Lady Tubereuse

This is a dream of a fragrance. A real guilty pleasure. I can't believe how much I love this; every evolution, every single moment, from top to bottom. While this is not a gourmand, I still find it scrumptious, and I especially love the yummy top notes. I just want to keep spraying and spraying and spraying to experience them again and again. It's that lightly spicy citrusy ginger mixed with sweet fruity notes and a nectarous tuberose that grabs me right from the start. I'm not the biggest fan of ginger in perfumes but I love the way it is done here. It is neither overly spicy nor too hot but gives a little bit of zing that adds warmth and brilliance and keeps this scent from being flat. It even has a little bit of a cardamon honey aspect to it that I really love. Fortunately, the top notes stick around for a while before being joined by a trio of creamy florals, sweet angelica, amber, tonka, and vanilla. What is wonderful is that this is a long ride, that lasts for several hours until the base of woody notes, vetiver, and musk show up, which further beautifully accentuates the other notes. They add even more fullness to this scent, making it richer and more sumptuous than it is already. It is a rare thing for me to love every facet of a fragrance, as there is usually something that keeps it from being total perfection, but this perfume is one such blissfully delicious experience that I find just perfect. How fitting that a perfume that was love at first sniff was purchased for less than half price on Valentine's Day, which was great luck for me as this is usually very pricey. But I love this so much that even if I didn't get it on sale, it would be worth every penny with how much I am enjoying it. It is downright delectable and satisfying in every way. Oh, and the bottle is real pretty too.

So, I purchased this fragrance on a lark after wishing to expand my current, extremely small, tuberose-centric perfume rotation. And I love this fragrance! Lady Tubereuse is an ethereal tuberose perfume that is accompanied by a host of gorgeous, supporting notes & accords. I'm not certain what mixed, fruity openings smell like. But there is a light, citrus opening note that immediately lightens-up the fragrance. I attribute this "lightness" to the angelica, along with the ginger. Maintaining its floral tuberose core, Lady Tubereuse develops on skin with some gentle lily and many wonderful base~notes. There's zero green-ness here. And the presence of vanilla, tonka and musk lend a creaminess to the fragrance. The amber, resin and woody base anchors the scent in place. The lightness remains throughout the perfume's wear. This fragrance is blended so well, it is absolutely, 1000% lovely. Just buy this!! It's like no other tuberose fragrance I've experienced.

There aren't many reviews on Lady Tubereuse, i think there's only one review in english when i checked the youtube... So i blind bought this. At the opening this is a promising new take on tuberose, in which they pair the tuberose with the sourness of citrus n ginger. The citrus sensation refuses to back down in the presence of the lady, and they sing together side by side. And this, for me, is the best part of this perfume. I'd love this perfume to stay this way longer, but alas in the dry down, when ylang ylang enters the equation, the citrus is finally giving up its effort, and leaves the stage, allowing the ylang to sing accompaniment to the lady... And the final result is the bubblegummy tuberose in the vibe of Piguet Fracas or even closer to BDK Perfume's Tubereuse Imperiale. This lady has around 8 hours lasting power with moderate silage and projection... For those who loves sweet floral genre, this one's for you.

Wow. A fantastic, gentle cloud of femininity. Tuberose, yes, a little spicy-gingery tuberose in the first few minutes which I love and suprised about, because tuberose is usually bubblegummy in perfumes... But that's just the first few minutes,and then it settles into... into something which is hard to describe. Cause if I say sweet & fluffy you could associate it with one of those harsh marshmellow scents with the burnt caramel note but no no no this is nothing like that. Yes, it is sweet, but not cloying. It is gentle, sweet, pure, i'd love to say innocent, but nooo, this is the perfume which seems innocent but it's a real hook in disguise. So at the end of the day, it is a kind of tuberose I love, with sweet, vanilla-tonka-amber based of heaven. Sillage is moderate, but the longetivity is very good, two sprays in the morning and you can still feel it in the evening.

