Disumano

I waited and waited for the Morph Parfums website to restock this. And I ordered an bottle immediately when they did. I was shocked at how fast it got to me from Italy. I ordered on a Saturday and it arrived on the following Wednesday. The packaging was stunning and packaged very securely with 4 free samples. Highly impressed. Now onto the fragrance.. this is gorgeous. A warm, gooey caramel and creamy coconut with a lot of vanilla. The white florals are there in the background and round it out beautifully. I love everything about this fragrance... from the juice (shade and scent) to the bottle and packaging. Performance is great for me. I get 6-7hrs which is rare. This is one I'll repurchase once my bottle gets low. I can't get enough of it!

If you are a gourmand lover and coconutty caramel is your thing, this is perfection. On initial spray you immediately get a heavy dose of beautiful coconut and rich gooey caramel. This settles into a softer but still nicely projecting gourmand with a well blended undertone of delicate white florals. It’s sweet, creamy and beautiful on my skin. It also lasts forever, giving me a good 8 hours of wear. On clothing, I can still smell it the next day. Bonus for beautiful packaging and lovely presentation. I ordered direct from the the house in Italy and delivery was within a week. Definitely will repurchase when I run out. I would say this is not a safe blind buy unless you love coconut gourmands. But if you do, this is a must try/buy!

This was love at first sniff for me. I have been on the lookout for a coconut fragrance for the summer that does *not* have a sunscreen undertone and I was so pleased when approached with this. The name is very fitting too : "disumano" = "inhumane", ethereal. This smells like what I picture a woman with angelic, otherworldly aura wearing. This is like the creamiest, nuttiest coconut gourmand I have ever smelled. it was described to me as smelling like a Bounty candy bar, I disagree. It smells exactly like the filling of a Raffaello. Sweet, powdery shredded coconut. Doesn't smell like Vanilla Powder to me, although they could be distant cousins. This is what I expected Bianco Latte to smell like lol. Lasts HOURS on skin.

I remember testing many fragrances that supposedly had a coconut backdrop because I wanted a tropical perfume with a creamy vibe. I smelled fragrances like Blue Heart, etc. and nothing was smooth - all were too harsh, too spicy or too sharp. This is beautiful and just what I was looking for......a smooth and fresh coconut backdrop with a touch of fruit and floral, based on a woods and amber. The citrus opening brings some freshness and prevents it from being too sweet. Truly spectacular and calming. Any season, day or night. I am playing with this some more, but will likely purchase a full bottle soon. There are similarities to Bum Bum cream without the nuttiness, and with coconut.

I've bought this at launch after seeing Jeremy promote it ...I know, but sometimes it feels good to do a Jeremy impulse buy, y'know? Anyway, about the fragrance, firstly let me say this smells amazing. it is a great blend! I don't know what the notes are about, because this smells straight up like a frappuccino caramel latte! And the smell is gorgeous and natural with great sillage. A unexpectedly good blind buy, but I will say that it is feminine and I never wear it, however I enjoy it a great deal on my girlfriend. Highly recommend for gourmand lovers, this is a banger! And the price even at full retail is good on this one.

This is so yummy. It reminds me of Lira but replace the citrus with coconut. But the coconut is not this tropical sunscreen coconut. Don’t expect this to be a spring and summer scent because it has coconut. It’s definitely a sweet gourmand that is not too sickly sweet. It’s beautifully blended and I mainly get the coconut, caramel and vanilla. It’s become my favorite gourmand and can’t stop smelling my arm whenever I put it on. Edit: For the summer time heat I’ve been layering this with Tom Ford Soleil Blanc and it’s perfection. Layer this with any summery coconut scent to bring out that coconut.

Second review after a couple of months wearing it and yes.... I am onsessed with it. It’s a suuuper sweet caramel vanilla coco fragrance, suitable in every time of the year and tested during horrible, hot, humid north Italy Summer. Disumano’s sillage is so great, it lasts for 12 hours on my skin, days on clothes and it is a compliment getter. Not suitable for shy people, very strong and warm with a strong personality. It could be my signature scent as I love to say that a frangrance I use should be noticeable 20km far away from me!!!

This will satisfy your sweet cravings for sure! I get creamy coconut milk with a heavy dose of caramel that performs amazing in cooler weather. However, I do see myself reaching for this on summer nights bc of the white florals I sense far in the background --tropical but not solar. This lactonic beauty has an airy scent bubble which for me can be versatile in my collection. Test first bc it's unavail in US & you can't avoid import fees. People are selling samples on Etsy.. hope that helps!

