Signature Elixir

I had the chance to test Montblanc’s Signature Elixir last week, in El Corte Ingles, during a trip in Malaga and I was instantly impressed. It’s not the type of scent I would wear in a 35 Celsius degrees heat, but I gave it a try anyway, being a big fan of original Signature. First of all, it’s nothing like the original or the Absolue Signature, so not really the original line DNA with a small twist. It’s an entirely new scent, with a dark, rich, warm, ambery facets, in a vibrant red bottle, the kind of colour that matches the juice inside. Signature Elixir is a sweet, warm, cozy, floral, vanilla scent at core with a more sophisticated allure. I like it a lot, but I have decided to purchase other fragrances from my wish list, because...limited space in the luggage. If you shop a lot during holidays, you know what I mean. For a brand new release, it wasn’t priced too bad, it was around 100 euros per 90 ml bottle! Obviously not the cheapie, like OG Signature is, but it had good longevity on the blotter, more of a moderate radiance in the air and the presentation is great. Really nice release, different than the others in the line, but not a groundbreaking perfume. More of a spring and fall scent, it’s a bit richer, sweet, deeper than something I would like to wear during summer months.

I bought this after smelling it in the duty free store. It's exactly what everyone says: a deeper, thicker Version of Montblanc signature. It has the same marble like texture to it but more complex. It feels to me like traditional Montblanc signature is a white pearl and this is a black pearl, it's amazing, sweeter than the og. I really feel vanilla and orchid, creamy and deep, darker. No leather at all. They're right. Don't buy both red and white bottles: pick one, they're similar enough. Love love love. UPDATE LONG WEAR: it lasts surprisingly long. It's almost gourmand, that's how delicious it is. I definitely feel spices working to balance the vanilla and loads of amber. Literally one of the best of the best.

Here we go: tested it yesterday at Mont Blanc store, and yes definitely VERY similar to the Original Signature white bottle, is redundant to have both, but as I'm back up crazy I would take this instead the white just to have kind back up, and also I prefer this red transparent beautiful bottle. ❤️ I've been smelling this on stores all the time when I find, and is addictive, very smooth and cream. I fell in love with this😍

I wanted this to be very similar to the Signature fragrance because I just love it so much :) and it’s exactly how I wanted it to be!! It’s literally a sexier, deeper version of the white bottle. I think it will depend on how much you love the other one! For me, it was love at first sniff!! The only bad thing is that it doesn't last much. :(

Why did they add a leather note that wasn’t there first? I just received it and no leather in sight lmaoo : very pretty strawberry (i swear it’s there and as a proeminent note) mixed with creamy vanilla & musk.Veryy similar in a way to armani si passione red musk! I adore this scent. An amazing ambery fruity-floral release

This reminds me of the original but not exactly. It is better. A richer version of the original. I gave away my bottle of the original bc it had a pool water note in it to me that I just didn't get with. I much prefer this version. Warmer, smoother, and rounder in scent and feel. The gorgeous bottle is also a plus.

Testing this today at Myer confirmed it's a must-have. It retains the core DNA of the original Signature but adds a beautiful amber warmth, giving it a deeper, 'after-dark' feel. If you’re worried about performance, don't be—the sillage and projection are on par with the original.

oh how i love this, crowd pleaser, always gets many compliments. the smell is rich, creamy, musky, worth the money. i totally recommend montblanc signature perfumes, i love the original one as well. they are so well-made and are at a good price point.

I just owned Good girl blush and notice they are VERY similar ; while good blush stays soft, almost clean like, the difference over a same base is that on top of that elixir has added plenty of vanilla/strawberry-like smell

I tested out today on my skin, just one spray on my arm. Omg this is amazing ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Today I was wearing ALIEN, then I keeping smelling Signature Elixir, the whiffs coming soooo good. I must add in my collection ❤️❤️❤️

Just gorgeous deeper richer than the OG which I have purchased many times. Back to great designer perfumes after Lattafa made my skin break out. Glad this could be my new signature scent.

I loved signature so I made sure to buy signature elixir. I love this as well but it is sexier than signature. I leave this for special occasions and evening events. Love it!

elegant, expensive, sweet but mature, very sexy, strong, everything you need for a date night, bar, club, everyone will be on your side ✨. I always got my compliments 9/10.😉

Smells like a fluffy marshmallow. Heavenly for vanilla lovers. I'm not getting much of the orchid on opening, just dreamy vanilla and marshmallow. It's a YES for me!

i can’t find it nowhere at the 90ml size in Europe... is it already discontinued as soon as it was released (not even on the official website)

Signature Elixir definitely brings back that og vibe - smooth, musky, and creamy. The moment it hits your skin, you know it’s cut from the same cloth as the original Signature. It has that comforting warmth that made the first one so special, just turned up a notch in sweetness. Where Absolue took the Signature DNA in a more opulent, golden direction, Elixir feels like a return to the heart of what made the line shine - soft, cosy, confident. It’s nothing like Burberry Blush, Atheeri, Gorgeous Orchid, or those louder vanillas that lean sugary or floral (all of which I like btw). This one stays true to its roots: creamy white musk and that addictive warmth, only with a touch more sweetness in the drydown. Warm, pretty and effortlessly elegant.