Tuberose is one of my favourite notes ever, I like all the possible varieties, from bubblegummy to green and carnal ones. Ginger and tuberose combination can be challenging. I absolutely hate it in L'Interdit Rouge, and like it in Alien Fusion. In Lady Tubereuse ginger is quite spicy, I would even say peppery, but because the tuberose here is not overly sweet, the combination is not nauseating, but somehow harmonious. I think the most prominent notes are ginger/tuberose and quiet, but still noticeable lily. The combination of the notes somehow creates even slightly smoky accord. I don't get much ylang ylang. The fragrance doesn't smell synthetic, it has a bit of mysterious and seductive mood, it is quite addictive, my only wish would be more intense projection. Longevity is good. I think this can be worn all year around. A very beautiful fragrance overall!

This is one of the nicest, unisex-leaning-femine perfumes I have. It's light enough for day wear yet there's something that gives it a litte edge, something lightly deeper and darker that makes it sexy for evening wear as well. I enjoy the tuberose, ginger, vanilla, tonka beans and angelica, which is the star in Guerlain's Angelique Noire. In fact, this vibes like a "vibrant" Angelique Noire, with more "punch" and I enjoy them both. Projection is moderate, longevity on my skin is about 4-5 hours. Price is reasonable and of course the bottle is stunning. I reach for this quite a bit and it's always a mood lifter...and a little sexy.

A gorgeous new perfume by the house of Moresque. I've already bought Seta and Ubar and I really want a bottle of Lady Tubereuse as well. This is a surprising new take on tubereuse; the sweetness of the fruity notes, vanilla and tubereuse is tempered by angelica and vetiver. Although its character is very different from my other two Moresque's, Seta being the spicy oriental and Ubar the more aromatic oriental, I can detect a certain underlying signature of warmth and dustiness. Highly recommended!

Beautiful amber-forward fruity floral; buttery tuberose coupled with honied fruits and an almost powdery ginger, gets warmer and spicier as the lily and ylang emerge, but the sweetness of the scent remains as a warm vanilla-tonka emerges as it dries down. Projects strongly goes all around the body, leaves a trail and then some. I think this can be worn all year round, it's perfect.

I blind bought this perfume because I love tuberose and I thought I would like it. And I did. It's a delicate yet striking fragrance, sweet but not cloying, and the tuberose is present but not overpowering. All the notes are beautifully blended, and I think it's perfect for all seasons.

My bottle arrived today, it was instant love for me. I cannot wait to wear this one. Whenever that is (after covid) I don't think i have ever smelled anything like this before.

Airy candy like musk tuberose... beautiful.. not dark at all as some suggested .. super airy..

Moresque Lady Tuberose starts off w/ a very candied gingerbread like smell. As the fragrance develops a milky tuberose and a white lily make their presence known and mingle w/ the candied ginger, fruity notes and heavy vanilla to create a very warm spicy white floral that would be best suited for fall and winter. This perfume is also a bit powdery in the base. Heavy w/ fluffy white musk and tonka bean. Very feminine, heavy and dense amber fragrance. I like it but something is putting me off a bit. I don't know, hard to put my finger on why I'm not liking this more. I think I find it a bit too overwhelming for myself personally. Which is strange because I wear perfumes like ET White Diamonds and Elizabeth Arden's Red Door (vintage) It is a very heavy and dense fragrance and almost a bit too sweet for me. I also think the ginger is a bit overdone for my personal taste but if you are in the market for a warm spicy/ginger heavy white floral that is a very dense amber w/ lots of fluffy vanilla, tonka and pillowing musk's this would be a good one to check out.

At first this was a hate, maybe for like the first 10 minutes as I was trying to comprehend what I was smelling. But now that’s it’s dried down and I’ve done some more research on it, I have a better understanding of this fragrance. Imagine walking through a dense tropical forest at night with tropical flowers everywhere, it’s warm but still slightly cool, the flowers are radiating from the breeze and warmth, these flowers are deep and warm, not bright and airy. Giving a vibe of vanilla/amber coziness. I think that mid November is probably not the best time to test a fragrance like this, but you best believe on a warm summer evening or cool spring day I will be wearing this. It smells like warm seductive tropical vacation, the tuberose is done very lightly so not to be too cloying. I suggest trying this during spring & summer, maybe even early fall. I’d give this fragrance a 7/10.