Perhaps the best coconut you can find in a fragrance. Dark, sweet, delightful. Caramel, vanilla and amber give it a unique and distinctive scent that you won't easily find anywhere else. If you like sweet scents, this fragrance will take you on a journey. At first I thought there was tobacco but no. It's so elegant that I think I can smell it even when I'm not wearing it. This fragrance is for summer evenings out and will definitely turn heads. And yes, it's unisex.

Disumano smells like a fluffy coconut caramel dream! And the longer I wear it the sweeter it gets! So comforting and gives me a lovely scent bubble. The longevity is great and I only need two or three sprays and I am good to go as a little goes a long way. And the bottle is gorgeous!! It has an ombre effect from a white top to a blue/green base that showcases the green juice inside and gives off an icy effect. So cool! She was a blind buy and she's a keeper!

If you’re thinking it’s redundant if you already have Bianco Latte, it’s not. I own both, and they are quite different. Disumano is airier, softer, lighter, and smoother, with a delicate floral touch. Bianco Latte is richer, with a more burnt caramel profile, and I mostly wear it during the colder months. They’re both gorgeous fragrances with excellent longevity, and the projection is fantastic.

My Summer choiche, it is a sublime coco/vanilla/caramel/musk fragrance very unique and unusual. Sweet and long lasting is a perfect fragrance for Spring and Summer times and it wraps you in a lovely cloud that lasts all day long. In my opinion it’s more feminine as it is very sweet. If you are looking for a super nice Summer fragrance give it a chance 😉

Extremely similar to Bianco Latto , to the point where you wouldn't need both bottles . The main differences I see are that Bianco Latto seems heavier : more scent coverage & projection so I'd wear that one in the cooler months versus Disumano , which in comparison is lighter & more of a skin scent on me so it would be an easy reach for warmer weather .

Love at first sniff. Yes, in the first few seconds it does have a slight celery smell to it but that goes away very quickly and leaves you with a caramel coconut smell. It is honestly what i wanted Bianco Latte to be - it's creamy, sweet, milky and so good! No funk and unnecessary spicy notes to it. I bought a full bottle immediately after sampling. 😍

I tested this before I bought a bottle. I like how the coconut milk and caramel are blended in this one. It’s sweet without being too much and the coconut milk remains prominent to my nose through the dry down. The florals are way in the background in this fragrance. This has good projection and longevity.

This is perfect for a man who dares to wear it, dont base yourself on people who say this is more for women. To me this is a great unisex, perfect for fall and winter evenings out with friends or with your soulmate (or a date too with someone you wish to impress). Lovely scent!

Smells really yummy ! Similar vibe as Platino by Omnia but with a creamier coconut and caramel. The jasmine and the musk are also very noticeable but it’s so smooth and yummy, love! Dapper’s version is great especially that opening 🤤🤤

Beautiful perfume, the smell of coconut milk and caramel. The opening is perfect, very complex. For some reason I can smell coffe at the begging and also it reminds me a bit on Italica, like lighter version

I adore this but, am I the only one who gets a coffee note!?! Lol. Either way, it's a stunning, warm gourmand that performs amazing. Home run. I will be getting a full bottle.

A beautiful coconut scent, with amazing performance

If you have ever had a taste of Tres Leches (Milk cake), you might have a clear idea of what it smells like. I don't get any coconut, but I get tons of dense caramel and gentle vanilla. I can't help but make the connection to VC&A Collection Extraordinaire, Orchidee Vanille, and I'm surprised to see none of the votes in Reminds-me-of section, in that regard. Now I find my Orchidee Vanille the classiest vanilla-centered fragrance out there. In reality, vanilla works great in desserts, but perfume-wise often enough ends up smelling cheap, as a friend of mine would say; one of those proud New Yorkers looking down to - well most of the things and people. If I hadn't known Orchidee Vanille so well, having it for so long, I'd probably go for Disumano. But in all honesty, it feels just tiny bit more vulgare, in comparison. It's not necessarily a deal breaker, since the elegance of OV is unmatched in the genre, if you ask me. But having both is simply redundant. However, whoever thought that OV was an underperformer or somewhat underwhelming execution, in otherwise satisfying genre, should test or revisit Disumano. It's certainly more intense in all aspects.