Incredibly vanilla-y, it is the first scent you notice upon spraying. I got my sample in a discovery set from Belk, and it seems to be very nice so far. It's been sticking around a lot longer than some others I've tried, I really thought I would not like the sweet smell it gives off but am pleasantly surprised. Seems best for date nights and not daily wear, it sits very thick. Considering getting a small 1 or 2fl oz bottle of it later.

It's very sweet but in between the gourmand and the fruity way. The Orchid in here makes the vanilla/tonka not too gourmand but it's fruity at the same time. Candy-ish, slightly soapy and a little floral in overall. In the dry down (the best part) it's very delicious vanilla and brown sugar, still Candy. It's very girlie, playful. mfg: 2026

The unmistakable Signature vanilla DNA! Rich, thick, even a little gourmand. Sweeter than the original, more powdery and no citrus, with some dark undertones. Potent perfume, last good six hours. Sillage is an arm lenght with two to three sprays.

I really like this one. It reminds me of noble blush by lattafa a lot, minus the strong rose accord, though i smell rose in this one too. It is creamy and fluffy and comforting. It doesn't last long though.

Pampers diapers, after 3 kids I recognized the resemblance right away. Once it dries down it is more similar to the signature but it’s hard to get past the scent of a freshly ripped open sleeve of diapers

The og and good girl blush were similiar (just slightly) this on the other hand is almost the identical to good girl blush🙄

This smells nearly the same as Signature og maybe a little bit deeper. So it is redundant to have them both.

I love perfume with grapefruit in top notes and sweet notes in the base

I find it exactly same to the og. No need to buy both

I love Montblanc Signature down, so when I saw this flanker and the stunning, translucent, deep red faceted bottle I absolutely had to sample it 😍. The opening of Montblanc Signature Elixir is a really pretty fruity floral. However, the dry down is throwing me off. Although it smells reminiscent of the original Signature with the vanilla and creamy musk, there is something about Elixir that even though it is deeper it comes off TOO harsh on me. I don't know if it's the amberwood that is the culprit, but it just smells really brash, almost leathery, and headache-inducing. 😐 I'm going to to give it one more wear to see if it will change my mind, but, so far this is a pass for me.

I get a strong syrupy blackcurrant smell in the opening then it turns soapy which i dont like at all :(

This is such a miss for me and I'm mad about it. The OG is one of my ride or dies since before the hype. The Absolu was meh but I was very excited about this one. At first sniff this is HEAVEN - like the OG and DG Devotion had a love child, it's gorgeous, really. But the dry down gets so screechy it hurts. That typical amberwood screech that fills an entire train and you rather get off than get a headache/nausea. That's what it turns into on the blotter and unfortunately my skin as well. If you tolerate that component, knock yourself out as it really is a beautiful scent but I just can't. Such a shame.

Strong dislike. Happy didn’t blind buy. Smells so sweet overly so and not in a pleasant way. Hard Pass

Although the notes sounded good to me, this was a headache in a bottle.

I don't care for vanilla so this was a no for me.

Some perfumes dont only smell nice , they FEEL nice because they trigger an emotion .. this scent is one of them .. very nostalgic , im not sure what exactly takes me back to late 90's (my childhood) with this , maybe opening a big candy box with excitement ? Baking a cake in warm kitchen ? Or having an icecream treat with burnt incense around ? Cant put my finger on a memory this perfume evokes exactly buts its a very comforting one ❣️ P.S : no leather nor grapefruit , its a tonka vanilla galore !

Omg I'm going to LOVE this 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻For one the entire mont blanc signature line is so good...mostly the original signature. And I LOVEEEE red orchid and red peony. So the fact the are using red orchid with vanilla and Amber, is my literal heaven. I had a Victoria secret perfume with a red orchid and I've loved it ever since & ALWAYS wanted it in a higher oil concentration. I'll def be getting this if the price is fair!

This is amazing! A soft, fluffy, feminine scent of amber vanilla. It doesn't seem to last very long, but since it's 90ml, I can apply a lot! Some days it's warm enough for short sleeves, but this seems like it would work even in hotter weather. It would also be perfect for a hot summer night.

To to person below me: Apparently Montblanc Signature Elixir is scheduled to launch in October 2025. No worries, it hasn't already been discontinued. It just hasn't been released to the general public yet. I look forward to trying it this fall! 🍂

Tried it this week. The previous Signature perfumes are lighter than this one. I can still sense the signature dna, its cozy, vanilla and spice, ideal for winter. Not too heavy, just... perfect. just... a perfect snuggly perfume???

If you like the original signature, you will LOVE this. I don’t know how these 3 notes created the same aroma just deeper and a little bit darker but it’s beautiful. I’m obsessed

It’s smells so similar to good girl blush , just more deep . This one for date night & GGB for daytime . Elixr is also more smoother with the vanilla /floral mix .

This is a beast! Gorgeous scent, good longevity and sillage. Has rosy undertones, probably because they put rose ketones in it. Perfect for fall and winter!

Notes for this sound very much like Gucci flora gorgeous orchid and lattafas Atheeri So curious

Looks like every other vanilla perfume for ladies.. Correct me if I am wrong?🫣
