaron are still apparent, but (thankfully) I don’t get any benzoin. Fully dried it smells like rose soaps and pool water, which I find charming. It leans watery in character so I’m surprised there aren’t any watery notes or aquatic accords listed. Weird. Anyway, I purchased a 1.7 oz tester bottle from Jomashop on sale for around $15, and I like it well enough, it’s playful and inoffensive. I really love the presentation, the gold lettering/detailing on the bottle and pink liquid are really cute, plus I love how it looks next to all of my other little products lol. That said, I don’t know if I’d repurchase even had it not been discontinued. I like that it’s girly and lighthearted, but it sort of lacks character outside of being cute and because of that I think it’s a bit expensive for what it is. I think I would like it much more if it had some airy/aliphatic aldehydes incorporated in or maybe a white flower like gardenia or lily of the valley. I’m not too big on rose forward scents, but when I am in the mood for something rosy, I prefer less sweetness and a bit more refinement, like Little Flower by Régime des Fleurs for example. Eyes On Me is more in line with the rose jam collection from Lush. This fragrance is nice but it’s not remarkable. With a name like that, you’d think it’d be a show stopper, but it’s not, which is perfectly fine by me, as I think of perfume as more of an intimate enjoyment than a lure. Still, if you’re looking for something that commands attention, this one, despite its name, is not that type of scent.

I've been waiting a long time for this fragrance to become available in the US. Finally got it from the Miu Miu US site. This is a sweet, raspberry rose fragrance. Very light and feminine. It's not unique. It will do well in hot weather since it's not too heavy.

Blind buy as could only find it on a miu miu website. Was hoping for a more sweet macaroon smell but it really reminds me of guerlain rosa pop which I already have. Lucky I like rosa pop but it is not quite the gourmand I was hoping for

This one is the one of the line that I want to try, as it looks the most unique.
