Sea Salt

I am truly delighted with this scent! It's marine/sea fresh without being a cliche man's freshie nor does it have any intense mineral muckiness, and no musk. (No coconuts, no suntan lotion, no fruity tropical vacation either) It's sea air, it's clean, salty with a hint of sweet aromatics, ethereal nuttiness and wood notes which I love. I live in a hot tropical climate and this is perfection. I respray whenever I need a refreshing pick me up which is often when the heat is high, and it's perfect. It puts a smile on my face and I find it relaxing. Even though it is an EDT there is some staying power...I'm finding it remains on my clothes the next day, and on the skin it dries down lightly, but in the heat that's fine with me. It does not smell "too masculine" to me, but is an easygoing unisex. Then again I'm not a frilly white flower scent girl either. I'm amazed with this as the price is extraordinary for this kind of quality (and by the way, no alcohol screechiness to put up with upon first spraying, which is huge for me!) and the packaging design is gorgeous and the bottle is very attractive. Perfect for a summer vacay or at home refreshment. So pleased I finally got my hands on this for summer!

I'm on a quest to find the ultimate, realistic marine fragrance that instantly transports me back to my childhood growing up in a seaside town. Endless days at the beach. So why not try this cheapie in it's charming bottle? I can say my quest hasn't ended. This salty scent is not bad (better than MM Sailing Day for instance, which I find terribly synthetic) but for me Sea Salt lacks nuance. It smells nice when it's airborne though, a lot better actually, so now I enjoy it as a luxury air freshener. Sits pretty in it's bottle on my shelf too. So overall, not bad for this price point but my quest continues!

It is exactly what it says on the tin. A very realistic marine fragrance, I swear I can smell the salt and seaweed too. I wonder how stupid one must be buying a perfume called "Sea salt" and expecting it to be something else. I am positive it will be great for layering. I did mix it with FK 724 today and I loved it. I am not a fan of sweet perfumes but I have few blind buys that will become wearable thanks to "Sea salt". I am greatly satisfied!

This is absolutely beautiful........for literally three minutes. But wow, what a great three minutes. Salty, salty sea breeze, suuuuuper fresh, just absolutely immaculate. Then 💨 gone.

Imagine being on a cliff, enveloped by a breeze from the sea. You got here by crossing a forest of fir trees, which is now behind you. It's a gray day, threatening rain, and you wrap yourself in your wool coat, burying your nose in the scarf. I purchased this little wonder directly from the manufacturer's website. I had never seen it in a perfume shop or in drugstores, and the comments below confirm that for quite some time, after its launch, it was difficult to find. It's a very light fragrance, so several sprays are needed. Once worn, in my opinion, it does not disappoint at all. It's a very fine and light aromatic scent, perfectly unisex. It's not a classic marine fragrance, like Rem, so don't expect the smell of seaweed, iodine, fish, etc. I find it similar to Jo Malone's Wood Sage and Sea Salt, and indeed, the perfume's name seems to give a clear hint in this direction. It may not be the perfume of a lifetime, okay, but it definitely smells like comfort and a sense of relaxation. I wear it while I'm working from home and also before going to bed. It's a comforting scent.

To my nose this smells very photorealistic, it's like my favourite camping spot, - walking through the trees and shrubs to get down to the beach for a swim. Great for summer and layering with other warm weather perfumes. I have to disagree with the writing on the box that promises "longer consistency" , it does'nt last long on my skin, but for the price I don't mind reapplying it.

I picked this up for $20 and honestly it has proved to be the most versatile fragrance for that price. It is amazing for layering. I wear it most nights going to bed, and a quick spritz before the gym and I feel like I smell fresh and clean. Great value, not very nuanced or the longest lasting fragrance, but it looks pretty and I like how it smells on my skin.

This is a classic beach scent. All the mineral qualities of sand, ocean,air and sunshine. I get a real earthiness to it. I paired it with Tommy Girl and it's a great fresh combo. I have smelt wood sage and sea salt and it almost smells identical for much less of a price.

On me this smells stale but works wonderfully on my husband so I'm happy. I get like an algae note while on my husband it is a nice mix of freshness, sweetness and salt. Great for guys. Very light but lasts 2-3h at least.

Mayhaps my expectations for this were simply too high, because I've been looking for a sea scent that i can afford for a while now, but a lot of the beachy scents are very tropical. This one isn't, which is very nice, but it's still a lot sweeter and smokier than i hoped it would be. There's a noticable and very pleasant salt note to it but it doesn't really translate into an ocean scent, maybe it's lacking a bit of cool freshness and/or fishiness for that

Not my style, but if you are someone that enjoys non-sweet jomalone fragrances, this is really good for the price value. It's very beachy, salty, summer day scent(or night) and marine notes are definitely predominant. It lasts more than six hours on me, and I find it really good to layer with sweeter scents.

To my nose this is very CK one, I can’t pick up on the salt whatsoever :(

Blind bought after seeing these reviews and I hate it :(. Too masculine for me and smells like a cheap male body spray. My boyfriend first said it smelt like the sea so that’s a plus? Just not for me.

This is the best scent of this profile i smelled in a long time. Currently I'm obbsesed, reminds me of something, something from my chilhood days, like my father used to smell like this, so so fine. Very big surprise. It is EDT and it lasts about 4 hours, I can actually smell it after 6 hours, mild but I can detect. According to comments about longevity and sillage I did not want to purchase this and I'm so glad I tested. I love it so much. Idk what expensive light watery parfume with no citrus in it lasts that long and has sillage like this. I'm glad there is not a citrusy note here, it gives a different kind of freshness. You should deffinitly try this first because the lasting power depends on skin ovbiously. On me it performs above average.

This is a very good aquatic perfume that is slightly marine in a mineralised way. It is clean, and cold and warm at the same time. It has coldness from the salty mineral sand notes and warmth from the woods. It is not like wood sage and sea salt. It is a contained, watery skin scent that does not roam into white flower, tropical, coconut or suntan lotion territories. It is like clean, warm salty skin- thats it. Beautiful and amazingly affordable. Good for anyone on any occasion.

Oh. My. This is not a Wood Sage&Sea Salt dupe. It is the very essence of how a marine bubble bath/soap/shower gel smelled in the 80ies, combined with a well blended white floral perfume with some ”can’t stop inhaling” quality. Ok, that might not sound amazing, but trust me - it is! I love this SO much, and did not expect that. Super beautiful bottle + packaging, just buy this one already to any lover of femme leaning blue fragrances!

I don't think it has been released generally yet. It isn't even available on their website to buy (though is there). They've probably just sent a load out for review. Better get a move on or it will be Autumn before they know it. I'm looking forward to this. I love a proper sea smelling scent.

Really interesting. It has that briny smell, kind of deep-sea-esque. I find it a bit raw smelling, and quite masculine, and not as 'fresh' as a lot of seasalt scents are - less 'blue' and more 'ultra deep waters' kind of marine. I swear I can smell a giant squid.

I have contacted them at the customer service in Venice, still waiting for a solution. Shipping charges from there would be $18 (ouch)

For me it smells soo "clean" . Really light scent, perfect for the spring and summer.

It's impossible to find Sea Salt anywhere. Does anyone know why ?
