I used to think I did not like powder, but lately I’ve been exploring Iris fragrances that are known for being powdery and to my surprise I’ve liked most of them. I think that I might not like something else in certain fragrances that smell like being hit in the face with a huge powder puff. Perhaps I’m mistaking certain cakey aroma chemicals or too much aldehyde causing a suffocating powdery vintage feeling. Or maybe it’s the combination of orris powder and aldehydes? Idk But, this fragrance is soooooo goood. I can’t keep my nose off my wrist. It’s exquisitely smooth, earthy like a root, the perfect blend of sweetness, powder, and vanilla. I’m hooked. Honestly this powdery iris feels gentle, lotion like, and soothing. It’s like a slightly citrusy cream. I’m finding that iris has an innocent, tender, yet sophisticated personality. It has a longevity of about 6 hours. I wish I could just fork out tons of money and buy about 5 more fragrances from this house.

ah, love that one a lot! I don't know in which country baby wipes smell like this, but I haven't been in any of these countries obviously (and I have been in a few). To me this smells like the much refined version of Prada L'Infusion Iris' - but sooo much better. It has a very slight powdery, almost champagnelike note in it, and something wonderfully green and herby too. Also less of the sweetness of the Prada which after a while always annoyed me a bit. For me the name 'Luxury' is well chosen... It smells green, fresh, powdery, iris and violet powder and just a hint of tonka and vanilla in the base. It's not a typical modern feminine perfume as in super sweet and cutie and girly and pink etc, it's elegant, fresh, powdery and green and grown up and it does smell expensive. After using two samples I did buy the 100ml and meanwhile love this as an everyday-go to-scent as it never bothers or annoys me and always gives me a fresh and elegant feeling.

Luxury by Mizensir smells so refined, classy and elegantly powdery. It is such a delight to wear this! I am head over heels for this one. It kind of reminds me of Xerjoff Ibitira but Luxury smells slightly sweeter and a tinge more powdery. I love the iris in this one. It isn’t watery nor is it dry, it’s perfectly balanced and it plays well with the other florals. The vanilla is waaay in the background to lend a slight sweetness to this composition. Super refined and very much for a grown woman who is classy but not taking all of her life super seriously. She has her head on her shoulders but she also knows when to relax and take it easy... Absolutely beautiful and full Bottle worthy in my opinion!

Gets better with time. I’m a Mizensir fan, so I blind bought this based on the brand and the notes. I enjoyed the scent right away, but not as much as some of my other faves from the brand. I wore it a few times, then let it sit for a few weeks. When I wore it again, it was gorgeous! The powdery notes became warmer and slightly more resinous while the aldehydes continued to keep it light and sparkly. Now it’s an easy reach for me.

I don't think it smells similar to Infusion d'Iris. It's because that Luxury smells more powdery and less citrusy. Yes, it is resemble at the opening but, it becomes different after 10〜20mins. I personally would say that the similarity rate to IdI is 20%. I also found it similar to L'instant Magie by Guerlain and 1957 by Chanel a bit. It's feminine, effortlessly elegant, classy, and easy to wear.

The name Luxury is so fitting for this. I love to wear it right out of the shower. It makes me feel so feminine and clean. I don’t find it soapy at all, rather sensual and musky with a slight sweetness. It’s such a perfect, easy scent when you want a soft, wear anywhere fragrance. Great for daytime or going to bed. Smells very high quality.

This is so beautiful. Mizensir creates some of the best powdery perfumes (Poudre D'or, Musc Eternal, Tres Chere). It is hard to pick up specific ingredients in this scent but the overall effect is just an extremely classy and expensive smelling powdery perfume. Pure class. 9/10 but could become even higher with more wears.

It's pleasant! Not sure about the name "Luxury" to me. It's giving CLEAN and comforting, but definitely fancy baby wipes. I DO love the smell of baby wipes though... In terms of notes: - I don't get a definite type of floral or citrus in here. There's a light, clean, feminine veil of "florals", but everything's too well-blended for me to pick a floral out. - I think to me the tonka bean and musk are standing out. - I love iris, but no iris to me. Is it a must-have? Sure, if you have spare cash. I DO like the smell. Baby wipes would do just fine, though. Very faint projection and poor longevity (on my skin at least), unfortunately. - I acquired Prada’s Infusion d’Iris EDP Absolue, and this smells incredibly like the Absolue! I prefer the Absolue personally, there’s less violet and more iris in that. This one is too sweet-violet for me personally.

Tart, heavy citrus orange blossom over ambroxan, a subtle vanillic sweetness, and a powerful musk. There's a mild soapiness to it and a soft powdery iris blending everything together. Mature feminine scent. Moderately soft projection for ~2hr, longevity 8-10hr. I don't think it smells especially like Prada Infusion d'Iris, but it does smell like something that might come from that line with the mildly soapy base "flavored" by a soft-spoken infusion of the chosen accord.

Makeup powder feel x bright citrus. It's makeupy, but fresh and clean. You know that heavenly smell of flipping through a magazine in the 90s - that kind of perfumey, makeupy amalgamation of all the scent strips combined? It's reminding me of that a bit. I think I'd go for something less citrusy in this genre of scents - I would prob go cozy over fresh, but it's just a lovely, springy, elegant, simple, sheer scent that feels feminine in the most classic way.

This perfume is a must for powder lovers Its hard to describe but its a bit of a sparkly scent, possibly due to some citrus notes. A defo crowd pleaser. Id recommend getting a sample of this first. Some others from this line are a safe blind buy but some are not. This one should not be a blind buy. I got my hands on a little scent library hence why i invested in a full bottle. I find myself picking up this perfume quite a lot. Love it!

