Boise Fruite

Fresh, fruity with violets and especially citrus and some passionfruit(?), also some woods and vetiver. Very nice performance, sillage is surely 2m and longevity is out of this world, almost 24h. Nice summer scent of high quality, although it seems a bit generic, it certainly isn't. Give it some more kudos, it's very pleasant! 91

I bought it today, and I don't know why so many negative comments, this one is really good especially on the dry down. I can wait to rock this baby on summer nights. Yes people are different and have different taste, but I definetly enjoy it.

I absolutely love it! After reading all those negative reviews i did not want to buy it even thought i had a sample and i liked it,but i went ahead and purchased it. I was not disappointed. I love it!

Beautiful fragrance and lasts over 4 hours on me then it sits close and becomes a more intermate scent. I have a 90ml bottle with approximately 80ml left in it for sale. Pm me if interested.....

I will never understand the hate for Montale. This is a spring summer banger. Similar to SMW, but without musk, just freshness. For what it is, it's perfect! 8.5/10

I really like it and I do smell it real salty and metallic. Not very special (it actually reminds me of One summer 2010 from Calvin Klein) but I like wearing it.

Thats right! It is hit or miss, for me Big hit which made this scent my signature scent.

Tried this at a Montale kiosk in a mall in the Middle East. Of all the Montale offerings that I tried in a very short period, this one was my favorite. It does smell harsh but that is how I felt all the Montale fragrances I tried were but that might be what helps the fragrance to keep such good longevity and sillage. This fragrance reminds me of Creed Silver Mountain Water mixed with the base and maybe middle of Bond No 9 New York Musk. This fragrance will likely find more lovers and haters just like it seems NY Musk has - it has that dusty/hippy aromachemical scent that some do not like but that I feel adds character to the scent and gives it a little more uniqueness in the higher priced world of fragrances. I didnt ask for price but know it is more exlcusive so I imagine it is a bit more than other naems but if the price was under that of a Creed or a Bond, and you liked the other fragrances I mentioned, you Should give this one a try! I only tested this with a spritz on paper and on skin and while I liked it a lot, I have too many I already like and need to finish

As usual, Sherapop has nailed it. A sharp green, forced presentation, paying lip service to quality. Totally and unpleasantly masculine. I get no fruity soft, soft notes, just a bitter fight to the death, the throes of which lasted about only 6 hours, thank God! I had to layer it with Lancomes Cuir to survive it that long. Ended up smelling like a saddle of an English country gentleman! I'm happy for those who like it, but I'm passing mine on to a guy, and definitely not my spouse! Another disappointment from Montale. Of late, both Mancera and Montale have presented hurried offerings. They're fast losing their edge over non-niche perfumes. 4/10 from me. And I'm being generous here! Lol!

Montale Boise Fruite, while not smelling much like Creed Silver Mountain Water out of the tester atomizer I received, does smell a lot more like SMW on skin. Simply put, it's a pretty good approximation with decent performance, but it falls a bit in between the real thing and a good cheap like Deray Parfums White Attitude that's $20 for 100ml. AT over $100 for 100ml on the secondary market, Boise Fruite falls short of having the real smell though it does embody better performance than other imitations. A decent creation by Montale but unoriginal and probably not the best cheaper clone option. 7 out of 10

Be careful, this is so potent! One spray on my hand and dipping it into my right and left side of my neck, that's it for the whole day. If you spray to much, it will smell bad and like chemical maybe due to the tea note. This is way better than SMW creed for sure. Rating 8.5/10

An awesome smelling fragrance. Citrus comes through on the initial blast. The woods and freshness comes through in the dry down making you smell fresh and is made for the Atlanta Ga heat. I bought blind and a wonderful purchase.

The best Montale fragrance ! I fall in love with it. Scrent 9.5/10 Longevity 10/10 Sillage 8/10

It is SMW on steroids! Projection & longevity are something that creed cannot catch up with.

I was searching for affordable and good lasting version of SMW or Casamorati Mefisto. I see similarities here. But the difference is so potent. Unfortunately it is not a masterpiece. To my nose it has sour wine vibe(rose?), chemical and linear. Longevity on my skin is not the best as well.

Starts fruity and then drops into a woody musk heart which is similar to Byredo Pulp but more monotone. Female leaning unisex Two hours after application smells exactly the same as Montale - Fantastic Oud

Top note is a little sour. It is contain bergamot and lemon. Vetiver is also detectable in this step. After 10 minute, and when the perfume goes to heart note, it is completely changed. You can't detect sourness at all in heart note. It become creamy, sweet and Boise Fruite become very similar with Creed, silver mountain. If you test Boise Fruite on your hand and test Silver Mountain on other hand, you can't distinguish them after 40 minute! در ابتدا عطر با ترشی بسیار مختصر لیمو و ترنج به همراه وتیور کار خودش رو شروع میکنه. بویی قابل قبول در این مرحله داره. ولی وقتی عطر از مرحله ی تاپ نت وارد مرحله ی نت میانی خودش میشه؛ بویی دقیقا شبیه به سیلور مانتین کرید پیدا میکنه. یعنی بویی کرمی؛ غنی شده و شیرین. هر چقدر هم که میگذره این شباهت به کرید افزایش پیدا میکنه بطوری که بعد از 30 دقیقه تقریبا خود خود کرید میشه! پس اگر از هواداران و طرفداران سیلور مانتین کرید هستید؛ قویا استفاده از این عطر رو توصیه میکنم

