Aoud Sense

Out of all things the first note that emerges is white wine (?) Followed by a sweet rose. The orange here is mostly replaced by fresh aquatic vetiver. The base is super warm and spicy, velvety and lush. A lot of pepper and potent oud. Just the way I like it. Definitely a unisex.

Such a sexy scent. Smooth, dark, and floral-ish in a rose kind of way. This is for a 1920's lounge. It's just.... It's just so nice! EDIT: This is becoming more citrus in an unpleasant way as the weather heats up. Cool weather seems to be best for this one.

I love this parfume, especially in the wintertime and i get a lot of compliments when i wear this one.

Smells like a generic chyprish synthetic floral with an overdose of iso-e and other synthetic woods. Brash and harsh are the only way I can describe this (and other Montales). "Oud" is such a misnomer. There is no detectable actual oud in this and other Montale "ouds". Clearly I'm not a big fan of Montale. It does, however, last through a shower.

What a bad bottle color choice. I always skipped this one when testing Montales thinking it’s full on rose-oud bit velvet and super feminine. It is not. Well I think it’s still feminine but leaning to unisex. I dont get much oud, but more dark roses with orange. I am not impressed, but can like it on a woman.

This one is horrible... please sample before you buy smells like pure cardboard, yes old wet thick cardboard 100% nothing else.

The usual Montale rose paired with a fresh and kind of sweet and creamy orange note. Smelled from a distance it's quite nice: a fresh, sweet rose with a woody backbone and pretty easy to wear. But up close, it's more harsh and I can really feel the synthetics. A simple fragrance that's just ok. There are other Montale that I enjoy more. Scent: 6/10 Longevity: 9/10 Projection: 7/10

Honestly, I didn't like any of the newer releases of Montale... This one screams synthetic, and feminine. I associated this smell with bad memories too, so I kinda hate it. I gave it away. Smells nothing like oud, and it seems that at this point, Montale is adding “aoud“ to every fragrance name for marketing reasons...

I get the idea of an unisex perfume, but it smells like men's fragrance. Beautiful, luxurious, but still - men's fragrance. No cardboard smell, at least not on me. I get oud, pepper, leather and some citrusy notes, blended really well. Try before buy!

If you want a cheaper version of the same scent just get Paco Rabanne Invictus. My husband used to wear Invictus, and when I tried Aoud Sense on my wrist, after 5mins i couldnt figure out why the scent is so familiar...