I recently went to Paris and bought this perfume there as it isn't available in my country. First wearing back in the UK today and it reminds me of a Bath & Body Works scent from quite a few years ago called White Mocha Kiss (from the Tutti Dolce line), which I still have a shower gel of! I get the coconut, citruses and florals initially, but the lasting impression is a sweet, rich and creamy caramel. The caramel is slightly reminiscent of cocoa butter, in that it has a body lotion type vibe. As others have noted, I also get a coffee type note in the beginning and to a lesser degree in the dry down - it's subtle, but has a roasty/toasty vibe that stops just shy of smoky, but has that golden treacle kind of feel. Longevity seems good, as does sillage. I wish the coconut was more noticeable throughout the wear, but I still like this enough and know I'll enjoy wearing it in cooler months. Bottle is gorgeous and packaging lovely, also reasonable value for a 100ml means I'm glad to have this in my collection finally.

Bought a travel size for my upcoming caribbean holiday. And I like it, you can really smell the coconut, caramel, vanilla and the manderin (I first thought it was lemon) in the opening, slightly powdery but less dry then Vanilla Powder or Hazy Vanille. I also love this on my husband. However I'm not getting great projection. Turns into a skin scent in 1 hour ~ on hydrated skin. And I don't get 8 hours of longevity, because of performance/uniqueness I will not be upgrading to a full bottle, Vanilla Haze extrait can be an alernative with better performance io.

I saw this on Jeremy’s page a while ago and wanted to try it, after getting round to it I can fully say that you can wear this as a guy and have gotten compliments from people at work and while going out so don’t be afraid to use this. Smell wise I think it’s master class and with the heavy dose of sweetness it’s a long lasting scent but doesn’t project awfully far which I think it’s a good thing else it would be too headache inducing instead you’ll pick it up off of your skin throughout the day in a pleasant way

Interesting reading the comparison's to Blanche Bete. This has so much tonka in it, which I don't detect in Blanche Bete. But yes, they're in the gourmand coconut genre. To my nose, this smells like a sister to Commodity Milk. I do like it more than Commodity Milk, it feels more refined. But I wouldn't need both.

Selling brand new bottle. Perfume is a little too sweet for me. Unfortunately cannot return because I opened the packaging. Pm if interested

Smells just like Brazillian bum bum cream

Disumano: Italian for "Inhuman, otherworldly". This might be my biggest blind buy fail ever. I expected a creamy gourmand with coconut facets, I got powdery coconut, which wouldn't be that bad per se, if it wasn't preceded by a pungent opening of burnt caramel mixed with citrusy notes and white flowers, which strongly gave me the illusion of... sugared celery! I do not smell anything similar to Bianco Latte, which I love and whose DNA is replicated in many scents of my collection. Here I basically smell Vanilla Powder by Matiere Premiere minus the Palo Santo dry down and with a ton of sugar on top. Do I like it? After the celery opening, it is ok: very linear, very sweet, great performance throughout and a more pleasant dry down than the Vanilla Powder salty woody one. So between the two, I would go for Disumano. But as far as creamy gourmand coconut scents go, I'd rather stick to Crème of Clouds (for less than €30, btw), than choose this overpriced gourmand with barbershop backbone. At least is unisex. 6/10

Got a sample of this, cause the notes seemed intriguing. Wearing it today... but it's not my vibe. I expected it to be more milky and coconuty, probably because of the bottle. It's bit misleading, white and light blue/turquoise just made me imagine something completely different. Disumano is very sweet, mandarin, caramel, tonka and vanilla mainly... smelled the coconut very quick in the beginning and that's it! At the end woody and musky. Deep and long lasting fragrance, i do understand why is loved by many! Made me think of Desnuda by Ungaro.

It's nice, a lot weaker than I expected (maybe it needs to sit). Sweet, cocoa butter, suncreen type scent. Maybe a little caramel. That's all I got, maybe I got a bad batch? Purchased from Jovoy after they were out of stock for a while.... Update: After letting this sit, the coconut really comes through. Update2: Wearing this today, and holy cow this thing turned nuclear after sitting for just a couple of weeks.

Maybe I expected too much from this perfume, but to me it was just... okay. Even tho the quality is really good, the scent itself is nothing special. It's nice likeable coconut scent, but nothing special. I would say it is overhyped, especially for the price. If it was priced at 100 euros, that would be better fitting.

Disumano is an okay perfume, but kind of dull and bland. It gives me nothing. I did like it enough to buy it, but I made a mistake and had to resell it. It is a pleasant perfume, but boring. It leans more masculine, and I guess it’s good for the office because it’s not that strong and it’s soooo so boring.

Very nice and sweet but on my skin it smells like paper and carton boxes. EDIT: Tried my decant, does not last on skin even though it is supposed to be very long-lasting. Also it does not smell like anything.

