Oh this is gorgeous! It's different and familiar at the same time. I've been smelling and playing with my sample for 2 days and I can't really put into words how I feel or what I get out of it. Definitely worth sampling and trying! It's an Iris for sure but with an added crispness (perhaps the aldehydes?) & a creamy fruity, rich, leathery dry down. As of now, it has major potential of being full bottle worthy. If you love trying Iris scents, get your nose on this! 😄 Edit: ok don't kill me for the comparison but I'm getting a combination of BR540 & Tuscan Leather with an Iris opening. I could be totally off but yeah. Maybe spirito fiorentino,too? Gee!😅

It’s an interesting scent. This is my initial impression I’m getting from the blotter but I’d love to see how it will act on my skin. I feel a hash leather mixed with amberwood right off the start, but it gently blends with iris and aldehydes, so it’s still quite heavy, but I hope that on my skin it will be a bit more airy. Reminds me of raspberry sudocream with floral scents. Its actually quite pleasing however projection for me isn't great at all. It's a unique smell but not a lot of people will enjoy. It's one of those fragrances that you like one day and hate the other. Overall ngl pretty mid for 200 pounds Edit-the dry down is leather prominent btw

I have to respectfully disagree with some of the previous reviewers. This isn't unique at all. This is basically a lighter blended version of Initio's Oud for Greatness. I think of this as a warmer weather flanker. It is beautifully blended with an attractive yet familiar scent but I won't be buying again as it lasts 5 hours and doesn't do anything that I can't do with spraying OFG less. It's also named incorrectly as there isn't any leather so I just don't understand the reasoning behind this being made. No disrespect to the house or perfumer, as I can smell the quality, but for me it's a mid level effort.

So bizarre that this is named Legend Leather. It doesn't smell like leather to me at all. This, to me, is a sweet fruity iris fragrance with some spiced woods and an aggressively cloying set of base notes. Should have been called Legend Iris or Legend Raspberry. Not a fan of this style...

It smells good for the first 10 minutes, and then the shaving-foam theme comes out, and it becomes completely masculine. It's just another boring fragrance, I would classify it as an average male luxe perfume

Only a legend like Alberto Morillas can take a typical fougere structure and twist it into sugary leather bliss—all without using leather. Incredible. I'm not usually a fan of the shaving cream fougere profile but somehow it contrasts beautifully with the saffron/ethyl matol combo. I absolutely love the opening...a supple smoky suede that reminded me of the molecule suederol. The combo of aldehydes, powdery iris note (Alberto's favorite material it seems) and saffron all harmonize to create the illusion of a sexy vintage Mercedes. Then there's the technical genius: it's diffusive, but not overwhelming. Persistent but not annoying. Lasts for hours but doesn't overstay its welcome. My one issue is the dry down, it becomes more barbershop soapy than I want. But a small price to pay for such an innovative and—yes, legendary—blend. This is why you're a master, monsieur Morillas.

I had almost the opposite experience of the reviewer before me. I've been wanting to try this line for a while (after I found out Alberto Morillas is their perfumer). I sprayed this on at Harvey Nichols, and I thought that the sweetness was a little too much for me, so I had put it down as yet another 'meh' (annoyingly I've become very hard to please lately fragrance wise). I let it settle, and two hours later I cannot stop smelling my wrist. The fruitiness is so addictive. It's dried down into a very classy, addictive aroma. Further testing is needed but it's a definite full bottle contender right now. As well as in fall/winter I could even see it working well on spring/summer nights.

**Update: Gave it to my brother a non-fraghead: He loves it! And received many compliments. This is the Alberto way, his brand is not for the niche snobs, is for people that want to smell good and use fragrance as a fun accessory. Not leathery at all... It won’t offend anyone, very appealing, not loud and good for the office. It has a sharp woodiness, combined with too much BR540 sweetness (IMO) that makes it a little annoying for me. The first 2 hours are fun and interesting, after that it barely projects but still lasts forever. Still a good fragrance, interesting take on the Oud For Greatness genre. I just don’t like this genre.

This perfume is a legend from a legendary perfumer who knows how to make you buy it because it is innovative, new, and unique. There is art in the bottle and I will tell you that aldehyde played a big role in this perfume we always hear that this component is feminine, but in this perfume, it is masculine par excellence and makes the components attractive and of high purity. This perfume is for all times and is excellent on all levels and at any time. I bought it and I did not regret it and it made me happy and I think that everyone will like it and it will become an icon. Thank you Alberto morillas, you are always genius. 10/10

Well, here is some magic done. So far sample only, but it's gorgeous. I am getting a bit of Falcon Leather but in fresh way. It's hard to describe. It's like leather jacket which was just put out from washing machine with raspberry jam forgotten in the pockets. Very elegant and kind of posh. Definitely unisex. Mr. Morillas is genius, hats down.

I can't get past Saffron/raspberry, it's a very middle eastern accord that yes does smell chic and strong and very exclusive special perfume but I personally don't gravitate towards that. Saffron often gives me impression of leather and I think this is what they've tried here.

fantastic light leather perfume which is not close to any frequent perfume and for those who are saying that It is similar to Haltane from PDM there is a hint but it's defiantly a new version and an upgraded one and I love this way more than PDM.

Legend Leather is For Your Love with leather (saffron) instead of amber. It has the exact same raspberry musk, just replace the creamy, powdery amber with a gorgeous, soft suede. Ladies, don’t be scared of this one. It is beautiful & addictive!

Might be the best modern take on leather I have smelled. The raspberry adds a very inviting sweetness that round out the whole composition and prevents it from getting too linear and heavy like a lot of leathers do.

This is intriguing. A leather fragrance without a leather note, like an olfactive memory. Very interesting.