- This smells so luxurious. Reminds me of Prada Iris. But this is more powdery. It smells like clean citrusy musk.

I get many compliments when I wear this perfume. People asking me what it is and it seems to have a massive silage on me. Plus it lasts the whole day. Not everything is for everybody. So if you really feel like you need to write badly about it, at least take the time and effort to write a real review and not just some “social media like” nonsense.

Mizensir’s Luxury opens with a fleeting citrus brightness that softens into a cloud of musky, powdery iris. As it settles, the notes blur together to smell like an expensive body lotion. It’s a creamy abstraction that delivers an elegant, skin-close scent experience. I can appreciate it but it’s not my cuppa.

Old-fashioned, 1940s retro vibe to me. My first impression was baby wipes. Powdery and long lasting. It’s not a blind buy and too expensive for what it is.

Hard pass. Bought a sample, which I sprayed and instantly didn’t like. Came back to it a few minutes later and was even more repulsed. The smell of violet is overpowering and nauseating to me. I’ve gotten a violet extract / essential oil gift and this was very reminiscent. Not a smell that I enjoy or would want to be down-wind of. I agree with the earlier comment about 1930s older woman. 0/10 for me.

My favorite notes but I do not like it. It has hard citrus opening, powdery iris and stinky musk. Dirty clean perfume that does not work with my skin and my perception. Other people like it on me and find the scent airy and clean.

It's a NO from me. If Luxury means smelling like an old lady who was born in the 1930's, then I will most graciously pass. I've tried my best with this brand, but the juice is just not in alignment with those beautiful bottles. Please purchase samples first, as I feel nothing from this house is blind buy safe or original, for that matter.

Sadly, it's a no for me. Luxury made me smell like an old lady. The iris is very reminiscent of a perfume my great-Aunt wore.

$200+ to smell like baby wipes? No thank you.

The name says it all—luxury. Iris has so many sides to it: sometimes it's powdery or starchy, other times it can be woody or carroty. This one amplifies the floral side of the flower, thanks to the orange blossom note. Overall, it's soft and glamorous with a nice dose of ionones/irones which give it that violet smell. Ambroxan and white musks keep it clean while also keeping the focus on the iris note. It's not as natural as Guerlain's Iris Pallida Extrait but it's very close to Chanel's La Pausa (which I love). In conclusion, I don't think it's bringing anything new to the table. But if you're into this brand and want an Iris scent, this will def make you happy. 4 hours in and it still has a presence, especially when a delicate suede note appears. Luxury indeed.

Sparkling and sour starts with bergamot and orange blossom. The iris I get is not woody but a lip balm type. I also have whiffs of heavy ambroxan, and musks that bring me back to creams, oils, but above all to Nivea. This on my skin. From a distance I take pleasant, semianosmic whiffs of vague sweetness. I get more benzoin and tonka from my nose than vanilla. This is put on a diet until the drydown which becomes darker, static but still citrusy, generic. Not luxurious. I can't get the Nivea hand cream out of my mind, in a very fresh, spicy and more citrusy version. The drydown is still straight and dusty like baby powder. Discreet aroma, more daytime, damn familiar, clean, simple. Proletarian. This did not convince me.

So I bought a discovery set of mizensir perfumes and luxury was one of them, I really like this one, clean and sophisticated, and a lot of reviewers said it smells like the prada infusion perfume, so I went yesterday and sampled the prada perfume. My 2 cents: they don’t smell the same, prada perfume smells as if it’s from the same family but luxury perfume is the refined, elegant and sophisticated version, you can smell the difference immediately, prada is the less sophisticated “ wannabe” version of this perfume, it’s less superior and has that “ commercial feel” to it if that makes sense. My verdict? Luxury perfume worth the splurge, at least for me, I’m gonna buy this one and skip the prada perfume.

This smells like my late grandmothers dressing table. A fragrance which allows you to transcend time and space. It has that powdery iris scent of yester year. The smell that you would only experience if you picked up one of those scented talcum powder puffs that ladies once had on their dressing table. Spray this and you will enjoy a third dimensional reality shift, transporting your conscious mind back to childhood as you once again explore the bottles and face powders of your grandmothers dressing table.

Ohhhh this is so nice but I am not sure whether to buy a bottle. It reminds me so much of Apres L'Ondee (which makes me so so happy, as I love that but it is so fleeting as an EDT). Very elegant and sensual, and fresher than some others in the line which makes it perfect for everyday use. I'm on the fence about adding it to my collection, as there are other irises available for cheaper. Beautiful though. Really loving this line.

Smells like a bar of Dove soap. Which I love. Maybe not very unique but done in a high quality way. Great for a signature scent or days when you just want to smell clean. I would love to own this but maybe not for the price. I'll keep an eye out for a deal.

I think this must be the loveliest fragrance I’ve experienced. It is so soothing, comforting, clean, and elegant. It feels like a hug, a soft blanket, and a cup of herbal tea. It doesn’t last all day but I don’t mind reapplying at all.

Now this, I love, but I love iris so I'm biased. This is a refined, elegant, fleeting, airy but strong perfume. I'm not big friends with ambroxan but the iris is so pretty, I can forgive its presence

I find it lovely. It's powdery, soft, perfume-y. I'm almost thinking to buy it. BUT I think it's not worth the price tag. It's very faint and does not project at all. A skin scent, but so expensive.

Upon first spray - Nivea. Literally. Then...reminds me of the most luxurious face cream. It’s a lovely scent of luxury body care. Prominent iris similar to Irisssss by Xerjoff. Very very good.

This smells exactly like that old school thick, white foamy shaving cream.