If you have Sospiro's Dolce Melodia, try layering this with that. Sweet, fruity coconutty heaven! I typically don't layer but discovered this combo by accident and I'm kinda proud of it lol!

This is very light and more of a skin scent, did not expect that. It’s like a lighter version of Sol Cheirosa 62. You don’t need both, I’d go for Cheirosa 62.

I agree with reviewer below. I think my bottle has gone off as well. Luckily I only have less than half left. I've had my bottle for probably over 3 years.

This smells like a vanilla scented body wash. Not edible at all.

The opening is a sharp blast of alcohol. It quickly becomes a pot of sugar. I pick up synthetic caramel and a lactonic vibe that is more coffee latte than coconut milk. I find it a bit boring. The dry down is a prickly woods coming from the musk. Citrus caramels tested today in order of favs: 1. Bake (Akro) - Mouth watering. The first gourmand perfume I've wanted to eat. Almost literally delicious. 2. Caramel Days (Cray-on) Fresh, uplifting florals and caramel 3. So Vanilla (Private Mood) -Grown-up vanilla, gingerbread crumbles and mellow orange. 4. Disumano (Morph) - Alcohol, sugar, synthetic caramel and a prickly wood dry-down.

This smells way too much like Blanche Bète. The coconut milk overpowers the entire fragrance and produces a clean laundry smell all the way to the dry down. When I think of a gourmand in no way am I thinking of clean laundry scents. If it was perhaps regular coconut instead of coconut milk, I would say that this would likely be nice, but nothing exceptional. I had my sister smell it who doesn’t know much about fragrances and she said it smells like Bath and body Works warm, vanilla sugar mixed with Clorox Scentiva coconut wipes.

I don't like this one. It's quite sweet, which I don't mind. But something here is very sharp, smoky and medicinal. To me it's not a happy bright coconut scent. Somehow it reminds me of BDK Velvet Tonka and Good Girl Legere, call me crazy. Maybe just my skin chemistry... Also, it is not close to Cheriosa 62, at least from what I can remember. Cheriosa 62 definitely gives you a tropical vacation vibe, while this doesn't. The bottle doesn't reflect how it smells at all lol.

Mandarin orange in opening is sharp, but it quickly fades, and the fragrance dries down to a sweet coconut on wood, musk and amber. Even though Disumano is a sweet fragrance, it doesn’t make my mouth water and it doesn’t smell edible. Drydown is all musky tonka bean, heavy and cloying. The musk and woody notes reminds me of sweet male fragrances.

I don’t like this brand who make generally dupes. This one reminds me Pink sugar on more expensive. I dont like anymore sugar fragrance. Its pass for me.

Sythetic overly sweet coconut scent. It is also cheap smelling.It made me sick, I had to wash it off.

A very soft cloud of caramel and coconut. I can see the comparison with BBW pastel skies. There isn’t anything too offensive about this fragrance. Competing to Bianco Latte, BL is beast mode caramel. This is like it’s softer baby sister. On close smell when I have this sprayed on my skin, I can smell a strange sharp note. I am not sure if it is the jasmine or the precious woods. A very nice fragrance but I am not sure if it is worth the price. Like others have said, it is also similar to bum bum cream, but with less of the pistachio nuttiness and more of a creamy laconic coconut smell. You might want to save yourself some money and buy the Cheriosa Sol De Janeiro EDP.

This is a really fun scent. This is not your boring overhyped vacation scent. It does lean sweet but that’s not a problem because you really don’t need to overspray this one. 2-3 sprays should do the job nicely. Lasts a long time with great projection. The mandarin reads as lime on my skin. Smells like an elevated coconut cream key lime coolatta hybrid. I don’t get any prominent florals—the coconut citrus takes center stage. Just got a full bottle late in the season and I’m not even done with my decant. Psyched to have this one in my collection. I would not call this juvenile lol. It’s fun. You can have fun at any age as long as you ditch the preconceived hang ups.

The initial spray is quite nice, like the caramelized top of a creme brûlée, then a white chocolate scent follows, like a white chocolate and coconut cream cupcake or the Hershey's Cookies N Cream chocolate bar. I've had my appetite for this category of caramel gourmand fragrance slaked with Bianco Latte, which doesn't actually smell anything like Disumano to my nose despite the fact they have the same vibe. Bianco Latte is more decadent, less cloying and artificial smelling, I think maybe the fruity notes makes Disumano a bit annoying. Bianco Latte is richer and creamier while Disumano has an airy, cotton candy thing going on.