I have reached the bottom of my boring vial of Montale Boisé Fruité, and I must confess that this liquid will not be missed by me. To me this composition is a not-at all-fruity, aromachemically woodish, average men's cologne. It's not too loud, but it's also not very exciting. I was expecting some serious fruitiness here, but looking at the official notes, the offerings never added up to much in the first place: lime and bergamot? In truth, I barely smell the citrus here, even in the opening. There is a smidgeon of sweetness initially, but it is swiftly clobbered by the aromachemical sorry excuse for the scent of natural wood. Not my favorite Montale, to put it mildly. Perhaps this sample was drawn from a fake? On ne sait jamais...

This is similar to Silver Mountain Water but slightly greener and less metallic. To my nose, Boisé Fruité have a "salty" side like many Creed have. Remind me also Aromatic Lime blend with Fougères Marines. Everything Pierre Montale is creating is great and art. I must say I like this creation! I could consider buying this. edit after few days: I don't think this is a great stuff. Yes it's pretty good for... 1 hour not more. No lasting power on my skin and this is FAR from Creed's Silver Mountain Water quality. Not a bad scent but I won't buy nor I like it anymore. From 8 to 6. 6/10

Boise Fruite is just a pretty name for this harsh, medicinal and chemical concoction that leads only to bitter disappointment. A hint of sweetness, lime pith, bone-dry vetiver, bitter greens, a pinch of salt and strong medicinal, chemical wood notes dry down to a dry, somewhat harsh, synthetic and medicinal woody aroma with a touch of citrus; it remains linear, austere and boring. Full disclosure, this is the worst montale I've sampled to date. Sherapop's review is spot on and I have little to add. Projection, sillage are both poor, longevity is average. Score 3/10

Wood and fruits. Here what this parfum is, nothing less nothing more. Fruity notes well combined with wood notes on a metallic base (typical of all Montale creations). No development, no evolution. Not bad but nothing special.

Good performance, scent is similar to SMW, but I think I prefer CDN Sillage over this one as an alternative.

Not for me, it just gets super-maleish. Nice on a man indeed, but not on my skin.

I am surprised this scent got so many negative comments. I am on a positive side. Boise Fruits is not unique, this is true. The scent is somewhere between Mancera Cedrat Boise and Mancera Wild Fruits (no surprise, since it is made by the same nose). The opening is a very soft citrus/oud/leather Accord, you can basically feel the whole fragrance at once, which is fascinating. It also reminds me a bit of D&G light blue in its citrus. I disagree that it is a Sharp citrus, it is not! It is a soft and is hidden behind vetyver blend. It is definitely unisex, no masculine leaning properties :) Unfortunately, longevity is about 4h on me. But it could be a nice everyday scent. Better than main-stream, for sure, but not-good-enough for a niche scent. It could be a safe buy for a gift.

Had this a while but never opened it as I read poor reviews on here. Left it too late to return it and was going to resell but curiosity got to me and I am glad I opened it. Firstly it does not smell too masculine the citrus fruits really come out and really project, the woods in this make it smell almost creamy on the dry down. I had only sprayed it twice but it’s lasting and I’m frequently sniffing my wrists. It’s very smooth on the dry down and smells like an edible gourmand. That hint of citrus that remains reminds me of another perfume but I cannot put my finger on what it is. Got it for a great price at the time so I’m actually happy I decided to test it out.

After wearing a decant of this fragrance for a few days now, I can definitely say, I won't buy a full bottle of it. For me the first huge wave of citrus was even overwhelming, but is disappears quite quickly. When it settles down, I get a nice woody base with a slight hint of oud, however it's not soft and cashmere like oud, I find it harsh and edgy due to the prominent citrus notes. As nonnative correctly said it's "not bad but nothing special". I'll finish my decant and forget about it.

I love Montale's fruity offerings but Boise Fruite is not one of his best, in fact, it's pretty mediocre. It's built around sharp citruses and pale woodsy notes. The overall feel is rather fresh and invigorating. I have no idea, why it's labeled as unisex as it smells straight up masculine to me. But it is quite pleasant, so I probably won't bother selling it.

Fresh with a strong note of petitgrain (citrus leaves) diving into something bitter-sweet with a note of smoke (?!) Interesting, well-layered, it has everything that I usually like, but it still does not click with me. P.S No, Creed Silver Mountain does not smell like it, are you serious? SM is a light citrus freshie with no bitterness.

Friendly designer oud accord + montale iron metal opening + amplified SMW sweetness (like most SMW inspired scent and/or clones) Basically western oud version of SMW done by montale. No crisp cool clean musky tea qualities of SMW here in fruit boise.. so this can never be a satisfying replacement for SMW..

Opening was salty sour earthy sweat with weird perfumey synthetics dancing and orbiting my nose. Dry, i hardly get nauseous from scents but thus thing is horrible, smells like a literal 8usd fragrnace.

No thanks, bad scent, the violet leaf and vetiver comes in finger nail polish astringently bad

Can't get any Boise neither do I get any fruits.
