Le Bois Glacé

Bought this at a duty free store when traveling back to the states from Italy, fantastic and simple vetiver dominant scent that is a touch spicy from the pink pepper and just a hint fruity from the bergamot. overall 9.5/10 and a current favorite in my collection.

Sampled this in Fenwicks and thought not really for me. Waited an hour and my mind changed completely, yes it's similar to Hermes but it's a good solid performer that feels fresh when I wear it. Highly recommended especially if you get a good deal

Very similar to Terre d'hermes edt & quite smooth dry down. Quality wise not bad and solid.

I discovered this in the U.K. and loved it (this is my favourite of the line) but didn’t buy it. I was hoping to find it in Canada but the man in the Moncler boutique explained that this luxury range of black bottles isn’t coming to Canada until 2024. So I’ve ordered it from the U.K. and family is brining it to me. I couldn’t find it in Spain or Portugal but it is in Europe just not the Americas yet. Update: I’m in spicy pink pepper bliss! It’s sooo spicy but serene and calming from the blonde wood base. It’s smells like freshly cut wood with a zesty green element but it’s not like Encre Noire as this is much more peppery. But this pepper is pink, so it has a Ta’if rose element and the wood is almost in a medicinal oud way, but the oud here is clinical and not barnyard/faecal/smoky. This is a great unisex pepper that very much reminds me of Thameen’s Noorolain Taif. I loved Noorolain Taif but this lasts much longer. There’s a slight Royal Oud by Creed resemblance but this is so much better as it’s cleaner and spicier. I love aromatic pepper fragrances and this lasts a long time on me and the scent even came through the arm of my sweater/jumper. A top quality, spicy pink pepper scent with zesty Ta’if rose and freshly cut blond woods. Highly recommend and an easy wear for all occasions/sexes as it’s clean, perky and vibrant with spicy high notes that soar and twinkle almost like aldehydes. It’s smells like a woody starburst (if that makes any sense).

Le Bois Glace is a solid pick as an easy reach fragrance for most seasons both day and night. It's unisex, but I feel it leans just slightly masculine. However, my wife wears it too and loves the overall scent profile. This one doesn't really do anything special or come across as unique, but rather does exactly what it is supposed to do with a little bit of class. It's safe, easy to wear and inoffensive.