This soft, fresh, easy-going, sweet fruity-floral concoction highlights both lily & ylang alongside a not-so-distinct tuberose. It's NONE of these words from the brand: "provocative...nocturnal and carnal...lust[ful]...dark...voluptuous" and definitely not an "intense Tuberose"! (This is when you know the marketing team is trying too hard or when the nose simply didn't deliver 😅 For something that matches these descriptions, check out Moon Bloom 🥰) However, it could still be some form of "femme fatale"; instead of "sunset" and "moonlight," she carries a "grace between the floating veils" with "her amber skin and...black hair" under a bright sunny sky on an exotic tropical island instead of the "mysterious Orient."

The beginning is great. Not too sweet or cloying. I like it a lot....But the dry down...I am finding it really challenging. It must be the Ylang-Ylang. I want to love IT, but i am debating going to the sink to wash it off.

Since I tried Jasminisha and enjoyed, I decided to blind buy this one, unfortunately, it isn’t for me. Everyone’s chemistry is different, but there is a note I can’t stand.

A dark, smoky, mature tuberose.

I had a sample of this and loved it. Decided to purchase a full bottle and quickly took this out of my perfume rotation. It's just SO strong. I feel like I'm in a cloud of perfume after one spray. It's so sweet and strong I get tired of it VERY fast and just want to shower it all off. It's just way too much for me. I can't imagine going out in public wearing this. Strong sillage and long lasting. I wish I got this kind of performance out of perfumes I actually enjoy.

Pretty, elegant, men adore it, doesn’t last enough and hasn’t the sillage I’d like it to. I bought it blindly hoping for great power but it is very average. However, it is lovely, and not weak, just in between. It’s a fluffy delicious tuberose with some warmth, fairly linear in my opinion as I have other tuberoses that are so much more complex. It’s not very unique. But at least the tuberose doesn’t go the banana way, it goes the bubblegum way which is lovely. It is fluffy, light, cute, This is for an elegant occasion where I’d like to feel pretty and put together, but I can’t say I’ll ever repurchase it as I do not feel enough feelings regarding this composition, it’s just pretty, not emotionally compelling, which is not bad per say but I already have too many “OK” designer fragrances that are good smelling and no more and I am on the hunt for flabbergastingly beautiful perfumes. This isn’t it. But I seriously thought it would be based on the reviews! These reviews are honestly so bizarre, some people saying it’s vintage (what? It’s literally the youngest tuberose I own, I’m 25..) some people saying there’s no tuberose like it (it smells like the DNA of every other tuberose fragrance I own.. besides the real gems like fracas for example) some people saying it’s regal (sure, it is very elegant) and some say it’s dark and seductive (what on earth... if this is dark and seductive I don’t know what to say, it is pure light, fitted for day weddings and spring days) Anyways fragrantica is fucking odd.

When I first got my bottle and I sprayed it on - WOW, This just went to my number one the most successful Blind buy ever. I’m surprised it’s not more popular, because it’s one of the most amazing perfumes I own, and I own a lot of really good ones. This is the most feminine, gorgeous, perfectly blended Tuberose I’ve ever smelled, simply amazing. The bottle is beautiful as well, just an incredible experience. I’m so happy I bought it, and it looks like it’s not going to be my only bottle, I’m going to get more. A hidden gem. Incredible perfume! I’ve tried a lot of popular Tuberose perfumes, Carnal Flower, Love Tuberose, Fracas, narcotic venus, Velvet Vanilla and many more, they were alright, nothing fantastic and to me personally don’t deserve the praise they are getting. But this beauty is amazing, if you ever believed that Tuberose is grandma only style of fragrance, this will change your mind, this, Molinards Tuberose and Marfa. These three are what started my love for this flower, before I used to think it’s for older ladies. Full bottle and Blind by worthy! LOVE
