Elixir de Musc

I've recently received samples of all Mizensir fragrances; Elixir de Musc is the third of my tested list; This house is not disappointing (different from some 'trendy' and recommended ones which their fragrance palettes are less fortuitous): the notes blending are amazingly sophisticated and elegant. When l applied Elixir de Musc on my skin l got an OH scent which at first it was strong and almost obtruded other notes; but quickly it evaporated and then the fragrance starts to get in balance and l could enjoy the subtle mixing of the scents in it.

Gorgeous ! I feel like my freshest, cleanest best self without smelling like a shower gel. Worn in high heat I kept getting little hits of this today. In the same vein (family) as Iris Poudree, Musc Shamal (without the sparkly aldehydes) and TF Musk Pure. Leans femme.

BEAUTIFULL!!! extremely feminine scent. Elegant and soft. If you like the discontinued "Essence " de Narciso Rodriguez you will love Elixir de Musc because they are almost the same scent.

I love this. . . one of my favorite musks. It smells like l'oreal riche colour lipsticks to me. . . softly floral + musky

I am not a huge fan of musk, but this is really pretty. Very feminine (to me), soft, present but not intrusive, and suitable for any occasion. I really like it, but not enough to buy a full bottle because it is expensive. But I will certainly enjoy my sample.

Powdery iris and clean musk, it's giving high end baby powder. A minimal skin scent which is savoury smells like a barely fragranced body cream. Soapy but with a touch of saltiness, in the same world as Diptyque's Fleur de Peau.

Beautiful powdery, very clean musk, with amber and very subtle hints of iris. Made me think of Blessed Baraka, with more musk and less amber.

Somewhere halfway between palatine and comete. Absolutely beautiful and I have to give bonus points for a remarkable tenacity on fabric. If you want to just smell straight up beautiful this is giving you a whole lot for your moneys worth. Wouldn’t wear myself as it’s feminine but wouldn’t hesitate to buy it for my wife. This is just traditional perfumery done right with no extra pretenses. Bravo to Morillas for hitting it out of the park once again

This is your skin but better kind of a scent, musk that is super gentle and soft, heliotrope, iris and very faint soft touch of Amber. Its very soft slightly powdery fragrance that smells very close to skin, as i said your skin but better. The closest fragrance I can think of is similar but a less powdery and doesnt have heliotrope note but leans same direction is Muglers Over the Musk but Elixir de Musk is more feminine. Its very lovely.

At first I didn't get it - I smelled nothing. But then after a few minutes I realised how gorgeous this is. A fresh, clean heliotrope with a fresh air feel - like mountain air somehow if that makes sense, it smells crisp. Powdery and soft, with a little vanilla. Like it!

It opens with iris and heliotrope, a slightly green floral vibe. After 3 hours, it's your familiar clean musk. I personally do not see myself buying a full bottle because there are many other alternatives in the market for a fraction of the price.

It's a light woodsy musc. Unisex. I prefer more feminine scents, for comparison Prada Candy Kiss is the perfect musc for me but Elixir de Musc is a fine fragrance that would make a safe blind buy or gift if avoiding sweetness is preferable.

It’s the typical generic, powdery, vanillic heliotrope with a bit of musk and amber. The smell is nothing earth shattering and has been done before. It’s unisex but more suitable for women.

Powder powder powder and loads of smooth powder. I LOVE THIS!
